Cooking smell in unit on entry. Struggled to cook on the old portable stove top cooker. Microwave old and smelled of past cooking. For the two of us only given four uht milk sachets for our two night stay. Room service very light and random like a dish cloth replaced and tea towel not. Bath towels untouched. No electric blanket.

If I had to be really picky, the WIFI was unreliable. Otherwise it was great.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was comfortable, clean and well organised. We were very happy with our stay.

Floors were cold, need underfloor insulation or carpet. Wi-Fi signal drops out continuously, shower is only made for short people, and water pressure is a bit slow. Curtains could be better - very thin and light comes thru gaps.

They need to spend some money and replace the mattresses on the beds. It was so uncomfortable that we could feel the springs sticking into our backs. The comfort of the apartment for guests had not been considered. There was no window covering in the kitchen, which was linked to the bathroom. Therefore, privacy was an issue ( the young man did try to help with this by covering the window with a sheet). There was no PowerPoint in the bathroom to use the blow dyer. The dining table was also so old/dirty that things stuck to it! Overall, the apartment was just very tired and needed a good clean and a renovation.

Moorehouse Ave very close to our room, so single glazed windows meant a noisy sleep for a Firday and Saturday night - recommend earplugs. Aged facilities clearly evident, including a broken window latch.

Fairly basic room and the TV adamantly refused to work, and as we had arrived around 8.30 pm due to a delayed train, there was no one around to sort it.
