Perhaps in Jan and Feb one would appreciate aircon in the rooms. We, however, didn’t need it during late November/ early December.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2025A true hideaway from city life. Facilities had everything and more. The tub was hot already and Kate made sure we were settled in always ready to assist. The surrounds helps one escape with clearly marked walks and the nearby dam with canoes. Was relaxing and comfortable. The rooms spacious and the bathroom supplied with luxury fragrant supplies. We really enjoyed the quiet stay. Glamping ++
The first night we were overwhelmed by the Gnats&bugs but we quickly adapted by keeping lights low and lighting a few candles

Reviewed Mar 14, 2025It was rustic chic. Very beautiful and comfortable. Slept very well. The hospitality was outstanding and the little touches made it more memorable. The swimming pool and hot tub were magical. Felt like we were on a tropical island. The hot tub was already warm for us when we arrived. Nothing was too much for our hostess. Cha and staff are amazing!!
The water pressure wasn’t that great but it was not, NOT good either.

The fauna and flora were exquisite! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay that has everything you need/think or want and more.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024We stayed at the farmhouse. Quaint, well-supplied cottage (even had ground coffee and plungers) in a beautiful setting. Hosts were very good, getting hot tub ready etc. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfortable. Despite rainy weather, we enjoyed our stay. Had a long walk and took in the amazing scenery.

It's a perfect getaway - completely private and peaceful, glorious views and walking, and luxurious home.comforts. The pool was hugely welcome, too, as it is quite hot here in January.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2022A magical old farmhouse hidden in the beautiful mountains and fauna and Flora of the farm. The house has comfortable beds and is kitted with everything you need. Lots of hikes and secrets spots to discover on the farm.

If our hot tub that we booked had worked. We had raed wines 2whales and need to recover our muscles. I chose a unit based on a hot tub and I knew this would help us to recover. On arrial the hot tub was cold and visibily leaking. Mr owner attempted to block the leak with out success that was our only disappointment.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2022Very spacious dining areas and plenty of cooking tops and stove options. I also loved the yoga wooden deck with the tent overhead. The kitchen was well equipped and I loved it all! I would recommend this place to large groups and nature lovers.
Needed more heating, the blankets were a little small and not enough towels were provided. We only got one large towel per person but on cold rainy days it took too long to dry. Would like to have an electric kettle in case we don't want to light the gas stove everytime.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2022This is really out of town, in the middle of the mountains. Great setting. The views are fantastic, and there are several hiking trails on the property as well. I'd go back anytime I want to be in the area.
