Arctic Escape Close to Tromsø Center

La struttura è carina e funzionale. C’è una lavatrice un forno piccolo elettrico e un microonde. Perfetta per una coppia. Ci è piaciuta la zona, molto bella e tranquilla con una bellissima vista sul fiordo, non lontana dal centro.

La casa era pulita ma si può migliorare qualche dettaglio, come spolverare meglio (ad esempio la tendina sul letto). La posizione è ottima ma c’è una salita importante per raggiungerla dalla fermata polaria.

Our hosts were really kind!! They helped us with suggestions and were really flexibele, even when our flight arrived much earlier. Also, the location is close enough to the city center so you can easily walk to the center in 15 minutes, but far enough to have a quiet stay.

Very cozy accommodation with all the essential amenities for a few days of vacation. Stephen and Ida Amellie were extremely helpful from the moment of booking, always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. Despite our late arrival, access to the apartment was easy through the locker code. The stay was excellent and also allowed us to learn a bit more about Norwegian culture through the books available. An incredible experience — we are truly grateful.

Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich und warm, die Gastgeber sehr nett und an einem Abend könnten wir vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus sogar Polarlichter sehen.

Amazing place with great owners. Great service, everything works, love the electronic lock on the door, no keys required. All information got before arrival. Just perfect.

Great location at only 15min walking distance to the city center. Very cosy atmosphere. Stephen and Ida Amelie were very welcoming providing all necessary details to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is fully equipped.

You can hear noise from the ceiling when there is movement, which can be disturbing if sleeping beyond 7am and are a light sleeper. The walk on icy roads can be challenging depending on your physical condition but crampons help and there is a bus to the city center 2mins from the property, so the city center remains very accessible.

The property was so cosy and had great facilities, a good bathroom and kitchen area. The location was also great a 10-15 minute walk into the centre with great views along the way.

With the property being connected to the family house you could hear them moving around and at times it was quite loud.

Los dueños nos ayudaron mucho con la información que te dan al llegar al alojamiento. Muy amables y atentos toda la estancia. Aunque pequeñito, todo muy funcional, descansamos genial.

La cuesta para llegar al alojamiento desde el centro nos quitaba un par de años de vida cada vez que la subimos con nieve... Con las maletas imposible, necesario taxi.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is also located quite close to the city center, which was convenient. Highly recommended!

At the top of a quite steep hill. Not an issue but worth baring in mind if you have mobility issues

Great location, able to walk into town. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Scenic views. Thoughtful and considerate hosts - some basic necessities included and books about Tromsø and Norway. Great communication. Apartment is well heated.

No complaints - it suited our needs perfectly!

Great place to stay. Close to the center. Really spacious and comfortable. Warm enough. Includes also a small terrace from outside. The host was amazing and really helpful for everything. He even helped us with a parking spot and also held our bags after checkout because we had a late night flight.

The location is not ideal, because it is up on the hill so was very tiring to go up and down the hill by foot and in icy conditions. There was a lot of parquet noise coming from upstairs from the steps.

Stephen and Ida were very welcoming and answered all my questions.

It is fully equipped apartment. Walking distance to the city centre. The host Mr. Stephen is an excellent person.
