Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Ok yung room na rent ko, yung area malapit sa lahat. Safe yung place di ka matatakot maglakad even late night. Babalik pa din ako dito if may pagkakataon.
Maingay yung kabilang room. May kasama din akong entity sa room. Good thing harmless naman sya. Hilig nya lang Laruin yung curtain and yung slide door.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026I liked the Ambience of the room. It also has everything. My child enjoyed the sofa and even slept in it. But the thing for me is it is located at the basement. If you are someone who wants a view. I said it here so that if you booked it, you don't have to leave a bad review. Someone might misunderstand. So overall the room is nice. The host is responsive as well.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025We’re a couple from Dinadiawan, and this was our very first vacation together in Baguio City and we had an amazing experience, and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Although our room was located in the basement, it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, smelled fresh, and had a cozy, homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—just a short walk to SM Baguio and other landmarks, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The room didn’t have an air conditioner, but with Baguio’s naturally cool weather, we honestly didn’t need one—it felt like we had an aircon anyway! While heavy cooking isn’t allowed, we completely understand. It helps keep the room smelling fresh and prevents pests—something we appreciated as guests. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this unit again. Thank you to our kind and attentive host for making our first Baguio trip so memorable by simply providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space. ❤️

It's not hotel where you can come earlier then is your check-in time (15:00 - 16:30 pm) because landlord have time only this time, and you must pay and have keys from room only from owner of this room. If you come earlier then check-in time, you can leave your luggage on Genesis Travel or Victory Liners luggage storage what is 5-10 pesos per hour

AHMM, I THINK THE SPACE OF THE BEDROOM IS JUST A LITTLE NARROW (SPECIFICALLY THE SPACE BETWEEN THE EDGE OF BED AND THE HANGING TABLE AT THE TV). I WAS WITH MY TODLLER AND EVERY TIME SHE GOES TO THAT SPOT; SHE ALWAYS BUMPS TO THE CORNER. SO MAY I SUGGEST PUTTING SAFETY CORNER /PROTECTION, FOR CHILD SAFETY. BUT OVERALL, THE ROOM IS GOOD FOR A 3- OR 4-MEMBER FAMILY.

What I didn't like about the unit is that it is a basement unit with no ventilation. If you open the windows, there are no screens to protect you from mosquitoes. The unit is old and needs a makeover. The bathroom is a bit dirty, the electric fan is very dirty, and the linens are old and sticky. Overall, it was not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the caretaker did not leave a rug to use for cleaning the counter. We are supposed to stay 2 nights but we decided to leave because when we got back from our tour. The bed is wet maybe bec of the moisture since we pulled out the plug of the humidifier bec its almost empty, we are afraid it might caught a fire.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025Location, location. Baguio is built on steep hills and walking around very tiring. SM City, Session Road and Burnham Park close by even with an elder. Functional kitchenette.
No mobile cell/data reception indoors! Only room wifi: if any problem, can't call for help and must take elevator up to lobby area. No AC but functional little fans. TV in front of bed, not the couch/bed. If that's your thing... Cleanliness could be improved at the corners. Small spaces to move around bed.

Complete kitchen utensils as well, with fridge and microwave and kettle. Location is legit a few steps away from the church of Baguio and SM Baguio and Burnham park. Quick and easy check in and check out!

The place is very comfy (home feels). The owner and the helper are very accommodating and responsive. Has good internet connection. Will surely book again on our next trip.

I also like the internet connection, it was fast and stable. The host was very responsive and made sure everything else went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience! :)
The only minor issue was the TV, which would occasionally turn off on its own. I'm not sure if it was a technical glitch, but it didn't bother me much since I wasn't watching a lot of TV.

its super damp with mouldy/musty smell. no reception either. owner wouldnt let us check out when we wanted to. have to strictly follow what he wants. had to sit around half the day waiting for our deposit. wanted us to check out at 12 on the dot. then wait till 3pm for our deposit to come to us from gcash even though we paid cash. thought it was gonna be a scam, but luckily nice lady who looks after it for him could tell we were frustrated snd came early to return our deposit in cash.

Basic cooking wares should have been complete and readily available. Good thing though, they bought rice cooker the following day as soon as it was brought to their attention that the rice cookers in the unit were broken and defective.

The parking slot details and the check in should be provided at the earliest day of our stay. We waited for us to get the parking slot no.The parking rate is not stated on their page. 350 per night is expensive. When we enter the unit. It smells garbage but somehow we are able to manage by using air purifier. There is no toiletries provided knowing that it is like airbnb. Only towels and opened toilet paper. The faucet needs to be fixed. It is located at the basement with no view.

We could hear people talking/yelling from the outside and the noise of vehicles/trucks moving all night which made impossible to have a good night sleep. The suite is on the second basement, a bit musty and feels like a dungeon. Decor is awful.
