The staff was very attentive and kind - especially the staff from the restaurant (Ana and her colleague). The location was incredible, it was super close to the beach and trendy restaurants and spas. The food and the drinks were amazing and the breakfast was good too! We had the one bedroom pool villa, which was phenomenal.

The Wifi was spotty at times and there were ants in our room (and bed).

The property was in a fantastic position right in the middle of everything but was incredibly quiet.

Tout était super bien, l’hôtel est magnifique, le restaurant est très bon sans parler de la gentillesse du personnel. Ma compagne et moi souhaitons remercier l’ensemble de l’équipe pour ce séjour formidable, merci à Rini, Ana et toutes les personnes dont je n’ai pas le nom.

L’emplacement dans le centre mais à l’écart du bruit, la proximité avec la plage. Le petit déjeuner était excellent (expresso, cappuccino non inclut). Le personnel est adorable.

Nous avions un vrai sujet de fourmis qui malheureusement n’a pas pu être résolu avec l’aérosol, l’invasion est bien plus importante. Les fourmis étaient aussi bien dans notre villa piscine que dans la chambre classique de nos enfants. Hormis ce sujet tout était bien.

Le personnel est aimable et gentils. Spécialement Rai qui était à notre écoute à chaque fois qu’on avait des questions.

Le seul bémol concerne les alentours de l’hôtel : une mauvaise odeur provenant des égouts est présente dans toute la rue, ce qui peut être assez désagréable.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme, à taille humaine avec un personnel au petit soin. Je recommande.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming—Rai and Elza were especially wonderful and really made a difference. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel’s location is perfect, surrounded by great places to eat and grab a drink. I would definitely stay here again.

There’s really nothing to fault. There are a few stairs up to the second floor, but they’re minimal and not an issue at all.

Check in was perfection thanks to Elza - she is an asset to your establishment - friendly informative and professional. Rooms were large with plenty of space for our luggage. We had our own pool and it was perfect and private - to note our perosnal pool areas could do with a bean bag or lounger though but I borrowed one from the main pool area and no -one had a problem with this. Breakfast was good - loved the selection of fruit and fruit juices. Amazing location for us especially to beaches / shopping / restaurant and massage.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Selbst der private Pool war größer als bei anderen Unterkünften die wir auf Bali hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen mit genug Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der zuvorkommend Service vor allem durch Rini, Elza und Rai!

Hier und da ist die Unterkunft ein wenig Renovierungsbedürftig, das bezieht sich allerdings wirklich nur auf Kleinigkeiten (zb in die Jahre gekommener Abfluss, absplitternde Wandfarbe an kleinen Stellen).

The prime canggu has been by far the best place ive stayed at in bali! I booked a single room private villa and right from the pleasant greeting of the staff all the way to check out was such a wonderful experience. The staff are genuinely kind amd attentive, they remember your name and also the little details you tell them such as your plans in bali. The staff was also only a call away and willing to help with any request I had. Ive never experienced bali hospitality before and I have to say its world class. The food was delicious and the whole hotel was beautiful! Perfectly located, very close to the beach yet still quiet most of the day and night! My biggest thanks to all the staff; from security, reception, cleaning, dining and even the gardening team was very kind! I couldn't recommend the prime enough to anyone interested or looking for a quality stay at a still reasonable price!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything was always spotless. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredibly kind and friendly staff. Everyone working at the hotel was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially interacted a lot with Rai and Elza, who were both exceptionally attentive, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.

Not suitable for people who have issues with stairs as restaurant is up on the top floor. In saying that, staff were very accommodating and were happy to deliver bfast to the room

La salle de bain aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement.

Das Hotel ist schön und modern und hat eine gute Lage in Canggu. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit (vorallem Rai an der Rezeption). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Hele mooie en ruime kamer, daarnaast is het hotel echt top gelegen en is het personeel heel vriendelijk, speciale dank aan Rai, ze heeft ons fantastisch geholpen en was zeer vriendelijk!

1. 雖然在巷子內，但位置還算方便，走出來就是主街，有很多餐廳、咖啡廳、便利商店。 2. 這次入住都是Villa房型，房間內的小泳池很可愛！ 3. 非常建議在共用泳池躺椅躺整天。 4. Room service 牛排好吃，有附送折價券使用。 5. 電視可以使用Netflix, YouTube。 6. 床好躺，隔音好。

1. 飯店早餐很普通，但附近很多早午餐可以選擇。 2. 這次入住201號房，大門的鎖有點問題，每次要鎖都很困難⋯ 3. 廁所洗手台水略堵住，水要流很久才會下去。 4. 入住時房間地板就有多處明顯灰塵！！ 5. 水一定要裝濾芯。（但這不是飯店的問題，是整個峇里島都是） 6. 蚊子多。

Πολύ ωραία βίλα, με ωραία διακόσμηση! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με πολλές διαφορετικές επιλογές και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι κι αν θελάμε και πάντα χαμογελαστοί. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, πολύ κοντα στη θάλασσα.

Δεν είχε πολύ χωρό εξωτερικά της βίλας για να μπορέσεις να καθίσεις στην ιδιωτική πισίνα.

We stayed here with family and friends before a nearby wedding. It was a lovely place to stay, with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Location was central to everything, which saved us from needing transport to go places. If you are travelling with a group of people, this place is perfect as all the rooms and villas are close, but you still have your own privacy.

The hotel is not suitable for people who need wheelchairs or have issues with stairs, as the restaurant is located on the top floor with no elevator available. The Staff were amazing in accommodating for our Pop by delivering his buffet breakfast to his room each day.

This was an amazing stay, truly one of the best! The location was incredible, and the comfort of the king beds was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We would especially love to send a huge thank you to Rini, who was the kindest and friendliest receptionist. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always so attentive and welcoming. Ana and Sisicl were also absolutely wonderful. They arranged our floating breakfast beautifully and made us feel so special and cared for. A big shoutout to our housekeepers, I don’t get their names but they all went above and beyond to make sure our room was freshened up everyday. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough and can’t wait to come back!

Nice big rooms, good location near everything you would need.

Swimming pool (main) didn’t have loads of sunbeds / beanbags and the one in the villa only has the sofa / chair.

I absolutely loved the room and the pool was lovely! They gave us so much drinking water everyday which i appreciated. The staff were all exceptional and a big shout out to Rai she was so lovely!! Would definitely be back!

Super mooie kamer met een groot eigen zwembad, welke een zeer aangename temperatuur had. Kamer was ook erg groot met een fijne badkamer inclusief bad. Hotel heeft een perfecte ligging tussen alle populaire restaurants en beach clubs. Ondanks dit was het in ons verblijf erg stil. Airco werkte perfect en ook het bed lag heerlijk.

De badkamer stonk een beetje en het water in de wasbak liep slecht weg. Ook de filterkap van het zwembad zat los waardoor er een gat in de bodem van het zwembad zat. Allemaal maar hele kleine dingen die ons verblijf er zeker niet minder op hebben gemaakt.

The private pool rooms are fabulous. The mix between privacy and staying at a hotel is exactly what we were looking for. The beds are comfortable (for Bali anyway), the bathroom is huge, as is the bedroom. Having a full size fridge, and a kitchenette was a lovely surprise and came in more useful than expected. We really enjoyed the hotel, especially for the price. Excellent value for money.

The on-street signage for the hotel is a little difficult to find, so trying to find it at 2am took a moment. Once done though, we knew what to look for. The breakfast was fine - good if you are needing something early before heading off for a full day of activities. But the number of amazing cafes so close meant that we only partook of the free breakfast once. The tiles in the bathroom/shower can get a little slippery.

We loved everything about our stay! The personnel was super super kind and always helpful. Especially Rai and Rini were the cutest and were always checking on us. The location is really great and very close to all the spots.

The only minor issue we had was with the shower water not flowing properly, but this was fixed immediately when we informed the personnel. :)
