Lift..short of lift..the cleaner control the lift during checkout time So poor for OKU person have to use the stairs to avoid late check-out

Room was clean, view from the window is nice. Location was perfect.

The parking space is on 7th floor. Took a lot of time to park the car every time. Lifts are always busy.

Clean and spacious

Unit is different from the picture of unit that I chose. Parking to lift is very far. Not family with toddler friendly. Security is rude, when my husband wants to drop off me and my two kids at the lobby, he forbid us to stop at the drop off spot. And rudely ask us to move our car at the side of the building near the garbage area to dropping off.

The location is in center of penang

The lift is suck,,,have to wait 30 minit just want to go another level,,,the air cond in my room not functioni g wel,,,call the owner they said have to wait for maintanance,,in the end nothing have been done,,,nothing to cover the prob,,,not suggested to stay here

Walaupun dapat berehat sehabisnya berkerja, kemudahan disini boleh dikunjungi untuk keluarga dan berehat disini pelbagai aktiviti dan kemudahan disediakan sangat menarik… & dekat dgn temptation menarik selesa bagi yg berkeluarga .. tilam dia serius best 10/10

The Lift service is so worst, During check out me and group waiting around 20 minutes to take lift but the lift not stop at level 18 , lastly we go down by using staircase at level 2 parking 🤦🏻‍♂️ My parents is old people so suffer to get down .

浴室牆上有很多黴菌，天花板也有水漬，浴室沒有抽氣設施所致。後備床褥沒有承託力，床單也有很多灰塵，應該很耐都沒人攞出嚟用，到步第1日要洗床單。睡房除了床什麼都沒有，手機和水杯只能放在地上，很不方便。不推介這間。

As I mentioned in my last review, the bed sheets and shower towels are with lots stain/dirts. On the second day we checked in, one of us had res spots on her arms, we thought at beginning it was allergy or caused by sweat. We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. After we checked out, my daughter and I also had lots of little red spots on arms, legs and some other body parts, which are very itchy. Our friend back to Singapore and went to doctor and been told it cause by insects bites. After trip in Malaysia, I came to China for business trip and went to see the doctor and been told the red rushes/spots are highly possibly caused by bed bugs. Stayed in many holiday apartments in many counties and never had such terrible experience.

Secured building, Swimming pool, 3 bedroom, good WiFi, easy checkin and checkout, etc

There are no shelves or table in the rooms, no shelves and hanger in toilet, long waiting time for lift, but overall no remarks.

The location is quite centralised, the house is clean and tidy

The lift management is a disaster. We all were waiting about 45 minutes just for a lift. They got 4 lift, but all pf them are so slow and they took the highest floor first. This was the only points that spoil my whole mood with the family. Very disaster. Not recommend for people bringing their old folks staying here

although it has several access card. there is only 1 key to the main door which cause many inconveniences when the group has different plans and schedules.

very confusing and request deposit which not being mention earlier. Mention will return only 24 hrs which I dont think is justify. When request money u want fast but when we checked out at 7.30 am yesterday, until now 9.13 am 16/06 I still yet to receive my deposit 300.00

facilities top notch except for the lift, take some time to get downstairs because we need to wait. but other than that, everthing was smooth!

Easy to get by car. Wide living room. 2 bathroom.

Room really basic, without any fourniture and small. Hot water didn't work. Beareable for 2 days, but uncomfortable. Not good location, near to nothing. Getting an elevator was a nightmare, so crowded the building.

Level Parking Too high. Level 9 is not practical for oldest person to climb up from level G to didicated car park lot. Please improve on that and get Level 1/2 as designated parking lot for the house. Thanks

The property spacious, suitable for 7 people

The cleaning should be more details. Cause got cockroach in the fridge. Maybe just pass by, not a big deal.

Nice house clean house

The location is near to our relatives place. Easy to get to, since the building is located at main road and the lobby is at an inner road, so not so busy when checking in.

Most of the units in the building are for short term rental. Thus the lifts get very busy at checking out time, 11.30. Many people checking out at the same time. We were at level 25, could not easily get a lift at the peak hours. You must plan to leave earlier. The unit has a washing machine but no washing detergent provided. We found baby corcroach came out from the washing water outlet. The kitchen window is facing the lift lobby. With thin and short curtain and non tinted window, people at the lift lobby can see us inside the unit. Especially when the light is on. I wish they provide a bigger and thicker blanket for the queen bed.

I like almost everything in the unit! Thank you. I think it's only the kitchen window that bothers me a bit since, I can see who's next door from the window. If there is someone standing at their kitchen, at their kitchen sink in specific. I think perhaps a sheer curtain should be fine to be used to prevent from looking at each other's kitchen without preventing the light from brightening the kitchen area. That's all. Other than this, this unit looks fine to me. Thank you.

This unit have a lot of bed and can fit more than 10 people. Everything was good

The house is thoughtfully furnished with modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, and kettle. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the two bathrooms feature water heaters, ensuring a comfortable stay. The key collection process was seamless, with instructions provided in advance, making check-in hassle-free. The location itself is a highlight, boasting excellent amenities such as a pool, sauna, and gym—key reasons for choosing this accommodation. While parking was available, it was located a bit further from the lift, which required some extra walking.

The designated parking spot was at Unit A, while our stay was at Unit B, which required walking quite a distance—this was challenging as we had both an elderly family member and a child with us. Accessing the parking area on Level 10 was also somewhat inconvenient, especially with frequent trips in and out. Of the three rooms, two did not have clothes hangers, and none of the rooms had mirrors. We had to rely on the bathroom or the mirror in the living hall, which wasn’t ideal. Lastly, during checkout, the lift situation was quite challenging, with long wait times. This was particularly difficult for families carrying multiple bags.

Everything's good.

The unit itself if good, I have no complaint. Just that the time to wait at the lift could be 30 - 45 minutes so you need to pack and leave early in order not to be late and to avoid penalty.
