I like all,it's clean,and I was comfortable

Arriving in the room was a nightmare since there was no running water available so i haven't got the chance to have a shower. When I opened the fridge there was a mould inside and it was not cleaned at all. Called and send the property owner a messege however nothing happened, no active response what to do. Only the following day, about 10AM that the maintenance came over to fix the problem and the cleaner at 12nn to clean the fridge. There was an intercomm phone in the room but have no directory for me to call the reception/ guard at the ground floor to inform them about the room next to me that they are too noisy.

Couldn't check in for long time even arranged earlier check in but was the next hour past normal check actually gained access Water went off in the middle of night toilet making horrendous noise Next door on first night TV up really loud until early hours of morning

The unit is awesome! Excellent location, just minutes away from SM Baguio.

The location is great near town center, the building is very secure. The condo is fairly small for couple but has amenities. Check in and out very easy.

The room is clean, so are the sheets and pillows

I encountered a couple of mosquitoes.

the location is very near and accessible to the city..Getting taxi was not too hard.

It was clean the thing is they forgot to put the tissue and no soap..Thou it was advertise and ask about it telling there are on a certain cabinet but its fine we manage to buy our own.Anyway overall it was a great location.

It’s clean and organized and best of all, they have the same television like i do at home, smaller but it’s ok because it has magic remote(you have no idea how important this is). The staff was great so i made sure i reciprocated it with putting everything back in their proper places and tying the garbage bag . Till my next therapy next week.

Easy access to city tourist spots

The property is nearly located at Baguio's tourist destinations like Session Road, SM City Baguio, Baguio Cathedral, and Burnham Park. In addition, the facilities are clean, and the unit itself is accessible to convenience stores and bus terminals. The owner is always approachable.

There is nothing that we didn't like for the unit

Location, security/safety, clean and the store & laundry in the basement.

If possible to have a hair dryer.

The behavior of the owners , no manners, rude, no customer service. Lack of professionalism especially the father ( who is the owner itself)-very arrogant. Condo is not clean & full of mosquitos!!!

The condo unit was very clean and located in a quiet area. Good location, walking distance from SM Baguio, Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral. It also has a Family Mart on the ground floor.

Excellent location, walking distance from bus terminal, sm Baguio, Pink sister, Victoria's bakery, Illikha as in less than 1km lng distances. The room has refrigerator which you can store all your pasalubong lalo n s gulay. You can stream netflix p. The bldng has family mart pa.

There was no toilet paper (which was supposed to be provided) and a place to hang the clothes.

Location really superb... accessible to all... Near Cathedral and session road , SM Baguio , Burnham Park and all transpo and restaurants just few minutes wall.Convenience store just 1 min walk.Will surely stay again next vacay

Everything is great , except for one. The unit has no closet/cabinet available for guests.. For me closet/cabinet is a must have in every unit.

Wonderful owner, very good at communicating. Super hassle free self check in. Unit in great condition upon arrival. It has all that we ever need for our stay. My Australian partner loved the place.

Just the view and noise from the other building and the possibility of one or two mosquitoes getting in since there is no secreen on the veranda (but they do have a mosquito killer lamp provided)

The doorknob broke while we were staying there but the host and the condo staff were very prompt to attend to it. It was also unfortunate that there was an electrical maintenace during our first day but we were still able to rest because of the cold weather.

The fluff of the blanket. I hope you can change the blanket since every time that we lay down on the bed, our shirts have fluff already.

The location is in centre, accessible to everything. Walking distance to SM Baguio and other places of interest.

The property, was super clean, very cozy and comfortable, near the city and easy access to session road and sm baguio. Also wifi speed was very good and the availability of Netflix and other movie streaming app on the tv.

The short walk going to the city is a little bit tiring due to the slope of the road going up, hehe but it’s ok, i consider it as an exercise..
