A cozy little retreat, in a quiet neighborhood. Central to both the Atlantic Seaboard and the Winelands. Perfect for a weekend away.

Perfect accommodation for a Cape Town stay. Welcoming host, gorgeous, clean, homely cottage with great attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need in a great location. Lovely area, felt safe, slept so well.

It is very cosy and warm. The decor is fresh and inviting. The little garden is so pretty and well cared for. As self catering it is well equipped with all necessary things. Well stocked tea and coffee and milk. The bathroom is spotless A very comfy bed with good linen.

Charming cottage in lovely garden setting with everything we required. It’s position for access to freeways and top sites is exceptional. Peaceful safe walking to river garden close by, a shortish walk to Kirstenbosch gardens and an even shorter walk to the Vineyard Hotel for a meal

what’s there not to like … all was perfect

This was a beautiful private cottage with all the comforts of home. Trish and Norah are AMAZING hosts. Norah took care of us throughout our stay. We stayed for 1 week with 2 small dogs and the cottage outside area was perfect for them. We loved the spacious shower and bathroom. There was also a little braai stand we made use which was perfect for two people. This was the perfect home away from home and Trish and Norah made us feel like family. We would definitely book the cottage again.

This is not a dislike! Unfortunately our bakkie is a bit long for the parking and we had to squeeze in.

Great, clean, safe. Close to the event we attended. Patricia and Nora were friendly and helpful. The scenery, Table mountain was a bonus.

A fantastic cottage, which perfectly met my needs for two days of work in the area. It was wonderful to sit in the lounge with the French doors open and enjoy the lovely garden. Wifi worked well for work calls and I loved the abundance of pillows on the bed!

Excellent, lovely stay, I highly recommend this gorgeous private cottage. We have stayed in numerous BnB in Newlands and this is definitely one of the best.

Privacy and location

No work table and no clear instructions on use of the dstv remote so never used it.

Great linen, comfortable bed, WiFi and TV, full kitchen. Everything a couple could need. Well equipped.

The ONLY issue was the geyser that didn't heat up properly, even within 2hr+, and didn't stay hot enough for 2 people to shower after each other (5min each)

A very comfortable, clean and cute cottage. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Very comfy bed. Beautiful location and slose to all amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage — it was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really tell that the host has put a lot of thought into the details. All the little touches were so appreciated. The garden was absolutely beautiful and tranquil — perfect for relaxing, and our dog loved it too! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway.

Everything worked perfectly comfortably. I loved the bed, such a comfy mattress. Being the colder season I had to wait a little forgot water, which was hot when I had switched it on. The wifi is super fast. Just a perfect little nook for someone to find.

The only thing I was unhappy about was the towels, that smelt of damp, and stayed wet during the course of the day...some thought about this would be easy and an improvement.

We had a wonderful stay, albeit short stay at Trish’s B&B, but it was lovely. Quiet surroundings, kitted out with everything you need and comfy furniture for relaxing. She was very accommodating of our cat who came to stay with us and we had a peaceful, restful night after a long day of moving stress. Thanks so much Trish!

The onlly issue was water temp. I assume geyser was only switched on prior to us arriving and we ended up with cold showers before we went out. Water was hot in the morning

This is a beautifully decorated cottage in the heart of Newlands. It is so easy to get from here to most places in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. It was very quiet and comfortable too. The hostess was friendly and provided us with coffee, tea and milk with Oreos. We were thrilled with the filter coffee - an added bonus!

The interior looked amazing. It gave us privacy and relaxation. I would highly recommend this place. It’s was bounce that they had dstv and Showmax.

It had everything we needed. It was a great location for where we needed to be and close to coffee shops and restaurants, which we walked to very comfortably. The attention to detail, including fresh flowers in the apartment.

The property was centrally located and also had safe parking. The cottage was well decorated and had all amenities one would need.

Our only complaint was the noisy water heater/ boiler that woke us up every morning before 7!
