Overall the house is clean and well-insulated. We have all the things we need to enjoy our holiday. It's like a home away from home.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025Beautiful home with everything you and your family needs, Awesome location with new world literally a few hundred meters away. 5-8 minute drive to Howick beach perfect for the kids. air con down stairs is a bonus. Awesome patio and area for kids to run around.
the shower in the guest bathroom upstairs doesn't drain. tight squeeze for parking. highly recommend a baby gate for above the stairs for night time and a portable cot.

Upstairs (where the bedrooms are) was uncomfortably warm when outside temp was above 22-23C (summer)…even with fans running, it was hard to sleep in the heat. Aircon is only in the kitchen downstairs.

The neighbors were fighting both nights we stayed. The dish washer smelt like dead fish and the oven had no shelves or cooking trays in it so we couldn't use it

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024Accomodation was perfect, towels were provided and everything you need in a kitchen was provided too! Obviously not the food, but all the essentials needed to cook and clean !! Washing machine and dryer was a good factor too! We were also able to drive to the beach, which was right around the corner, not to mention the supermarket that was across the road ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having a place to safely store our vehicle was the best part as we didn’t have to worry about it during our stay 😊 having our car secure without stressing about it getting stolen !

It was very warm even though weather was terrible. The towels were fluffy and the heated towel rails a real treat. The wifi worked well and we could cast our phone to the TV. Added bonus was board games. 😍
Nothing major. Needs front door mat and brush n shovel. The master bed was very firm. Parking tight.

The shared driveway was the down fall as its a bit tight.

The facilities are not good enough, the refrigerator has a peculiar smell, and the fire alarm may be out of power, and it goes off all night. The garage door was so bad it fell off, this makes us all late for our important meeting.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2024It’s was so disappointing this was my first holiday &my girls in over 15 years .The heat was unbearable upstairs it wrecked the whole holiday .And the door lock was a nightmare most of the time it took about 5 times till it worked and if it didnt the front door was unlocked. The parking off street was a nightmare neighbours cars in the way of you getting the car out of the garage.And if you have a big suv forget it not hope of getting it in .Ran out of soap power was enough for 1 load when we were there for 8 days .Ran out toliet paper no rubbish bags and a couple of dishwasher tablets.These items were all suppose to be supplied .

Unfortunately the nextflix was working at the time. Tried trouble shooting but couldnt get the TV to connect to the Internet.

Easy access to main roads heading to manukau or the motorway south or north. They went over and above to provide laundry powder/softener dishwasher liquid and dishwasher tablets. I highly recommend Will definitely book again
