W apartamencie było tylko pół rolki papieru toaletowego na 3 dni dke 4 osób dorosłych, pisałam 3 razy prośby o dostarczenie,ale bez odpowiedzi.

Pulizia da rivedere. Pavimenti e bagno sporchi. Polvere ovunque.

The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance except for a washing machine.

Steep staircase so difficult to get suitcases up. Not very good for anyone with mobility issues. Towels were sparse, no tea towels or dish clothe. No broom or rag to wipe anything up. No clothes drying rack.

I liked how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. Well equipped with blinds for the summer light. Loved the well-equipped kitchen. I also liked how close it was to all the nearby sightseeing points.

I was traveling with my elderly grandma and she had some trouble climbing up the stairs with the suitcase, as well as walking up the hill to get there. So if I were asked if it's accessible I'd say no.

Lokalizacja jest idealna: historyczne Bryggen i centrum na wyciągnięcie ręki, podobnie górskie szlaki. Apartament w klimatycznych historycznych domkach, bezproblemowe meldowanie (wejście na kod).

Brak wieszaków / miejsca do powieszenia mokrych ręczników czy okryc wierzchnich zmoczonych deszczem. W łazience przydałby się mały kosz na śmieci.

Stairs to apartment. No toaster. Nowhere to hang towels to dry.

Az apartman közel központhoz, bájos utcában található. Előre megfelelő bő tájékoztatást kaptunk a tulajdonosoktól, mindenre kiterjedően. A szállás tiszta, megfelelő méretű kényelmes volt, három ember számára. Nagyon megvoltunk elégedve.

Apróságokban volt csak hiányunk: fogas vagy akasztó a kabátok számára, fürdőszoba kilépő, papírtörlő vagy konyharuha a konyhába (mosogatógéppel rendelkezik).

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca de las principales atracciones de Bergen.

Se trata de una piso antiguo recientemente reformado. pero es una pena que no esté cuidado, las paredes están ya manchadas, el sillón también, la cortina que separa la caa del salón también estaba rota. Además, hay detalles que marcan la diferencia, como por ejemplo que haya un paño de cocina o un rollo de cocina , un estropajo a estrenar o un rollo de papel higiénico de recambio, ya que solo nos dejaron medio.

The floor isn’t flat, it slopes. Building works below started at 7am, and dust from their sanding went everywhere and triggered our asthma.

Beliggenhet, og sengen var komfortable, enkelt å komme seg inn i leiligheten med kode på døren.

Det var ikke noe nr på husveggen utenfor eller skilt. Møblene var flekkete og såg skittent ut samt det var smuler i stolene. Oppvasken var ikke gjort rent, sto Oppvasken fra tidligere leieboer. Det var heller ikke varmt vann så vi fikk ikke dusjet. Internettet måtte vi etterlyse, virker ikke når vi kom. Husverten tok tak i det og da var det på plass. Kjøkkenet manglet grytelapper, brukte da ett håndkle og det manglet vinåpner. Det står i annonsen at det er 2 soverom. Her er det ett soverom og en alkove med forheng. Ovnen i alkoven låg på gulvet.

Great location. Great communication with host. Very clean and tidy.

Beds were a little soft, not great for anyone with back troubles. Very steep and narrow entrance to 2nd floor. Very tricky with a medium sized suitcase.

The location was good but the.rest was terrible.

It We arrived to an apartment that was described as 2 bedroom. One bedroom was a corner of the living room with a sheet to shut off the corner and just about enough room for the bed. Dirty Dishes in the dishwasher (and no dishwasher soap  to run the dishwasher effectively ), no garbage cans, very few kitchen utensils, the shower head came off the wall while my traveling companion was in the shower.  I was in the actual bedroom and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and the curtains in the makeshift bedroom didn't cover a window so my friend couldn't sleep with the lights all night.   The apartment appears to be in the process of renovation and will be nice when it is finished, but it is not ready yet. It did not.feel.clean. for 3 nights the place had very minimal supplies (like TP)   Outside the entry door on a very small landing is a mess of sheetrock and other building materials.   I contacted the person/manager through the email I had received with my booking and they got back to me about the difficulty we had using the stove top and that was it. In the middle of the first night there, my friend was awake in the living room, very frustrated as she couldn't make the room dark.  The next morning I asked her if she wanted to find another place and she said yes immediately.    We booked another place through booking.com.    So the 3 nights we were in Bergen, we paid for 2 different bookings.   This situation has left me with a very skeptical opinion of how customer service is being handled in our situation.   I have been happy with bookings in the past, and tried to be honest with them letting them know these are changes that need to happen for the future bookings, but have not gotten any response. A.  The apartment had not been cleaned in any acceptable standard and B. It was falsely represented stating it has 2 bedrooms. The other comment I want.

There was info that room is on second floor and it"s renovated but room was on first floor and it was dirty and neglected.

The location was superb.

There were some aspects we didn't like, such as the very steep staircase and the fact that the shower-riser came away and wasn't secured to the tiled wall. More hooks are required for towels, and the dishwasher panel needs looking at.

A great opportunity of staying very close to Bryggen for a reasonable price. The apartment is renovated and clean, and tidy.

Location was great, couldn’t have asked for better communication from the hosts, and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Apartment was also warm and cosy in the wintery December weather.

I recently stayed at Homerentals Apartments, perfectly positioned just a short stroll from Bryggen. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for exploring the city’s historic harbour and charming streets. Inside, the flat was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for three people, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking and relaxing feel effortless. Self check-in was straightforward and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey much easier. Altogether, a superb place to stay and one I’d happily return to.

All was perfect, including the WiFi.

Die Lage ist super. Außerdem wurde schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und auch die Reperatur der mängel erfolgte am selben Tag.

An den Fenstern war überall leider ein bisschen Schimmel. Unter den Betten wurde leider auch nicht gereinigt.

La ubicació

Estava tot molt brut, anavem 4 persones i no hi cabien les maletes a l’apartament. No hi ha paella per cuinar, només una olla gran que estava bruta amb espaguetis enganxats. El lavabo està fora de l’apartament, just al costat de la porta d’entrada a l’edifici. No funciona la calefacció ni el wifi, vam passar fred ja que hem viatjat al novembre amb temperatures sota zero. Les persianes i els penjadors estan trencats, es cauen. La llum de la cuina no funciona i falten molts estris de cuina.

Very cramped and small. Could do with a proper clean. Beds are not comfortable at all. Felt dusty. Also it did say (I missed on the listing) but the toilet is not in the apartment. You have to cross over a common hallway to get to it through another locked door.

It was in a perfect location everything in walkable distance very clean and owners kindly left toiletries and teabags. When travelling lightly finding these essentials was really thoughtful .

It was a little bit noisy from about 6am , from apartment beneath but apart from that everything was perfect

Parece más grande en las fotos y en realidad es todo es demasiado ajustado. Había menaje de la cocina guardo en los muebles que no estaban limpios. Los tuve que limpiar yo para poder usarlos. La nevera es tan pequeña que apenas cabe nada. Al entrar al mini apartamento nos encontramos con un olor a pies bastante desagradable, el cual nos acompañó durante toda la estancia. El cuarto de baño tiene una mini ducha y yo que soy de talla grande no pude agacharme para lavarme las piernas y los pies.

This place was misleadingly advertised. Despite being renovated recently, there were significant issues which if we had known we would not have booked. When we arrived the entire place smelled awfull. The corridors, living areas and bedrooms smelt of damp. There was a strong smell of male sweat in the bedrooms which took 3 days to dissipate as we kept all windows open whenever we could. It felt so gross sleeping on the beds because of this issue. The bathroom was not in the main unit - like some kind of student accommodation - separated from the bedrooms/living area. This meant that there was absolutely no privacy when going to shower or use the toilet. Being situated by the main entrance to the house, it made for a very stressful experience, waiting for other guests to pass before rushing in and out of the bathroom.

Brak podstawowych rzeczy typu papier toaletowy. Zastawa w kuchni wytłuczona. Dostępne jedynie pojedyncze rzeczy. Np był tylko 1 kubek.

We are very pleased with this apartment. Great location (many supermarkets nearby), 5 minutes to the city center, quite neighborhood. The apartment clean and cozy. The kitchen has a lot of different spices, oils and other cooking utensils. Special thanks for the coffee machine and the capsules for it. For this price highly recommend!

Add more paper towels or ordinary one to the kitchen. Add hooks for the shower towels in the bathroom.

Additional curtains the bed room with the larger bed would have been nice.

Location was fantastic! Minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very bright.

At times, heard upstairs neighbors moving around and their loud music.

Excellent, central location in a super-cozy neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for two, clean and plenty of bedding. Instructions and troubleshooting (ie infusion stovetop) were clear. Effective communication with owners. Highly recommended.

Great location and you can experience the local feel. All facilities were easy to se and highly recommend the place.

The location was great as it was a short walk to the Brygge area and to all the departure points for the cruises and other sightseeing activities. The room was comfortable, bathroom came with amenities and kitchen had basic utensils. The access was electronic, which was easy to access - room and main door.

1. Dragging bags across the cobblestoned pathway is difficult because there are no footpaths on the road (only on main roads). 2. We arrived early and the room was cleaned (not very well though) with only the dishwasher still running, The staff allowed us to enter and keep our bags in the room but not checkin even though no work was done in it till we returned at 3:30 pm to check in. This was quite upsetting. 3. No toilet rolls were provided initially which was very surprising. Although the staff responded promptly, they could only provide the toilet rolls the next morning. 4. The kitchen did not have any cutting board and one was provided after two days from another room as shops were closed due to long holiday weekend. 5. The apartment was small for four adults with little to no place to open luggage.

Good location, very comfy bed. POC was helpful and let us hold the bags in the apartment before we were officially due to check in.

The apartment could definitely do with being upgraded a bit, it felt quite run down and needs some TLC. Also not sure if it’s just because there was a festival the day we stayed but outside the apartment was very noisy

They let us make a late check in with small amount. Also they always can be reachable via phone in case of any issue. Many kinds of teas and coffee dropped to flat. Location is really good.

Upper room make a noise whole night till early morning. Insulation of house is really bad. Electric heater of living room stopped time to time and we got freeze. Toilet is outside of the room and need to enter a keycode for entering. It was really discomfortable.

Private bathroom Should have been more clear, you have to walk through a public entrance. Therefore having to change before using it. No oven in the kitchen area,plus ring not working, ended up throwing food away.
