Entra mucha luz para dormir, no hay persianas solo cortinas

Este piso tiene una relación calidad-precio excelente. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia: una terraza exterior con sofas y mesa con sillas, una habitación grande con un matalàs muy comodo y muy grande (muy pocos pisos ofrecen dormir en matalas de tal calidad y dimensiones),, la sala de estar es muy comoda con un buen sofa y la tv transmite canal + con muchas pelis. El baño es funcional y la cocina tiene placas, microondas, horno, tostadora, hervidor y cafetera. También encontré genial poder aparcar tanto dentro de la propiedad como fuera en la calle. La parte comuna del jardin/piscina es muy guapa.

Falta un poco de utensilios de cocina (cuchillos que corten, y palas para sartén por ejemplo) aunque no es dramático. Se escuchan mucho los vecinos y las sillas (unas gomas bajo las patas de las sillas ayudarian un poco).

The place was impeccably clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. Its peaceful and quiet location made it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend it.

The swimming pool was not as clean as expected, and there was an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor area for an extended period. Additionally, the terrace was shared with other guests, and having a proper separation or more privacy would have greatly improved the experience.

Everything needed was provided. Apartment very clean, spacious and with lots of light. The swimming pool big enough and the location was 10 mins walk to Pereybere public beach, Winners supermarket and bus stop to Port- Louis and Cap Malheureux. Had 3 wonderful days in the Villa.

A strong smell from bathroom and mosquitoes. Bring your vape for mosquitoes.

Un appartement confortable, d une belle superficie, pas de petit déjeuner puisque c'est un appartement et non une chambre d'hôtes ,très bien situé près de la plage et du magasin, des restos etc...et la piscine est un grand plus

L'emplacement, le quartier est vraiment calme par rapport au bord de l'océan, donc c'est un vrai plus ! Tous commerces à proximité, restaurants également.

Le cadre, la tranquillité, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour se faire à manger. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Le personnel était très serviable et très sympathique

Le studio étais très bien

The apartment was very nice. Spacious room and living area. Decent size TV. Modern bathroom. Clean swimmingpool. Huge bed with quality bedding.

The kitchen has the bare minimum. No toaster...no cheese grater. No sharp knives, egglifter, serving spoons, etc. No kitchen towels or bowls. Very bare.

La proximité avec la plage, les restaurants, centre commercial pas loin ,bien desservie par les bus.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour de 5 jours et tout s’est très bien déroulé. La salle de séjour est spacieuse et confortable, on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise. La chambre à coucher est propre et bien aménagée, idéale pour se reposer tranquillement. La cuisine est très pratique et bien équipée, ce qui facilite beaucoup le séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine apporte un vrai plus, même si elle avait quelques feuilles mortes à la surface. Cela reste agréable à voir et ne gâche pas l’ensemble. L’endroit est calme et en sécurité, ce qui permet de profiter du séjour en toute sérénité. Globalement, c’était une belle expérience que je recommande.

Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain : l’eau chaude met un peu de temps à arriver et le miroir est placé assez haut, ce qui n’est pas pratique pour les personnes de petite taille. À part ces détails, tout était parfait et je recommande vivement.

Bon rapport qualité prix Pensez a traiter contre les fourmis bien que nous ayons été vigilant pour rien laisser traîner tout était dans le réfrigérateur.

Host was very accommodating. A fine gentleman. He shared the location n all d details a couple of days in advance. Apartment was neat n clean. All devices were working. Pool was well maintained.

Nothing to dislike

We cooked breakfasts on our own. We bought products and cooked. There is everything necessary for cooking in the house. The location is ok. It's about 10 minutes walking to the beach. It's not possible to see the sea from the window.

The lighting can be better. And probably linen.

Breakfast wasn't included. The shower was cold for most of the time and this wasn't addressed until day four.

The bed was rock hard. There was mould along the walls of the bedroom

Appartement très bien placé, spacieux, la literie et le canapé sont très confortable. Et proche de la plage et de toutes commodités je le recommande vivement.

Everything was just perfect since the first day , everything was good and was beyond our expectations. We wanted to stay more but couldn't due to no availability. But we'll surely come back next year for our vacation.

Service and cleanliness

Quite location.

Someone entering my apartment whilst I am out. Backdoor lock not working very frightening being lock out on balcony. Dangerous dogs on streets.

House had all the amenities that I needed.

Issue with the aircon. Did not work properly.

We were apprehensive at first but honestly the beds were really large and comfortable. The kitchen is basic but functional and served our needs. We come from South Africa so we loved the outdoor pool area with braai/ BBQ and tropical vegetation near us. We felt so safe to walk to Pereybere Public Beach. The host was helpful and attentive. The place is really clean and neat and absolutely functional for a relaxing holiday. The price was also affordable. Thank you.

Everything was good. Recommend additional pillows, and a washing machine would be great for long term rentals. Maybe a cleaning person to pay additional for long term rentals would be great.

Place was quiet.

Internet connection was very poor.

nice apt with shared pool, park place just outside the gate. great position at walking distance to pereybere beach and 5 min drive from grand baie. the shower of the apt is super top!

the apt furniture is a little outdated, exp the kitcken accessories (pots etc) should be refurbished. unfortunately there was a persistent smell of moth balls that was slightly unpleasant. This is not to criticize, but to go for the bettet of the guests.
