Left over food make me speechless inside the fridge got burger,yogurt some drink people left over inside fridge. I think this room don't proved soundproof, can hear sound vehicle and motorcycle. Can't sleep at night.I though have a good rest for the next day before meeting.

It was dirty, lots insects, light hanging of wall over photo, wires hanging out air con unit by door and taped up. Stained and ripped mattress, net curtains stained, furniture broken and falling apart and badly stained. Writing on the wall. Light switch broken and cracked. General decor was appalling. It would be something if mine I would not rent until major works had been done. The attached pictures shows all the above. I have more If needed. I am shocked that booking.com list this apartment and if an inspector visited it then I am sure they would agree. It is dangerous electrically. My partner got some nasty bites. We were on the 38th floor.

The attitude of the security at the main entrance are not friendly. My kids ask where is the restroom he reply there's no restroom here the shipping mall had closed so there's no restroom available now

I think bath tub is leaking. Toilet too. It seem there is water on the floor need the toilet. Even though no one using the bidet. Too much mirror and look like no security which we may not know what hiding behind the mirror. And the room also got some bad stench

Reviewed May 12, 2025L’emplacement au dessus d’un centre commercial, à 10mn des rues animées, la piscine grande et plaisante. Le gestionnaire qui est réactif, ménage fait tout les jours et bouteilles d’eau.
Très vieux, mal entretenu. L’hébergement vaut la moitié du prix. Le fait de devoir payer uniquement en espèces. La chambre sentait très fort le tabac, fauteuil taché, meubles très abîmés, je ne me suis pas risquée à utiliser la cuisine. L’état était tel que j’ai demandé à changer, j’ai eu légèrement mieux mais honnêtement je ne recommande pas du tout.

The check in and out ect is not hotel style.. old abandoned units used like hotel.. they put us in the bigger unit and tried to upsell asking more money.. then moved to the unit we booked and wasted half a day.. both stunk like cigarettes and urine... wifi modem was under the bed assuming for the kid...better use a hotel even you want bigger space..

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025الموقع طبعا ممتاز لان تحتك سوق 5 ادوار واكثر . بس يفتح الساعة 10 الصبح فلا تدور فطور بدري .. اما المنظر من الغرفة ولا اروع بس حر شويه في الظهر . الفرش يرتبوه بس ما يغيروه . ما ععجبني الناس الي حول الفندق تجمعوا الشحاتين و النصابين . وتحسه صار شوي بعيد عن شارع بوكت بنتاق يبغالك ربع ساعه كل يوم رايح وجاي ربع ساعة
الغرف بالعموم في التايم سكور قديمة وفرشها قديم . السوق عادي جدا . ما ععجبني الناس الي حول الفندق تجمعوا الشحاتين و النصابين وتحسه صار شوي عن شارع بوكت بنتاق يبغالك ربع ساعه كل يوم رايح وجاي ربع ساعة.

In the beginning, we stragulled in the first apartment (for 4 nights), cleaning is ?????? Therefore, we changed into a second apartment (for 5 nights), which was acceptable compared with the previous one. However, bathrooms are old and require more actions considering smell??????
