La stanza in sé e per se era carina nel complesso anche se trasandata nei dettagli, il signore che ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto era gentile e parlante inglese

La struttura non è in alcun Modo quella rappresenta nelle foto, è in mezzo al nulla e fatiscente ( o non finita? ). Ho voluto essere sincera perché quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti un po' allibiti, non era assolutamente quello che pensavo di aver prenotato, e questo non va bene. Se una vuole spendere poco e si accontenta, allora ok. Ma il prodotto dovrebbe corrisponde a quello che di vende.

the shuttle service is fantastic, William is a elite host, friendly, speaks decent english, and if he doesn't drive the shuttle, he arranges and prepays for an uber-type driver to shuttle back and forth. Shuttle can take you to/from TFU Airport (with the Metro) or the nearby South Jianyang Hi-speed rail station. Brutal hot weather when we were there, but AC in the room worked like a champ!

Прекрасный формат деревенского отеля для трансфера. Была пересадка не очень удобная в Чэнду - 11 часов люфта между самолетами, но прилетели в 2 ночи, Хозяин забрал из аэропорта, довез до отеля, без всяких "поздних выездов" дал возможность отдохнуть до 15 часов, подал вкусный завтрак из дамплингов и скрембла с помидорами. Отвез обратно к рейсу. Очень гостеприимный отель!

We bought into the good reviews, but we shouldn't have. There was a long transfer to Chengdu, we decided to look at hotels near the airport and flexible check-in time upon arrival, we booked this hotel, the reservation was confirmed. As a result, a taxi took us to some kind of closed hotel at the address from the Booking office, the place doesn't look like a photo at all, the door is locked. The host answered my question a few hours later and only offered to cancel the hotel.

Отличный отель, чистый, комфортный, хозяин отличный. Встречает у 13 выхода. В аэропорту подойдите к стойке информации и попросите набрать его номер что он приехал в аэропорт и вас забрал. Китайцы молодцы, помогают друг другу безвозмездно. Мы также бронировали у хозяина поездку по достопримечательностям Чэнду. Выехали в 6 утра, в 7 были в центре разведения Панд. Рекомендую выбрать одну две ближние локации и посмотреть панд там, все равно все посмотреть невозможно, так как очереди туристов и большая территория. Далее водитель отвез нас к монастырю Вэньшу, очень красивое место, там также хорошие уличные кафе, можно там покушать недорого ( брали пельмени). Далее съездили на аллеи Куаньджай. Много магазинчиков, кафе и старинных архитектурных строений, будто попал в старый Китай. Всем рекомендую этот отель и хозяина. Спасибо Вам. Вы супер

I really appreciate the service provided by the host. He picked us up at the airport and helped us order a delivery of supper at 1am. We are so touched by his hardworking, honesty and efforts in serving guests.

There is room for improving the timing and coordination.

The accomodation was basic, tolerable for a very short stay, say a night or two. William, who speaks good English, was very helpful. But we didn't see him until we had decided to leave.

We had been promised airport pickup but it didn't happen. We hired a taxi which took us to the address mentioned on booking.com, but were told it had moved. The taxi then took us to another location, which had signage in Mandarin only. I could't be sure if it was the right hotel, except thru the phone number. The man who received us spoke no English but quickly disappeared. It advertises itself as AIRPORT hotel, but is quite far, in a secluded and isolated area.

The hotel has an excellent and friendly staff. The service is top-notched, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place away from home. Located just 13 minutes away from the Airport was the greatest highlight for me. :)

Хозяин и сотрудник отеля пытались максимально помочь. Помогли съездить в ближайшую аптеку - срочно нужно было лекарство. Заселили утром - без доплаты. Приличные кровати.

Во-первых, не так и близко от аэропорта (ехать минут 25), хотя декларируется, что рядом с аэропортом. Да, но только с другой стороны летного поля. 2. Это - центр маленькой деревни. Со всеми следствиями. Просто трехэтажный дом в центре деревни. 3. Туалет в одном из двух номеров - просто дырка в полу вместо унитаза. Знаю, что в Китае такое часто встречается, но хотя бы предупреждали на сайте. 4. Сотрудника ресепшен можно былдо ждать минут 20-25: он или отвозил других гостей в аэропорт, либо отъезжал по делам. 5. Адрес, написанный на визитной карточке, не соответствует реальному. Особенно интересно было возвращаться из города ночью - когда таксист привез нас к другому дому и сказал, что это и есть адрес, который написан на визитке.Долго упрашивали его позвонить в отель и уточнить: мы точно видели, что это не тот отель, где мы остановились утром. 6. В отеле, конечно, нет никакого кафе, даже минимального чайного набора, даже за деньги. Только заказ еды. При этом в номере - только журнальный столик диаметром не больше метра. И - один стул (номера на двоих). В общем, если вам просто надо переночевать около Тяньфу, и всё равно, что вокруг отеля,- то можно тут расположиться. За вами приедет трансфер (хозяин или кто-то из его сотрудников). Разместят в любое время: у нас соседим заселились около часа ночи, а в пол-девятого утра их уже не было...

The staff members were so lovely-- I had a layover back from europe and I was quite ill and they took such good care of me. I wanted a place to sleep for my full day layover and found this place and was enticed by the extremely positive reviews. I was travelling alone as a young female so obviously safety was a concern, they made me feel so comfortable. Communication was fantastic-- they sent tips days prior to arrival about how to deal with vpns+payment systems ect, and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. I stupidly didn't set up alipay before I entered the country and had a data only plan so no way to validate an account, but they were able to take my card as well as order food for me. When they picked me up from the airport they got food on the way for me as well-- it was so so so genuinely kind after a pretty horrendous 10 hour flight sick and so incredibly appreciated. The hotel is lovely and modern and in the cutest countryside area-- quite isolated (especially because the aiport it is closeby to is new, and was built to encourage tourism to the area) but honestly exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for the stay!!!

Я забронировал отель сразу по прилету в Чэнду, и сотрудник отеля вызвал такси от аэропорта, поездка заняла около 10-15 минут. Предложил заказать завтрак на выбранное время и спросил, нормально ли, что это будут пельмени (обыденность для китайцев). Утром курьер привёз завтрак за 10 юаней/порция. Спросил, хотим ли мы сами добраться до центра с пандами или помочь с такси. Номер был на первом этаже и довольно простой, кровати не слишком мягкие и не слишком жесткие - в самый раз, спалось отлично. Попросил адаптер для зарядки - принесли на выбор. Отель близко к аэропорту, поэтому если вам нужно просто переночевать - отличное решение, тем более за такую скромную стоимость. Рекомендую!

It was a little further from the airport than I expected but in the end this wasn’t an issue.

Fantastic staff who helped transfer us to the airport, excellent customer service and willingness to help us as we had a lot of luggage. Amazing local restaurant recommendation too, one of the best Chinese meals we’ve had.

사장님이 친절하셨습니다. 기다리는 시간 거의 없이 픽업해주시고 정확한 시간에 드롭을 해 주셨습니다. 근처 식당을 추천해 주셔서 맛있게 식사할 수 있었고 근처 마을도 재미있었습니다. 식당도 꽤 많았고 과일가게 꼬지집도 여럿 있었습니다. 경유 시간이 10시간이 훨씬 넘으면 이 곳을 이용하세요. 하루에 중국 음식과 분위기를 경험할 수 있는 좋은 곳입니다.

Excellent stay for a layover! The owner was incredibly kind and provided a free shuttle service from the airport and back. This allowed us to spend our long waiting time in very comfortable conditions and get some sleep before our next flight. The room was clean and modern. Truly a life-saver for travelers!

Die Lage ist speziell. Abseits von der Stadt, ein Weiler mit wenigen Häusern. Es ist sehr ruhig, für uns genau richtig, um uns einen Tag auszuruhen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, bietet jedoch sehr freundlichen Service.

The host was very friendly, responsive and always available. Very close to the airport - great location if you need to stay for a night for a rest during transfer. The place was clean and had all you may need. The host picked up from the airport and delivered back for the next flight. He also offered to get lunch if you would like to order any from the proposed menu. If would need to stay again next to this airport, I will return back. Thank you for all your help.

Extremely helpful and approachable staff. They fetched us from the airport even though we reached at night and also drove us out to the main street to buy supper. The bed is comfortable and toilet is clean!

The hotel is in a rather secluded area. It'll be fine if you reach in the day but night time it's hard to walk out. Corridor lights are sensor activated, making the corridor pitch black and only one bulb switches on when you walk under it.

The hotel is situated in a village, away from the busy city, so it was good to get a glimpse of rural China. The food in the restaurant in this village was excellent, and very reasonably priced. The metro system in Chengdu is beyond excellent!

Communication is difficult, because (apart from our host) people do not speak a word of English. Hopefully this will change with future generations. Visitors like us should also learn some basic Chinese...

Предоставил за те же деньги удучшенный вариант размещения. Комнаты большие, просторные, современные, чистые, кровати отличные, бельё безупречное, ванная комната удобная, большая. По нашей просьбе расплачивались наличными. Номера отеля выходят на открытую веранду, где можно покурить сидя за столиком.

I usually never write reviews, but William went above and beyond to assist us. He picked us up from the airport, and helped us book taxis when we only had cash. He was also kind enough to look after our luggage for an extra day as we visited another city. Can’t speak highly enough of William’s hospitality. Definitely recommend!

This property was very remote, but we were kindly picked up by our lovely staff member, with all our pick up instructions clearly displayed, incase we lost internet and brought to the hotel. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The manager was incredible, and such a lovely man. Both myself and my partner really enjoyed his company, asking with all his fun facts and Chinese culture he taught us- we will be back to China, as this was just a stop off. We were also kindly brought back to the airport at 1:30pm- our flight is at 4pm,

If we had to be a little picky, the room was cold at night, even with the heating on. There was also a strong smell of smoke in the property from the burning wood of the neighbours. It only bothered us, due to my Asthma.

Я называю его мой китайский ангел-хранитель. Мне повезло попасть в отель именно к Вильему. Такого гостеприимства я ещё никогда ни в одной стране и ни в одном отеле не встречала. Меня встретил трансфер сразу после того, как я забронировала отель на Букинге. Вильям даже позаботился о том, чтобы у меня была точка доступа вай фая в аэропорту и подсказал, как настроить интернет. Также он меня не только встретил, но и отвез обратно в аэропорт, помогал заказать еду и кофе прямо в номер, подарили милый ободочек-панду, дал бесплатно воспользоваться скутером, вызвать такси до нужных мне достопримечательностей. Это прям сопровождающий и помощник, который курировал меня в течении всех дней в Чэнду!)) Благодаря Вильяму мой отдых в Чэнду был потрясающим. Что касается отеля - он очень милый, чистый, с большими окнами на зелень и озеро. Есть лифт. Спокойная , тихая местность, в номере есть чайник и все ванные принадлежности - полотенца, тапочки, зубные щетки с зубной пастой, белоснежное постельное белье. И не смотря на отдаленность от центра города, я бы выбрала этот отель ещё раз! Спасибо за прекрасное время в этом отеле. Теперь я хочу вернуться туда снова!

Мы не ожидали такой индивидуальный подход. Превзошло ожидания. Встретили, расселили, вручили подарочки. Предложили отвезти на прогулку в город, позаботились, чтобы у нас были наличные деньги для прогулки,, забрали обратно, помогли с покупкой медикаментов в аптеке. Все на высшем человеческом уровне. Номер уютный, чистое бельё, чай, паровой утюг даже!

The guest house is in the forested countryside outside a small township but only 20-30 minutes drive from the airport. The host arranged delivery of take-away food from a local restaurant.

Для Китая чисто, для Европы нет, мы были в октябре , поэтому в номере очень влажно, но кондиционер все исправил. И один забавный момент, отель пока не очень популярный, поэтому гостей мало, мы приехали вечером и будто в пустой отель, в глухой деревне, было немного крипово))

Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful . Pick up was on time. Accomodating non standard check-in and checkout times.

Cleanliness common areas, felt like it was not cleaned or maintained in years, unlike rooms. Food options limited and coffee only delivered. Wifi was non functional. Nothing to do around but ok if just in between flights. Drop off for departure almost dropped us off to wrong terminal.

Location staff and lies

Nous étions en transit pour une nuit et nous avions réservé ici en pensant que c’était à côté. Ce qui est vrai, mais il faut contourner l’aéroport et du coup ça prend moins de 20 min pour y être. L’expérience était top. Le gérant est venu nous chercher, il était adorable, la chambre propre et calme. C’est en campagne. Il peut organiser un petit déjeuner chinois. En fait, il est très généreux, complètement à disposition. Le transfert était gratuit. C’était une expérience très sympa de se retrouver on ne sait pas où dans la campagne avec une personne si accueillante. Ça change des hôtels où on fait l’accueil par internet et qu’on ne voit plus d’humains.

民宿老闆到機場接送，也很聊得來，老闆還貼心送給我們一人一個背面可以寫上姓名的熊貓掛件，民宿環境很安靜愜意，還可以免費借騎民宿的小電驢到商圈用餐採買，床很好睡很棒！

Wonderful host who met us at the airport. Excellent instructions and communication before our arrival. Absolutely delightful staff and so helpful with some English and google translate. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and good value for money. The town around the hotel looked like it would have been interesting to visit and spend some time there. We did not take breakfast as we left very early in the morning, our host had organised a driver and car to take us to see the Pandas at Chengdu Panda research base.

If you have the opportunity to stay here please take it, the host is amazing he was the kindest person we met in China, we are very grateful for everything

Останавливалась на одну ночь на время длительной пересадки. Полностью поддерживаю все положительные отзывы о персонале отеля, очень внимательное и чуткое отношение. Бесплатно забрали почти в час ночи из аэропорта и на следующий день отвезли обратно. Номер очень чистый, кровать удобная. Очень рекомендую!

Высокая клиентоориентированность, вас заберут из аэропорта и отвезут обратно с ветерком, предложат еду, напитки и всё что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Номера как на фото, чисто.

В семейных номерах ванная комната отделяется от спальни шторой, но это обычное явление для Китая, насколько мы поняли

Очень просторный номер. Всё чисто. В тихом районе. В 15 минутах езды от аэропорта тяньфу. Но больше всего порадовала отношение персонала. Как будто для них основной задачей была решение любого моего вопроса. Встретились с аэропорта, предложили досуг, предложили доставить в номер еду, предложили электробайк для поездок по окрестностям бесплатно, и даже когда у них сломалась служебная машина, вызвали за свой счёт такси чтобы отправить в аэропорт!

Возможно небольшим минусом для кого-то может быть отсутствие двери в санузел, вместо которой просто занавеска)

Struttura non troppo distante dell'aeroporto, la disponibilità del gestore è stata eccezionale, ci ha preso e riportato dall'aeroporto con la sua auto nonostante i nostri orari dei voli molto scomodi. Ha accettato di accompagnarci in tutti i posti interessanti della città aiutandoci su ogni nostra richiesta. Una pausa veramente piacevole e comoda nello scalo lungo su questo aeroporto.
