Gute Lage und guter Preis.

Leider war Schimmel an der Wand und im Kasten. Das ganze Badezimmer stand beim Duschen ca 1 cm unter Wasser.

Badkamer, douchen staand in bad waardoor bijna hele badkamer onder water komt.....ook 1 dag kamer niet schoon gemaakt, 2 keer kleine handdoeken gekregen ipv grote! Bed was wel goed........nachtlampje naast bed deed het ook niet, dit gemeld bij receptie maar hielp niet. Zag toen bij lift eenzelfde lamp staan, die geprobeerd en die werkte wel dus zelf maar lamp omgewisseld dan......

Chúng tôi book phòng Deluxe family gồm 2 giường đôi cho 4 người lớn, nhưng giao phòng toàn là giường chỉ 1,4met x 2 giường thì ngủ 4 người rất chật Máy lạnh không lạnh, rất nóng. Phòng Suite family 1107 mà máy lạnh chảy nước đầy phòng ngay cạnh giường ngủ, gạch nền phòng tắm bể cũng không thay mới. Gối nằm cứng và quá cao.

The hotel wasn’t too bad, though the cleanliness wasn’t great. The bathroom was very dated; it could do with a complete refurbishment, but I don’t think that’s in their interests. Swimming pool was OK, but always very busy.

Big rooms, beds with courtins, i like the lobby area. The pool in the rooftop was amazing. All personnel very good i had a situation with my payment and they where patient and smart to solve it, they where also emphatic about my time. I like they give us towel good for that. Thank you.

I liked how it was structured around big places such as the leather stores and spas around the hotel more importantly the staff were very nice and respectful

I didn’t like that in some rooms the toilets and the air conditioner was lacking but I am fine with it

Mình đc bố trí ở tầng cao. Nhưng nước dùng sinh hoạt có vẻ hơi yếu 1 chút.

真可惜，这次出差竟然是我最后一次喝到翠做的早咖啡了。我问她为什么，她说她以后会把喝咖啡改成吃早餐。 这次我待在空调房附近，所以晚上有点冷。

看来暴风雨要来了，天气很糟糕。海水浑浊，浪也很大，所以我没法在海滩游泳。

我住的这片区域还有几个其他中国人，他们晚上经常举办吵闹又不卫生的饮酒聚会，吵得我根本睡不着觉。他们到处乱扔烟头、垃圾和剩饭剩菜。第二天早上醒来，我发现地板上全是水。我拍了照片，第二天早上发给了经理，到了中午，那些聚会的人就被要求离开了。经理非常果断，没有让这些人继续扰乱我们的居住环境。

如果其他人也能像我一样保持清洁和安静，那么对于那些想省钱，又只想在合租公寓里租一张床的人来说，这里会是一个不错的选择。

勤務先に近いので通勤に便利だと思い、このホテルを予約しました。何度か利用した後、清掃スタッフがいない夕方になると、ベトナム人と思われる宿泊客のグループが非常に騒がしく、廊下やロビーに大量のゴミを放置していることに気づきました。まるで公共の衛生管理が自分たちの責任ではないかのように振る舞っていました。翌朝、清掃スタッフがすべて片付けているのを見ました。彼女の仕事ぶりに感銘を受けました。彼女は40歳くらいに見えましたが、宿泊客が残したゴミの量に関わらず、とても若々しく責任感のある人でした。

地元の宿泊客の振る舞いはひどく、不衛生で、常に騒がしく、まるで周りの人に聞こえないようにしているかのようでした。同行していた子供たちも常に騒いでいました。

Ngay trục đường trung tâm, nhiều quán ăn ngon dễ lựa chọn, gần ga tàu, sân bay, cầu rồng

Nhiều qui định, nhân viên không đuoẹc huấn luyện chuyên nghiệp, không cập nhật được qui định mới của nhà nước mà cứ thông tin theo qui định cũ của khách sạn, gây ra sự khó chịu. Phòng 3 người, nhưng chỉ để 2 gói cafe+trà, khi yêu cầu đưa thêm thì nhân viên cũng là là do qui định (rất bất hợp lý?), tuy sau đó vẫn mang thêm lên nhưng đặt 3 phòng cũng chỉ đưa 1 phần bổ sung cho 1 phòng. Phòng ngay thang máy, buổi tối liên tục có người gõ cửa đùa giỡn ầm ĩ ngoài hành lang. Các tầng 7,8,9 cho thuê sử dụng lâu dài như phòng trọ chứ không phải phòng khách sạn.

The bathroom was dirty and the toilet smelt like urine with a fishy odour. We only booked the hotel as we had a midnight flight so wanted to use the shower and freshen up before we left Ho Chi Min but ended up leaving early as the bathroom was too smelly and the room wasn’t that pleasant either. Glad we didn’t book this hotel to actually sleep there as we would have found somewhere else to stay instead.

今回ホテルに戻ってみたところ、前回ほどではないものの、まあまあ満足できました。ダナンの暑さがひどく、少し不快だったのかもしれません。それ以外は、値段相応といったところでしょうか。 毎週土曜日に花火大会が開催されていることを知らなかったのですが、幸いにもホテルの支配人が教えてくれたので、その瞬間を写真に収めることができました。

Compared to the reviews I've read, I found this hotel quite good for the price, with all the basic amenities I needed, and its location near the city center made it easy to get around. The weather was too hot, which made me tired when I went outside.

宿泊料金は、ここで見たものを考えるとかなりリーズナブルでした。朝食ビュッフェはありませんでしたが、周辺にはたくさんの選択肢がありました。天気がかなり暑かったので、仕事の後に出かけることはできませんでした.

あまりの暑さに、信号で止まるたびに肌が焼けるように感じました。ここの暑さは本当にひどいです。

Nhà vệ sinh có mùi, dù đã đổi 2 phòng nhưng đều tình trạng như vậy. Vòi nước không được mạnh lắm

Bruyant et pas très propre

I was quite surprised when I arrived here. Previously, when I saw reviews from other customers about this place, I saw a section of road under terrible construction. When I arrived, it seemed like everything had been completed a long time ago; the road was quite beautiful and easy to navigate. There were many local restaurants around, so I didn't have to worry about what to eat. When I arrived at the hotel, it was very hot, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was surprised that the hotel was cool, both upstairs and in the hallways. The pool wasn't very big, but I could sunbathe in the morning and enjoy the city view in the evening. Although the building was old, everything in the room was decent, and I was satisfied with the price I paid.

The building is old and the elevator is a bit slow.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice bath towels.

Air conditioning in my room was totally inadequate, WiFi signal in my room was poor throughout my stay, bed sheets only changed every 3 days, TV in room had a picture but no sound, room in need of repair and maintenance: table top that moves and damage/wear to parts of the room wall. Room needs a good clean in many areas that are missed by housekeeping.

The whole rating is because of the staff especially 'Thau' who helped us a lot Initially there were issues with the room as this is a pretty old hotel which badly needs a renovation. Initially we got a room where beds were hard, AC not working, no hot water. The room service phone was not working. But as we reached late and tired we spent night as is. Next day we complained about the issues and they did change the room with a good room. Then we had no issues, but unnecessary trouble for a night that too when we are really tired and that affected our next day plan

They should know about the room issues before assigning it.this affecting the impression about the hotel

空港からタクシーで5分ほどの場所にあります。通りは6ヶ月前にネットで見た時よりもずっと清潔で快適でした。半径1km圏内には、様々な美味しい料理を提供する地元のレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの壁を見ると建物は古いことが分かりましたが、とても清潔で、受付スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。この価格帯のホテルとしては非常におすすめです。

建物は少し古いので、改修すれば素晴らしいでしょう。
