Condo in marrakech with pool

The apartment is located in jnane awrad, just outside of guilez around 3 miles ,taxi is around 20 mad to guilez and 30/40mad to jamal el fana, (the square)apartment is in a nice area quite compared to the hustle and busle, you have mcdonalds and kfc literally 5mins walk from the apartment, shwarma place uo the road, you have local convenience stores all around the block , kayzan super market on the same road, and fast food shops around there aswel as carre four shopping outlet ,it has a decent size pool, nice big spacious rooms, with cutterly, musthafa the security guard is a great helpful chap, the life guard around the pool is friendly, I've stayed here before and I will go back again soon, highly recommended

The 1st night I was told at 1pm to go and stay in a different apartment for 1 night , Didn't get a reason why but my family of 5 had ti stay in a different apartment from what we booked , the qc in that place wasn't working properly and that night was awful, it was 46 degrees and we were sat in there sweating allnite, but for the next 7 nights we went to the 1 we originally booked,

A beautiful apartment with a lovely view at the pool

First of all the pool pictured is downstairs not not anywhere close to, it serves about 70 other private flats within the property which one of them is rented as air b n b Secondly , I arrived on time for my birthday and my boyfriend wasn’t even allowed to stop my cake simply because I didn’t add him as an occupant , who does that these days ? Wi-Fi password was cleaned off the post , we had to buy SIM card to be able to get internet connection so we could kindly ask owner for WiFi password , Thirdly , security fee wasn’t included in the booking, we were taxed at the property , can all hidden charges be added at the point of booking ? As is considered when exploring other options ? Please ? The whole experience made me anxious , and upset over important things albeit key things for one’s comfort

Personne difficile à joindre. Il me refuse le parking et accepte finalement après avoir fortement insisté. Apres quelque jours ma place de parking et partager avec d’autre locataire d’un autre appartement sans être mis au courant.

Everything it’s more than perfect!

This was truly one of the best places I have ever stayed in Marrakech. The property was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and thoughtfully organized in every detail. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The security was excellent, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is in a safe and pleasant area, with easy access to the city while still offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Marrakech and would gladly stay here again

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave at the end of the stay

Die Wohnung war groß

-Die Badezimmer inkl wc konnte man nicht abschliesen weil der schloss kaputt war -WC deckel war kaputt toilettenpapier kein ersatz -keine serviette oder lappen das man was abwischen kann -Wlan hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert -Herd ging nicht mehr wahrscheinlich war der Gas leer -Wasserkocher war defekt -Wäscheständer war kaputt -Rohre waren verstopft sodass es ewig gedauert hat bis das Wasser runterfliest

Lejligheden var stor og ren. Beliggenheden var som beskrevet udenfor centrum. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med. Der blev lavet en meget fin rengøring. Dejligt med en vagt foran komplekset.

Lejligheden var meget lydt, og man kunne høre naboernes samtaler, tv mv. Savnede møbler på balkon. Ærgerligt at det ikke var muligt at opholde sig ved poolen. Der var ingen solsenge eller stole. Poolen er ikke opvarmet.

L'employé, Ayoub, est incompétent. Il nous a extorqué des frais touristiques avant même que nous n'entrions dans l'appartement. De plus, il n'a pas répondu à nos appels pour nous indiquer le chemin. Il n'y a pas de réception ouverte 24h/24. Le service d'Ayoub est déplorable et il devrait être remplacé immédiatement. Le service était exécrable. Il n'a même pas pris la peine de nous saluer. Un employé vraiment exécrable.

It’s clean, comfortable and quiet all type of shops near by McDonald’s and other restaurants waking destines. Mr. Ayoub such a helpful and great person. The kids lovothe swimming pool we really enjoyed thank you I really recommend 👍👍👍

The air conditioning worked fine, although it leaked on the balcony – a bucket had to be placed underneath. The appartment had a full kitchen and a washing machine, which was convenient. The windows had shutters and privacy glass, providing some privacy.

Unfortunately, there were several downsides to this stay. The sofa was stained and looked dirty. There was no iron available, there was no private pool as listed – only a shared one – and the TV with streaming services did not work, despite being advertised on Booking.com. The bathrooms were unhygienic: we found two small blood stains on the tiles, there was mold, and one of the toilet seats was broken. Under the beds it was very dusty, and some of the towels had visible stains. We were received not by a host, but by security staff and cleaners, which felt unprofessional. I had requested free private parking, which was offered in the listing. However, on the first day we were denied access to the underground garage. We called the host that evening and were told we could collect the remote the next day at 12:00 from the security guard – but this never happened, not that day and not the days after. We had to park outside in 40°C heat every day, which was extremely inconvenient. To make things worse, on the last night at midnight, the host messaged me on WhatsApp asking for an additional 200 MAD (€20) for city tax. Both I and my travel companion have dual nationality, including Moroccan, and we both hold a valid Moroccan ID, which legally exempts us from paying this tax. Instead of being clear and organized from day one, extra costs were suddenly brought up at the end, and the host seemed more concerned about getting money than providing proper service. We paid €244 euros for 4 nights - Check in at 15:00PM 27th of juli - Check out at 11:00AM 31st of juli. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this apartment to others.

Had the best time in Marrakech with my family! The house was super clean, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location close to everything. The pool was spotless and just perfect for relaxing together. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to

The Condo Marrakech accommodation was the most beautiful place we stayed in during our entire 10-night trip across Morocco. It's a shame we couldn’t enjoy it for longer. Located in a quiet residential area, close to the airport, and guarded throughout the night, it offered a peaceful stay. We also greatly appreciated the free underground parking. Ayoub was incredibly helpful—not only in recommending nearby restaurants but also in responding immediately when I mentioned that one of the two bathrooms was missing a hairdryer. A courier delivered it to me within 10 minutes! Unbelievable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay—we highly recommend it!

The bed was cozy and the flat big. The couch is very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool was very cold but nice and clean!

The communication wasn't that great. I needed to wait sometimes for two days for them to reply. They just left one toilet paper roll for two bathrooms and four nights of booking. The Internet was very slow and it wasn't that well cleaned. (Like hair in the shower)
