Modern, clean, well appointed. Good location for accessing the city.

Smart TV/internet kept stalling when trying to watch a movie. Privacy challenges with the main drive overlooking/closely adjacent to the sitting room as access to 2 other properties behind. Also upstairs bedroom corridor directly looked into the adjacent property. We countered this with lowering blackout blinds but maybe further consideration needs to be given to address or screen this perhaps by introducing day shade blinds. Parking in the garage was simpler with reversing up the driveway and reversing in.

Having to go through the house to open garage roller door. Extra towels for our 3 night stay would have been good. A decent frypan in the kitchen or bbq outside would have made things easier

Huis was echt prachtig. Modern ingericht en heel comfortabel. Locatie is prima. Te voet is het centrum een half uur. Een kleine auto kun je in de garage bij het huis parkeren. Onze iets grotere suv kon gratis voor de deur op de weg.

Just around the corner from Transalpine train but caught taxis to inner city., next time I would research bus stops close by.

Would have liked it to be closer to inner city but there are buses.

great property very clean good location

Warm, comfortable, modern. Had everything that was needed and more . The shower was a treat !

The only downside would be the parking or lack of for a big vehicle.

The property was tastefully decorated, comfortable and in a quiet location. We slept well on really comfortable beds. The facilities were excellent and we had everything we required during our short stay. A first class experience all round.

Tight driveway. Tricky to park when neighbour parked in front of garage.

Airy and light rooms. Very comfortable. Bathrooms excellent.

Ants in the kitchen. (attended to by the renters who said we often get ants at this time of year… if so why didn’t they check before we arrived ?) Check in procedure… unnecessary and long to get door code. Do not understand why especially after booking had been taken and was paid for.

It was such a fantastic stay; I wish we could have stayed much longer! Everything was so clean, yet also felt very cosy. This has to be among the best accommodations in Christchurch.

Everything there for a stay of a couple of days. Comfortable, warm, great beds, good wifi, also sound proof as the rugby was on nearby, but inside the house we heard nothing. Would recommend.

The stove top was very temperamental, I think there might be a fault that needs checking as was difficult to adjust heating, need to move finger about to get the right spot. We parked on the street as our car was large, but managed to find a spot close by each night no problem.

This was an amazingly lovely, comfortable place for us to stay. It had everything and more than we expected. As we were working during the weekend, it was such a nice place to come back to. I would definitely book it again.

The house is a brand new build and maybe as the owner hasn’t stayed in it yet so probably hasn’t noticed but I wanted to share with you so you can get it fixed whilst under warranty. The air conditioning units make a very loud random grinding noise, so much I thought it was the neighbour drilling concrete. But this only happens when we turned it on about 20mins afterwards. But the noise would keep going for about 30mins after we switched the unit off. The middle bedroom and master bedroom did this. Not sure about the front room and downstairs. Also a few lightbulbs didn’t work or the lamp shade broken.
