Very disappointing experience. The apartment was advertised as having 3 rooms, but the third room was absolutely unacceptable. It was extremely small, more like a storage room than a bedroom, with no window, no proper ventilation, and barely enough space to stay comfortably. Calling this a “3-bedroom apartment” is seriously misleading. A room should at least be suitable for a person to sleep and stay in. This room was so uncomfortable that honestly, sleeping outside would have been a better option. We booked the apartment expecting three proper bedrooms, but what we received was completely different from what was advertised. The host should be transparent about the actual condition and size of the rooms instead of advertising it as a proper 3-bedroom apartment. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable 3-bedroom stay.

Even though it's a budget place, the thing I couldn't stand is the presence of baby cockroaches everywhere... In the bathroom , crawling on the bed and the ceiling, on the sofa and curtains... Even though the staff proposed to send a cleaner to spray the area, I'm still not satisfied because this should be checked and to be done before we check in and stay

The water of pool is dirty, and long wait for the left. Besides taking one day and half for checking to get your deposit back is too much..

The Property was alright.

They’re putting too many rules. We have all been in many hotels, but this one has too many compared to the others. I wouldn’t come back again because of that. Many fines as well. They’re putting it one price on the Booking.com when you click to confirm there’s another price. One day is suddenly coming to RM470 per night. yeah, it’s not worth it.

Location was great and overall building amenities were excellent. Property itself lacked cleanliness.

Proper clean was not done beforehand. Bedsheets were stained, iron and ironing board was burnt, cockroaches roaming inside.

Location is good. View from the apartment is good. that's pretty much it.

Rooms are old.. Kitchen is virtually non existent.. we were 9 people - only 4 plates.. Staff said this is for light cooking.. So if you look at the property photos and think that you can do some decent cooking, keep that out of your expectations. Worst of all... LIFTS (ELEVATORS)... 2 out of the 4 lifts didn't work for a whole day. This property is in 23rd floor and the parking is in 7th floor. We had to wait for more than 3 mins to get a free space in the lift. We couldn't. Me along with my little kid has to walk 16 floors with luggage, which was super annoying to start with. Everyone staying in this apartment complex had to face the same problem and all were super annoyed. With only light cooking, we were literally scared to even order food or to step out of the apartment, as we had to walk 23 floors as getting free space in the lift was like winning a lottery. This is definitely for serious consideration if you are not prepared to climb steps with luggage. Second worst. Infinity pool.. that was shut for the maintenance for the 2 nights we stayed. Paying so much expecting to enjoy the facilities and having to face such a disappointment from both faciltiies and also having to walk stairs to reach the property or go down has added too much into our frustration and stay experience. I wouldn't recommnd this property (I am not sure about the other properties in the apartment complex, but if they are of the same quality - I wouldn't recommend them either)

The apartment can accommodate for number of people. Good for big group looking at value of money

The bedroom experience is very bad, pillow is very old and not comfortable to sleep at all. The management should change all the pillows. The bed with very old blanket and bedsheet, don't feel comfortable to sleep at all. Feeling sleeping at a dirty bed. Toilet is dirty with stain.

Worst hospitality experience. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I had to message the staff first just to get the full details for the check-in process, which they should provide me as soon as I booked the hotel without me asking them. The bed sheets had visible stains. When I informed the staff, they simply told me not to worry because they were “clean,” but they didn’t bother to replace them. There were also cockroaches around the kitchen sink area, which was completely unacceptable. I stayed in Malaysia for 18 days, and this was by far the worst accommodation I experienced. Fortunately, I only stayed here for three nights.

Tak best sebab malam tak boleh tidur , jiran atas bising lari sana sini , alih perabot dari jam 10 malm sampai 1/2 pagi ( unit 1209 ) memang bising , lepastu untuk yg muslim kalau nak checkin sini , sila lah bawa telekung & sejadah , dekat unit ni memang tak disediakan , wardobe pun takde , lepastu kene standby air mineral sebab takda coway ada air filter je , aircond bilik ke 2 bocor sampai menitik masa tidur kesian my mom .

I like because the building facilites are varies, the pool was great for family and kids!z the apartment was clean and kitchen utensils are provided. The bed was ok.

The property has 2 building 1 is A1 and B1, if we get apartment and parking in the same block its much easier, the parking lot and the lift is nearer. The parking lot is at the same level its just divided in two blocks. While me, my apartment was block B2 but my parking was lot 64 (which nearer to block A1 lift apartment). So we need to walk around 100-200m to the B1 block lift. Moreover i bring my parents and aunts who already aged 70 years and above. The lift might take some time to wait during peak and weekend.

Location is in Jelutong. Nearby to coastal road. Many famous eateries nearby.

1. There is no fan in either of the rooms, except aircond. 2. Bathroom is not clean. 3. The lift is the worst. It's a high rise apartment but each tower only have 4 lifts. Probably because of school holiday, where we have to wait nearly 1 hour each time to go up and going down. It's tiring especially when we have elderly who is coming with us.

房间还算干净舒适 ，公寓里的游乐设备很齐全 ，地理位置也算挺好的 。

小小建议可以尽量在每间房间里配备镜子 ，因为没有镜子真的很不方便 ，还有房间里配备的毛巾还是有点湿湿的

Everything was good. The only issue was the long waiting time for the lift during check-out, as many guests were leaving at the same time. Perhaps extending the check-out time to 12:00 PM instead of 11:30 AM could help reduce the crowd and improve the overall guest experience.

Overall the facilities is okay like the pools were a bit different than other properties I ever sawand vending machines that have multiple items, you can even find medicine inside it. Overall was OK. They also have a theater that play movies in particular timing, but we didn't went.

First, the lift was toooo long wait, you may need to wait like 30 to 40 mins for a lift. Second, the parking was a bit far from the lift lobby and quite high also so you need to keep turn around for the parking ramp to go up and park. Third, there's no jacuzzi at all, no sure is it broke or not idk, the sauna also need to early book 1 day, quite a bit complicated. Fourth, we actually book the room named apartment with sea view, however, it's turn out no sea view at all.. Fifth, the towels was very disgusting, got some weird stains on it, please remember to bring towels if you want to stay. Sixth, we found out the water heater was broke at first in the master room when we stay and we contacted the admin side, they said will send a technician but after few hours no news at all.. At the end we found out can press the reset button but you need to press it everytime when you want to shower with hot water. Actually overall still okay to stay la if prefer the facilities, but if you ask me to choose maybe will stay a better one compare to here.

im sorry, i don't have fb acc. but, the place very comfortable, i came for work. next time, if i want to come on vacation, i'll deal with uolls. there many bed, can fit 7-8 people & view sooo nice, home furnishings are provided & facilitate tenants. thankyou ✨✨🌷
