Sunnyhills Viewside Town House

Very clean and neat. My family really enjoyed it and will use it again.

Everything was excellent.

Loved the bedrooms, bathrooms. Beautiful amenities. Lounge is super comfy. Lots of windows which is beautiful in the daytime. Location is great, about a 20 minute drive to the CBD. Perfect that it comes with a car spot. Plenty of room in cupboards for clothes, We enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t like the carpeted stairs.

Loved how spacious it was for our family. With enough room upstairs and downstairs it was great and our little home away from home.

There was only a single car space but we made it work.

It was ideal for our family of five adults.

We found a stain on one of the single bed’s doona, felt the oven and microwave could’ve been cleaned. Was surprised there were no ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms, which got very warm.

it felt like a home away from home. the location is perfect. we didn’t want to be in the city but we wanted to be near everything haha.

I liked the location and the value for the price. The lounge area is well set and being able to use the dryer/washing machine.

The chairs on the deck have fibreglass that got into our clothing when we first arrived so had to stand while being out on the deck. Also the bar stool chairs were flimsy and felt like they were going to break if you put any pressure on them.

The main bedroom had a leak so when we arrived there were 2 absolutely saturated towels on the floor by the window. The floor was totally squelchy on one side and totally unusable. I would have expected some communication around this! No hand towel in upstairs toilet and no cloth in the kitchen for wiping tables or bench’s.

Everything! prime location and all rms and facilities were perfect!

Just one thing Harvey, in the master rm on the left side of bed closest to the window we noticed that the carpet was damp. We did close the window there but noticed that the sliding door part was overflowing w water from rain dripping onto the carpet . Just fyi. Also afew kitchen utensils missing... we did try make potato salad but no peeler or whisk for us to make our cupcakes lols. Otherwise everything was perfect thanks again 😊

No air conditioning in other 2 bed rooms that got the afternoon sun making them very hot

Lower-level bedrooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. The Master bedroom has an air conditioner. There is one fan in the other room. We had no problem keeping the temperature this area comfortable for sleeping. Upstairs Kitchen area was quite large & was well stocked with dishes etc. All appliances in good working order. The lounge area was much smaller. The sofa sat 3 adults comfortably. There was 4 of us! More seating in the lounge area for comfort would be nice when relaxing in the evening. The upholstered chair in the Master bedroom might be better used in the lounge. Wifi was excellent and lots of channels on the TV. Pleasant views from the windows in the Kitchen/Lounge. Area is air conditioned. Enjoyed the deck off the kitchen. You can take the ferry from Half Moon Bay to downtown Auckland. Parking at the ferry was free. That was an unexpected bonus!

Lighting in the downstairs bathrooms was supplied by heat lamps in the ceiling and a ring light around the mirror. More "regular" lighting, particularly over the mirror, would improve the brightness in the room.

What a Bijoux in a wonderful, quiet Suburb of Auckland. Absolutely recommended. Especially for families with 2-4 children.

A whole house to ourselves for our family. Spacious town house with plenty of bathrooms/toilets. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Big open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Balcony was great for a morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Nice harbour view. Was handy enough to all of Auckland for our liking. Would definitely use again.

Two beds had sheets with marks on them. Some dishes were still dirty from previous guests (not really the hosts fault). Only one tea towel and one set of towels for our whole stay, some extras would have been nice. Washing machine rubber seal had slimy stuff on it so we opted not to use it - would’ve solved towel issue.

Beautiful property, very comfortable and has all the amenities that one would need. Very quite location with great walk by the water 2 mins from the house

Very clean and modern. Nice quiet location very close to Tamaki River which has a great track around it for walking/jogging etc.

Great location only a couple of minutes stroll to beautiful bayside walks

The unit was very clean and cozy. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to the river. The host' s communication is commendable.

Very clean and tidy, close to the shops plenty of cutlery and utensils provided, which was great for the family, plenty of towels and toiletries provided as well. Instructions for check-in and checkout were very simple and clear. It does get warm upstairs but an aircon is provided. Nice quiet neighbourhood.

The property was very clean and had everything our group required. Location was fantastic for what we had planned for our stay. 20 minutes to Auckland cbd and 20 minutes to the airport.

Was extremely hot when we walked in (hot day) - maybe heat pump could be on a timer for when guests arrive?

Easy flow, function and comfort made this stay so very enjoyable for us. The location was perfect for shops, our Conference venue and taking a swim at the Bucklands Beach or just walking down the waterfront to the piers. The apartment and neighbourhood was so quiet, no heavy traffic sounds and the house just invited you to rest. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again the next time I will be in the area.

Modern, clean and comfortable/cosy. Lovely view of river from upstairs and from large balcony. Very close to a beautiful river walking path. Nice, quiet street. Lovely bathrooms - especially a useful heated towel rack. Washing machine/dryer welcomed. Code instead of key entry very handy with 6 people.

Unfortunately a little far out of Auckland city for our plans especially due to Auckland traffic and road works occurring in surrounding area. Would have welcomed some sort of coffee machine but have politely suggested this to owners after their warm email.

Very nice and close to the walkway. Comfortable and had everything we needed.

A tv guide would be good as we couldn’t work out how to use the tv.
