Reviewed Jul 16, 2026I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The hospitality at the front desk was outstanding, and the entire check-in process was smooth and well organized. A special thanks to front desk team for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with everything. The hotel's location is excellent. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back again!

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026It's very close to a lot of areas of interest in Guangzhou and the metro station. Breakfast is quite good, and staff is professional and helpful even with a language barrier. The room was very nice and comfortable to stay in.
The hot water in the shower doesn't work, so you can only take cold showers. It's supposed to be a no smoking hotel, but you can smell it in the hallways and the rooms which is unpleasant. It's difficult to find on the map which makes getting there a bit tricky.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Anything good about this property was automatically negated by the way the staff treated us. Free laundry (like most hotels), comfy beds and pillows, room gets cleaned daily, free amenities - although if it ran out it didn’t get topped up, could also borrow an umbrella for when it rained
The day *before* we were meant to check out they were banging on our room door saying it’s time to check out, we explain we are checking out tomorrow - they tell us off saying we aren’t and that we need to pay (we had already paid the full amount for all nights), we try to explain this and I’m about to get ready to go downstairs to sort it out since maybe it’s a system error and then nope, “sorry, mistake”. They couldn’t double check before coming screaming at us? Felt so uncomfortable. The next morning (our last day) for breakfast, it’s still 5 minutes before 10 and there’s plenty of people about and some still coming in to eat - the worker there comes up to me and snaps at me “NO.” As I’m grabbing some bread (TWO PIECES, there was lots more too), I’m obviously confused and she just keeps repeating “NO NO NO”. I just put the tongs down and go back to my table to finish up, again, felt so uncomfortable. I could also clearly see that the staff help themselves to the guest breakfast just before the breakfast timing ends, which I’m happy about because then the food doesn’t go to waste but also? To shout at a guest for taking some food because you potentially want it (I’m assuming because why else was I told off for taking some bread… like I’m genuinely so confused) They also had “free soft drinks” but unlike in the pictures advertised, you have to ask for them, we asked for 2, got sent up one, whatever it’s not like we need it. Next time we ask for 2 again, cleaner comes up and says she already gave us 2 (she had not) — some back and forth trying to explain I don’t have it and I’d like to get some before she goes away to grab it. But EVEN IF she had already given me a soft drink, if I’d asked for another why not just give it if it’s free & unlimited? Again, I just felt so uncomfortable making these requests because the staff genuinely made me feel like I was doing something wrong all the time.

Reviewed May 22, 2026I love the experience it was a 10/10.... I planned to stay for just a night but ended up staying 3 blissful nights!!!! Customer service Room comfort and cleanliness Breakfast in the morning All was a 10/10 An exquisite and Lovely experience I didn't want to leave.
The only but I had was not been able to connect with the TV except I had a Tencent... I'd suggest a global TV Casting that allows intl guest to use connect with t he it gadgets or a projector can be installed in the room as an alternative.... Another but was having no windows in the room for ventilation though the AC helped for air
