Garden apartment -Dizengoff Square, private garden

Omer is a great, responsible & responsive manager/ host. The place is in a fabulous location, super comfortable, has most all you might need. Stocked very well with towels, linens. kitchen stuff, tp, pt. Very spacious, beds very comfortable, lovely garden outside. We were completely satisfied & grateful for such a wonderful stay!

Контактный и внимательный владелец. Апартаменты оставили приятное впечатление. Прекрасно разместились здесь впятером и жили неделю. Удобно, что есть дополнительный туалет) Одеял, полотенец, туалетной бумаги, посуды и плечиков для одежды достаточно. Есть утюг и гладильная доска. Косметических средств, понятное дело, нет. Средство для мойки посуды, тряпочки для стола и пола есть. Магазинчики, кафе, точки обмена валют, остановки автобусов - все рядом; до пляжа 10 мин пешком. Отличное месторасположение для посещения города.

Для тех, кто чуствителен к шуму и не любит вставать рано утром: в 6 утра машины забирают стоящие на улице мусорные баки - при открытых окнах громко.

Die Vermieter, die Lage und die Größe sind Top. Wir brauchten noch eine Decke, die war schnell da, danke :) Den Vorgarten kann man bei gutem Wetter sehr schön nutzen. Die Zweite Toilette ist etwas eng aber gut. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, einige Steckdosen funktionieren leider nicht. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sehr gut gereinigt, Kleinigkeit zur Verbesserung: Die Hangriffe in der Küche.

Im kleinen Zimmer wäre ein kleiner Kleiderschrank schön.

If you are looking to get a "real" feel for Tel Aviv, this is the way to go. You are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, parks, markets, shopping district, train and bus stations, and lots of entertainment.

Shower doors were difficult to close and the laundry machine leaks. No instructions on how to turn on the hot water for showers (red button outside bathroom door). The location of the closest shelter would be helpful too.

if you are into night life the apartment is located just off the main dizzengofs street with all the bars you need. Also the proximity to sea is great, 10 mins walk. Apartment very clean, lots of facilities available even the water filtration and cooler appliance is available- nice touch. The size of apartment very good, suitable for 2 couples, or a family.

the outside garden furniture needs attention, to be cleaned up or replaced. Otherwise you will not want to be seating there.
