Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The place is well built and perfectly located near many activities between Tyrol and German Bavarian towns . The chalets are designed in a very cosy way with high end interiors and lovely setup. The kitchen is facilitated and all rooms had their own bathrooms. We also had our own private sauna room and everything was tailored for a peaceful gateway. We enjoyed the weather and stay there in Sep, and believe it will be as fabulous in winter. The bread roll service was also great and the onsite grocery really added value to the whole place. I highly recommend this place. One last thing to note and we really appreciated, they provided portable bidet in the bathroom and it was a nice gesture.
Nothing , that we couldn’t stay longer…

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026מושלם! המקום הכי טוב שהייתי בו עד היום! מחכה כבר לחזור שוב. רמה גבוהה מאוד עד הפרטי פרטים ולריה מארחת מהממת ודאגה לנו לפינוקים קטנים. הבית ענק. 3 יחידות הורים מצויידות בכל מה שצריך, מגבות וחלוקים מפנקים, אמבטיה וגם מקלחת צמוד לכל חדר, מיטות נוחות מאוד. אי אפשר להסביר במילים כמה מושלם שם. שקט, רגוע. נפלא. מרפסות נהדרות ויש מכונת כביסה. פשוט מושלם מושלם מושלם ! ברמת מלון 5 כוכבים חצי שעה מפוגן, 45 דק מאוץ, אזור סיפילד. יש גם אאוטלטיפ נחמדים 45 דק משם.
הכל נפלא ברמה הכי גבוהה

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

ولاشي غلط لكن للعرب ودنا لوفيه ستاير للدرايش او على الاقل تكون مغيّمه عاكس لان الشاليه اللي قدام كاشف عالصاله ويفضل لو فيه مراوح خصوصاً وقت الصبح والظهر

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025مكان هادئ ومريح ، نظيف جدا كما يتمتع بديكور رائع . الغرف كبيرة والحمامات واسعة . المطبخ ممتاز من حيث الحجم وكذلك الأجهزة والأدوات . من أجمل مافي الشاليه انك تشعر بالترحيب من قبل مالك المكان ، حيث تقوم المالكة بتحضير الخبز بشكل يومي للسكان بشكل مجانيّ ، كما يوجد متجر صغير تم توفيره للسكان للاحتياجات اليومية الضرورية البسيطة وهو ذاتي الدفع ومفتوح طوال الوقت . يقع الشاليه فوق الجبل وتحتاج سيارة للانتقال إلى قرية سيفيلد تقريبا سبع دقائق ، أو إلى مدينة أنسبروك الجميلة في حدود نص ساعة . اذاكنت تحب الاسترخاء والهدوء فهو مكان رائع .
للعوائل لا توجد ستائر في نوافذ الصالات والمطبخ في الدور الأرضي رغم ان الزجاج عاكس . ( يوجد ستائر في غرف النوم ) . التكييف يعمل بطريقة مختلفة حيث انه يبرد الأرضيات فقط ، لكن بصراحة الجو بارد في المنطقة ولن تحتاج للتكييف .

The views were stunning, and the hosts were incredibly kind — they even brought us fresh bread every morning! Felt just like home. Definitely coming back

Reviewed Oct 21, 2024The chalet was very well appointed. Nothing overlooked. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were always available if needed. As a family of four our chalet was perfect as the older children each had a suite as nice as the parents. With the dog area in the foyer and a yard and porch everyone had lovely areas to relax. We made the quick walk to the charming downtown, grocer and restaurants, regularly, and could then prepare meals in the perfect kitchen. The property is quiet on the forest edge with a short walk to the ski slope. We felt very much welcomed by locals and at ease in the chalet and in the town of Leutasch. So much nature and adventure to have there in every season. Beautiful views and night skies await. We will be back.
