The staff is incredible. Very helpful, enough English to make checking in and all services very good. Very nice breakfast. And a shuttle bus to TFU airport and Metro Station for Line 18 & 19 instead of having to go back to the airport station. Lots of very nice restaurants, markets, and tourist shops within 2-3 minutes of the hotel lobby walking. Some only 30 seconds.

A bit far from the airport

I have stayed in many holiday Inns. With that expectation I booked this hotel. But I was disappointed. They have airport shuttle service that’s why I booked. It’s a NO from me.

The reception was robotic and annoyed when I asked if I am at the right hotel. The room they gave us was tiny and smelled strong nicotine. The bathroom was out of conditioner (housekeeping don’t check), bathroom had molds and shower unit was slippery and uncleaned. Water drained outside through the shower door. Breakfast was decent with some choices. But bread corner didn’t have butter. When we asked they gave us a single cube out from kitchen freezer. It was frozen butter. Cutlery was hiding in a shelve. When asked the staff was very annoyed. Sorry I cannot use chopsticks!!!

Friendly stuff, good bed, nice place for a overnight stay before a flight.

Very noisy :( A construction area right next to the hotel and I woke up from a terrible noise. However if you sleep in ear plugs it’s acceptable.

Great value

A great option to wait out a long transfer near Tianfu Airport. There is a shuttle service, they check in very quickly and at a flexible time, there is breakfast

Недалеко от аэропорта, есть трансфер от отеля, ходит по расписанию

Напротив отеля стройка, начали работы с 7 утра, поспать не удалось. Очень неприветливый персонал на ресепшене, когда и где завтрак не рассказали, пришлось самой расспрашивать. Коммуникация с отелем по поводу трансфера произошла только благодаря службе поддержки букинга, не отвечали на сообщения тут. Плохой завтрак — очень маленький выбор, в 9 утра часть еды уже просто закончилась, не было вилок. Плохой интернет в отеле.

Location

Free shuttle to and from airport. Shops around the corner. Comfy bed and pillows. Flexible with their check in and breakfast as I arrived 6am and was able to get into room right away and have breakfast instead of next day as I was departing at 5am. Yet next morning, they had breakfast bag but I didn't want any.

Breakfast food were cold.

Breakfast is pretty good.

1. Far from the airport, takes abt a 30-minute drive. The shuttle bus runs at every hour during the day, have to wait an hour if miss one. 2. It is very close to a train station, which means you can hear the bullet train goes by every now and then. 3. The room is very small and has no soundproof at all. 4. Basically no takeout around the hotel.

Отличный новый двухкомнатный номер с большой ванной комнатой. Очень приятная стоимость. Номер такого уровня в Бангкоке будет стоить в 3-4 раза дороже.

The breakfast was extremely basic and apart from some fruits and a few breads there was not much to eat. Just that it was closer to the airport and had a free shared shuttle worked for us. Even that is between 5-6 hotels and they don't move unless totally cramped.

The room size wasn't delivered as promised. We were told 30m2 room and what i got, was about 20m2. Very tight and absolutely dusty. When i discussed it with the receptionist, the attitude was really silly. Very young and immature girls were handling the front desk.

If you’re doing an overnight beer TFU, this is a good option. Frequent shuttle service, cheap prices, nice staff, and has all the basics. They even packed a breakfast for me when I had an early shuttle in the morning.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. It’s a no frills airport hotel.

Я спрашивал за неделю в букинге и на почту о трансфере, который, как было заявлено, входил в стоимость. Мне никто не ответил, зато пришло автоматическое приветствие. В итоге мы не смогли найти трансфер в аэропорту в час ночи и нам пришлось ловить такси. Уже в отеле нам дали посмотреть расписание шаттлов, но как их найти мы так и не поняли.

Чистый комфортный номер, удобная кровать, подушки. Разнообразный зактак!

Останавливались на одну ночь

Отель уже убитый, персонал не говорит по английски вообще. Добираться до гостинице 20 минут на такси! Вокруг поле и стройка нет вообще ничего! Заплатили за улучшенный номер 508юаней, в нем потрескавшаяся штукатурка на стенах. Утром должны были уехать на трансфере от отеля до аэропорта, мы опоздали на 1минуту, пока ждали лифта с 26 этажа и он уехал без нас, когда персонал на рецепшене набрал его по рации, сказал что не вернется за нами. Вообщем очень дешевый отель.

Average breakfast. Very comfortable bed, room temperature a little cool. Location much further from airport than we expected, so difficult to communicate with bus driver to confirm we were going to the right place. Surrounding food outlets were great. Cheap!

Rooms were clean.

They can't speak or understand English at all. Staff was very very rude. Had to wait hours for shuttle at the airport. The shuttle left without us from hotel, because we were 5 min late, despite shuttle was still there but they did not let us get into the shuttle saying you are late and this is your punishment. Finally had to take taxi at our on cost to make with flight time. Worst stay of our life.

Отель не соответствует качеству сети Holiday inn. В санузле не идеально чисто, в уголках пыль.Но главное это расположение. Трансфер сложно было найти - так и не поняли, ходит ли он регулярно или надо заказывать? Час сидели на назначенном месте, потом позвонили в отель через работника аэропорта, и тогда автобус приехал через 20 минут. Автобус старенький, по каким то ухабам и трущебам вез нас полчаса. Конечно пользоваться этим трансфером что бы посмотреть город нам не захотелось снова. Поэтому попросили администратора отеля вызвать нам такси в город. Через Didi такси стоило 120 юань, администратор организовал своё такси за 300 юаней с оплатой лично ему. Таксист видимо что бы отбить эти деньги вёз нас вначале пол часа в обратную сторону и потом развернулся и поехал в город. Два часа мы потратили на дорогу в центр под ужасную одинаковую мелодию, под которую можно было сойти с ума. В аэропорту есть отель высокого класса , прямо с выходом из терминала. Стоит незначительно дороже, условия и завтраки шикарные. Холидей клаб это была наша ошибка по незнанию.

Personnel ne parlant pas ou très peu en anglais. Communication difficile heureusement à l extérieur dans la petite zone commerciale les gens sont plus souriants et apprécient de communiquer ou du moins essaient et avec plus le sourire. Situé assez loin de l aéroport qui est gigantesque..bus navette vétuste

Facilities were all good, staff were trying their best to speak english. Just a little bit far from the airport.

Location not as convenient to Tianfu as expected - a twenty-five minute ride. Staff somewhat indifferent check-in. Room very hot and AC slow to reduce temperature. Bed good.

A factory hotel - no character.

The best thing about this place is the price and free shuttle. Pillows are good and comfortable, and the room is spacious.

While the hotel had generally positive reviews, my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, including visible cobwebs and significant wall damage with black marks. The shower had black mildew, and the ceiling showed signs of mold. Additionally, a previous repair above the shower appeared poorly done. The bedding and bathroom towels had an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, which was concerning. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with the food quality being mediocre at best and not very appetizing. We encountered challenges with communication, as the hotel did not respond to our messages through Booking.com. This led to some stress upon arrival, as we were unsure if the shuttle would be available or if we would be expected. Unfortunately, we missed the first shuttle because it was full, and had to wait outside the airport for 30 minutes for the next one. The shuttle ride itself was uncomfortable, as the driver drove at high speeds along dark, winding, and hilly roads, causing us to bounce in and out of our seats. Given the positive reviews on Booking.com, this stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel can address these areas for future guests.
