La ubicación excelente. El apartamento muy cómodo y bonito. El edificio está muy bien.

Le falta un poco mas de dotación sobre todo en la cocina. También muy molesto que había muchas cucarachitas

Jó helyen levő, kényelmes, modern szállás. Közelben találhatók bevásárlási lehetőségek, éttermek. Az út túloldalán vannak a strandok. Szép kilátás az apartmanból.

A szállásadó nem jelezte a recepciónál szükséges bejelentkezést. Kicsit lelakott a szállás. A hűtőből folyt a víz. A törülközők agyonhasználtak. A főzőedények kopottak, a kések életlenek. Legnagyobb probléma a csótányok jelenléte. A mosogatóban minden reggel szembenézett velem egy példány, valamint a nappaliban és a fürdőszobában is találkoztunk velük.

Particularmente nos gustó todo, lo cual corresponde a lo ofertado.

1. The host provided clear instructions on how to enter the apartment and was responding quickly. 2. Great location at the start of Bocagrande beach, from where you can have a 25 min walk to the old city. 3. Access to the beach at the front of the apartment, just across the street. 4. Just a block away from the Bocagrande Plaza and Olympica Superstore. 5. The apartment is very nice, with large full wall windows and big balcony, matching the pictures well. 6. The sea view was stunning from the 20th floor where the apartment was located. 7. The highlight of this place is a roof top pool on the 40th floor with magnificent view of the Bocagrande beach and the sea. Great place to view sunsets.

1. As we arrived we found a huge dead cockroach on top of the stairs, next to the bedroom. The building had a clear issue with these insects as during the 3 day stay we found 4 more live cockroaches, only being in the apartment occasionally as we spent most of the time touring the city. The host informed us that they fumigated the building a week before our arrival, but obviously the issue was still there. I understand that this can happen in the building of this size, and it is not much of the host's fault, but we had to keep all our belongings sealed at all times and this made our stay difficult to fully enjoy. 2. As we arrived there was no hot water. The water heater would not turn on and as the host advised it might be the batteries in it that needed to be changed. He offered to call a technician to fix the issue, but we did not have time to wait for them and didn't want anybody to enter the apartment when we were not present, so we declined the offer. But we still thought that things like this should be inspected before the guest arrival. The water was not very cold, one might feel it refreshing after the hot day of touring, but again, it made our showers a bit uncomfortable. 3. The hairdryer was broken.

El apartamento es hermoso, la vista, las instalaciones, la ubicación. Efectivamente superó mis expectativas. Lo recomendaría mil veces. El anfitrión muy amable. La llegada e ingreso al apartamento se facilitó gracias a las instrucciones dadas por el anfitrión.

The apartment was lovely. Great views, fully equipped with everything you'd need. The location was perfect for us and getting an Uber anywhere was cheap.

Nothing really. Just be aware that the tumble dryer sounds like a 747 taking off, so perhaps don't use it late in the evening!

Well located. Beautiful apartment with an amazing view.

The location was great. Beautiful view over Bocagrande beach. Right next to Hotel Estelar which has a sky-bar on the 51st floor. There is a supermarket less than one block away. There is air conditioning downstairs in the living area as well as in the upstairs bedroom and it worked very well. The apartment has big windows to let in lots of light and it has remote-controlled screens in front of the windows to shut out the afternoon sun. The washer /dryer in the unit is a great bonus and it has a huge fridge / freezer.

Excellent location and amazing views from the balcony. The apartment was as in the pictures, spacious and clean with large and comfortable beds.

No toiletries provided, the cleaner did not leave extra toilet paper and garbage bags for a six day stay. The sofa in the leaving room had big stains and need to be cleaned or replaced. The clothes dryer was not connected to the vent so we had to dry our clothes on the balcony's furniture.

Towels were worn and the linen on the bed wasn’t fresh and there was ant colony in the kitchen area.

Everything it’s just perfect.

Great location close to city center and main sightseeing activities. The apartment has all the amenities needed and some nice touches like automatic blinds and an amazing view. The tower has 40 floors, so the views from the terrace roof/pool are also awesome. I appreciated the flexibility for both early arrival and storing bags after check out.

It's not a biggie, but the beds are all in the same room. There is only one bedroom upstairs and an extra sofa-bed in the living room.

Must start with Danny, he is a great host, very diligent and helpful. The Staff at the lobby, super kind too. The apartment is really nice, perfectly clean and comfortable, with an incredible beach front view, perfect to hang out and enjoy every sunset or sunrise. Also, the location is the best, close to the everything. Recommend it without hesitation.
