Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The Blue House est située dans un très chouette quartier, petites tavernes excellentes et chouette ambiance. Notre appartement était très agréable, le lit comfortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Contact très facile avec le propriétaire.
Il faut impérativement avoir des boules Quies avec soi, on entend tout entre les différents appartements (et nos voisins étaient bruyants tard dans la nuit). Le petit détail qui manque: des lampes de chevet. On peut éteindre la lumière principale depuis le lit, mais elle est aveuglante.

Se você vai passar pra turista, fica um pouco mais longe, mas é do lado da estação, então em 3 4 estações vocês já está no point.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We liked the location, 10 min walk from the metro and was a good spot between the port and the centre of Athens. We were staying for one night, as we were leaving on the ferry next morning. Making it easier to take the metro and a few stops for Pireous port. The studio was in the basement, very quiet a bit humid but overall was good.
The humidity but we used the dehumidifier and they helped.

У нас було дуже багато мурах. Вони були у ванній та кухні — мабуть, через те, що це підвальний поверх, але це трішки створювало незручності.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La ubicación estaba accesible al centro, unos 25 minutos andando. La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La decoración simple pero cuca y el ambientador olía muy bien. La anfitriona (a la cual no conocí) era simpática a la hora de comunicarse contigo.
No ver a nadie, todo automatizado e impersonal por lockerbox. El alojamiento no era para nada como las fotos. Una cuevilla con un “sofá” muy incómodo y la televisión apuntaba a la pared sin posibilidad de verla desde la cama o desde el sofá, las instalaciones de la cocina eran muy básicas, siendo los fuegos tan viejos que daba miedo usarlos y el resto de utensilios como el grill estaban bastante sucios. El aire acondicionado daba mucha luz por la noche y era molesto para dormir. Al igual que la nevera que hacía mucho ruido. La ducha era terrible, se salía todo el agua ya que la mampara solo cubría la mitad de la ducha y se mojaba y encharcaba todo el baño cada vez que te duchabas… Desde luego para el precio que se paga (mas de 100€/noche), esperaba mucho más. El aire acondicionado de otras habitaciones goteaba y formaba un río escaleras abajo y era bastante peligroso.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien aménagé. Situé dans une petite cour bénéficiant d'une terrasse. Très bien équipé. Lumineux et cosy, à proximité immédiate du métro et du vivant quartier de Monastiraki : parfait pour découvrir la ville. Système de boîte à clef très pratique pour l'entrée dans les lieux et le départ. Hôtesse aimable et réactive.
La porte de la salle de bain grince : difficile d'aller aux toilettes discrètement pendant la nuit. Une glace supplémentaire dans la pièce de vie serait un plus.

The house is located in the central part of Athens, which makes it easy to navigate around the city, just a few hundred meters away from the Petralona metro station. The house itself is spacious, comfy, clean. The check-in process is super easy, so it was very good.
On the 1st floor, where all the machines of the air conditioners are located, like five of them in one place. Because of the warm weather and the condensation, you can see that there's water on the stairs leaking from the machines, and that's a bit dangerous because it makes the stairs slippery.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Все идеально: контакт с хозяином, расположение, чистота, удобства, все было отлично. Нам даже позволили оставить свои вещи после выселение в комнате на первом этаже, а так как у нас был ночной вылет, мы смогли весь день гулять по Афинам. Ставлю 10/10 и очень рекомендую

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Super kontakt z właścicielką. Czyściutko, wszystko przygotowane na nasz pobyt. Dużo miejsca, wygodne łóżko i działającą kuchnia. Na prawdę nie ma do czego się przyczepić.
Mieliśmy drobne problemy z ustawieniem klimatyzacji. Również przez to, że okna z jednej strony wychodziły na ulicę, rano w tygodniu było słychać ruch, ale to nie wina Blue House, że Ateńczycy lubią głośne skuterki.

Maria , il gestore, sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha anche offerto acqua illimitata durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura ha tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno, un ottimo asciuga capelli, prese per caricare il telefono vicino al letto, aria condizionata.
Unica pecca dell'appartamento, il bagno non è molto spazioso.

The cleaning overall it was great I would suggest getting new towels and bedding as well as more comfortable pillows. But we really love it

Enige wat me te binnen schiet is dat de airco wat moeite heeft de hele kamer af te koelen. Daar moet je wel een goed half uur voor rekenen. Voor de rest niks op aan te merken

Nous avons eu des punaises de lit ce qui n'est jamais agréable mais encore moins en voyage de noces et il fallait 20 minutes pour avoir de l' eau chaude et nous n'en avons pas eu le dernier jour.

A cozinha não estava equipada com utensilios para 2 pessoas, nao tinha candeeiros na cama, não tinha tapetes, só deixaram 1 toalha para cada pessoa + 1 para as mãos (podiam ter deixado pelo menos +1 para cabelo, idealmente +1 set de toalhas). O trinco da porta de entrada não funcionou, tinha de utilizar uma chave de backup...

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Locație ok, destul de aproape de stația de metro. Au fost apartamente necesare pentru un sejur confortabil, precum uscător de păr, fier de călcat, aparat de aer condiționat, frigider și altele.
Am stat în “Garden”, și persista un miros de umezeală, ce favoriza apariția unor musculițe, în special în baie. În una din zile în camera și-a făcut apariția și un gândac de bucătărie🪳. Nu există draperii, ceea ce te face să stai cu geamurile închise.. Se aud în cameră sunetele de la terasă..

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026O alojamento fica num bairro residencial muito sossegado com várias lojas de comercio, supermercados, padaria, entre outros. Na rua atrás do alojamento (Rua Troon) tem imensos restaurantes, assim como nas redondezas a 2, 3 minutos da Blue House. Experimentei Xouga Xouga, o Aetep e Aveti e gostei muito. A comida é muito boa. A estação de metro Petralona (linha Verde) fica a 5 minutos a pé do alojamento, fica a uma estação de Tisseo e a duas da Praça Monastiraki. Ou seja fica muito perto do Centro. O Metro de Atenas funciona muito bem e permite conhecer toda a cidade facilmente.
Gostei muito de estar no alojamento, mas sinceramente acho que o preço por noite está inflacionado. A host (em contacto sempre por mensagem e sempre atenta) foi muito simpática e resolveu "algumas questões técnicas" que surgiram durante a estadia de 8 noites, mas que poderiam ter sido acauteladas se tivesse havido uma revisão do alojamento antes da estadia.

בחדר שלי חדר 2 דלת נעולה שמקשרת לחדר הסמןך.. שומעים כל מה שקורה בחדר שליד. כיסוי המיטה הרגיש מאובק . לא הסדין . הסדין נקי הכיסוי בלבד. מאמין שישפרו ואז המקןם יהיה מצויין. דבר נוסף יש מכונת אספרסו אך ללא קפסולות. עיצוב הריצןף לא לטעמי . הצוות שמישתדל גורם לי להאמין שהם ישפרו
