طاقم الخدمة قليل

الموقع ممتاز والخدمة جميلة والفندق مرتب وسمحوا لنا ان نتم عدد ساعات اكثر تلطفا منهم لتأخرنا في توضيب الشنط

أنا ما أنسى أشياء دايم في الفنادق لكن هالمرة نسيت حاجة وحبيت لو رسلوا لي تذكير او تنبيه

المكان نظيف جداً ومرتب والموظفين جداً متعاونين ولبقييين الى ابعد مدى

شوي بعيد عن وسط المدينه

الفندق هادئ و الغرف حلوة و حجمها مناسب ,, التعامل الطيب كان من اهم النقاط الي ابحث عنها .. تعامل الموظفين جدا راقي و متساعدين الى ابعد الحدود ,, بالاكيد اذا لي زيارة الرياض راح اسكن فيه مرة ثانيه

فندق رائع ومناسب جدًا للعائلات. أعجبني التصميم المودرن الأنيق والأثاث الجديد ذو الذوق الرفيع، إضافة إلى النظافة العالية في الغرف وجميع المرافق. كما أن مطعم الفندق مميز ويقدم فطورًا متنوعًا ومتوازنًا. أكثر ما يميز المكان هو حسن الاستقبال وابتسامة الموظفين والخدمة الممتازة طوال فترة الإقامة.

النظافة والهدوء

تعطل الأصنصير من الساعه 9 صباحاً إلى الثالثه عصراً وايضاً لا يوجد خدمه موقف السيارات ومواقف السيارات صغيره جدا

احلى من هيك فندق مافيه لا استقبال ولا امان وراحه وهدوء هذا غير استخدامهم للمخدات والحاف روعه روعه.

التظافة ومواقف السيارات مريحة جدا واللوبي رائع والافطار والطعام مميز وتعامل طاقم موظفي الفندق مميزين الجميع بلا استثناء وآخص بالذكر التعامل المميز من موظف الاستقبال اسامة التويجري كل الشكر والتقدير وكذلك المدير المناوب سعدت بالاقامة لديكم

I extend my special thanks to the remarkable Hisham Al-Mousa, Osama Al-Tuwaijri, and Lana Al-Shahri for their unwavering support, kindness, and exemplary service, as well as to Mr. Saleh Al-Zayoud and the exceptionally courteous Mahadeef. They have truly transformed my stay into an experience reminiscent of a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and wish its distinguished team continued success and flourishing excellence.

Atmosphere and the quality of amenities Cleanliness and food quality

In house food a bit expensive

The hotel is clean and new. Their receptionists, Abdulrahman and Hisham, are very professional. A big plus point is that they speak English well. Their hotel staff, a Nepali named Mahdi, also took good care of us. He was polite and kind. It was very relaxing to hang out on the rooftop where there was a swimming pool. My children also enjoyed swimming. We love our stay at the hotel and proud to stay here because my husband was a part of the construction of this hotel as the planning engineer. Highly recommended.🫰

The only thing we less like was that our check-in wasn't smooth. There was a bit of a lack of coordination between booking.com and the hotel. Our booking on booking.com included halfboard (2 meals) but they didn't see it in the hotel's system. It's good that the receptionist Abdulrahman handled it well. I commend his professionalism in handling such situations. The same thing happened when we were at the hotel restaurant. They didn't immediately recognize that our booking was good for 4 people with halfboard. The staff said that only 1 person was included in the package and we had to pay the extra. By showing them our booking details, they fixed it. Since this hotel is new to operating, we understand the few shortcomings that have occurred. Other than that, our experience staying at this hotel was all good.🫶

Lobby staff and food quality for menue food. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding Ambiance of the lobby and design is very nice

مكان جميل جداً ومُريح ونظافه فوق الوصف والفندق مفروض يُصنف 5 نجوم وليس 4 نجوم واشكر الاستاذ عمار تواصلت معه وكان فيه سرعة تجاوب وتلبية لطلاباتي سريعاً وبأفضل خدمه

The Staff were supportive and kind.

The staff, gived attention for evry staying details (especially Ms. Lian at the hotal resaption)

The hotal location, the staff, hotal facilities and the value against the cost is very reasonable.

Cosy hotel, great staff.

The food was below expectations for a Sheraton subsidiary. The location is far from the corporate market.

Good option for a quick night in Riyadh. It was comfortable and on the corporate side. Did not have time to use much of the facilities.

بصراحة مافيه شيء ترفيهي حولك أي مشوار لازم سيارة أو باص المترو والسعر غالي شوي

Great hotel, really newly renovated. Very nice staff, free parking, gym, pool on the rooftop are fantastic to relax. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

Those people don’t care about something called heath emergency. I booked with me stay for 9 days; I got severly sick and had to go back to the states and they refused to refund my $1089.00 for the rest of the days. I explained for them it’s health issue and I don’t have insurance to be seen by doctors in KSA but the manager was so unprofessional and refused to refund my money. The hotel was not fully booked for him to refuse the refund.
