Great view. Location was accessible. Host was polite.

The uncle thing I didn’t like was the bathroom shower not being able to fully close and seemed like water was leaking on the floor.

The room was big and comfortable and there was a purified water dispenser in the room. It was great.

The sun was beautiful coming in the bedroom windows but it could get hot sometimes.

Tom waited for us in the lobby. He gave us a little tour to his unit. We had our baby with us during our stay. Tom was very kind to prepare baby facilities i.e basenette and a high chair. Very accomodating and great place to be after swimming at the beach or pool.

Our stay at La Mirada Residences was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything was neat, and it really felt more like staying in a home than in a typical hotel. The unit had complete amenities, including kitchen equipment and utensils, which made it very convenient for preparing meals and staying comfortably for several days. The beds were also spacious and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Another thing we appreciated was the easy access to the elevators and stairs, which made moving around the property hassle-free. The pool was clean, relaxing, and kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. We also loved the peaceful and beautiful view—it was very serene and added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance.

It would also be very helpful if there were a shuttle service available for easier loading and unloading of luggage and other belongings.

剛好房間看出去就是海景，非常漂亮！！ 雖然床有點小，但睡得非常舒服。兩個人住棉被是提供兩張，非常好！！不會搶棉被🤣 泳池也蠻大的，下水是溫水，很舒服。

Owner was attentive. Restaurant near the bldg sucks.

Aircon leaking, but the owner said someone cane to fix it but when we arrived from out of town the table was soaked with leaked water.

Location - central for going out on day trip each day, plus walking distance to supermarket and places to eat. My studio was very generous for one. Kitchenette very well equiped and especially like there was a water cooler so no need to buy water. The pool was huge and water so warm!

Older property which was evident especially in the gym, equipment old and the treadmill stuck at a huge incline!

The room is very clean, complete kitchen utensils and the owner is very friendly.

The place is far from store for buying basic needs. You always need to book a ride just to buy something.

The apartment was in a residential building with good amenities. The view from the bedroom was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Thomas, our host who is always ready to help and has a splendid sense of humour. We took his advice when it came to buying the basic necessities and the restaurants he suggested. The Sushi was absolutely amazing, had them 5/6 days we were there. We also took Thomas’s tour guide services and I must say, Fernando who was with us through out was an extremely sweet, kind and more importantly patient man. I was with my family and I must say, people in Cebu are some of the most friendly I have come across while travelling. Would love to come back and I honestly wouldn’t stay at any other place.

P.S. The only complaint I had was about small roaches in the kitchen which I highlighted to Thomas and he got to solving the issue right away. That’s the only reason I rated it a 9/10. Everything else was great, especially the people.

The property is found in a perfect location, close to the airport and a 40 min taxi ride into cebu city. The property comes with a pool which we used twice, clean and functional but not much atmosphere. The property itself was very functional had everything we required in terms of space and utilities, though there was some damage to the door and the room could use with a update and some attention Our favourite thing about the property was that the host also arranged a complimentary pick up from airport and arranged our two tours (waterfall and island hop) this made things much more easier.

Room didn’t come with a mop, we did ask the host for one on day 1 but despite saying he would bring one, never did. Room got very wet from the shower and hanging swim suits and was difficult to maintain a clean space. Host provided a washing service for 500 php but clothes although cleaned came back scrunched in a bag and were all very creased and hadn’t been ironed. Towels only changed after requesting Despite offering with in the package for the island hop, gave us no paper plates or cutlery for our bbq on the boat but luckily the crew were able to source some from another boat. Island hop tour was amazing and the boat crew the kindest and most helpful people ever but the boat bbq was disgraceful and unclean the crew found another bbq at our request

La piscine et la vue sur la mer étaient magnifiques. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils de Thomas. Le studio avec la cuisine équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin.

Le balcon est en peu petit. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas très neuves.

В номере было много тараканов, вонь в туалете, Плесень в ванной, диван сломан ,отелю требуются срочный ремонт. Все далеко находится, такси не вызывают, поэтому имейте ввиду, надо все через Grab заказывать, такси, еду, а так ничего там нет. К морю нельзя попасть, только за деньги и то, мы туда попали, но и пляжа и того нет. Очень опасно в бассейне, очень скользко и грязно! Слава богу мы только на 3 ночи остановились .

Leider war unser Aufenthalt extrem enttäuschend. Das Schlimmste war, dass überall Kakerlaken waren – kleine und große, im Zimmer und im Bad, sogar im Bett. Das war absolut inakzeptabel und sehr beängstigend. Das Hotel hat stark unangenehm gerochen und war insgesamt sehr dreckig. Der Teppich im Bad war schmutzig, was extrem unhygienisch wirkte. Es gab keine vernünftigen Decken, nur sehr dicke, schwere Decken, die bei den warmen Temperaturen völlig unpassend waren. Zusätzlich war das Wasser in der Dusche fast immer kalt. Auch der Service war sehr schlecht: Es war nicht möglich, über das Hotel ein Taxi zu bestellen, und eine Verständigung war kaum möglich – das Personal hat uns praktisch nicht verstanden. Entgegen der Erwartungen gab es keine Möglichkeit zum Baden und keinen Zugang zum Strand. Wir haben uns dort nicht sicher, nicht wohl und nicht gut betreut gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at La Mirada Residences. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and it truly made our trip even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an awesome view. It exceeded our expectations and made us feel very welcomed. What impressed us the most was the kindness and hospitality of the owner sir Thomas. He kindly arranged transportation for us to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. This thoughtful gesture really showed how much he cares about his guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend La Mirada Residence to anyone visiting Cebu. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and the view is so awesome... the owner sir thomas was very kind, helpful and responsive service. my aircon was leaking and the owner immediately call his staff to repairs, i really happy stay there. i highly recommend to everybody who wants to come mactan cebu.

The owner is very nice and communicative, it was easy to check in and all instructions were given, the apartment has bedroom and living room, 2 AC which was good and also we could watch netflix Location is not very touristic, place is good for 1 - 2 nights before travelling somewhere else

We traveled during Christmas season, maybe this is the reason but it was loud music from somewhere in the neighborhood in the evening and in the morning as well, the windows are thin so we could hear it

Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch herrschte zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts eine Kakerlakenplage. Das Ungeziefer befand sich überall. sie krabbelten auch auf dem Bett und Sofa. Man hat sich leider nicht wohl gefühlt. Schade ist auch dass der Eingangs-/ Aufenthaltsbereich und der Flur nicht klimatisiert sind

We booked 2 rooms. 1 of the room was infested with roaches but the owner came and clean it after we informed him about it.

Everything was lovely. Good quality interior. Great comfy bed and sofa. Fantastic aircon that truly cools the apartment. All round perfect place. It a little of the main roads so no traffic noise and a fantastic view of the sea from your bed.

The Typhoon moved in and we had to leave early to try and catch our ferry. I would have liked to stay longer.

Ich habe auf den Internet Seite gefunden und mir sehr gut gefallen, sea views und grossen Zimmern. Sehr gemütlich 😊

Die Lage war hervorragend, alle Annehmlichkeiten (leider kam ich nicht so mit dem Fernseher zurecht), aber total ideal für erholungsbedürftige Menschen. Das Gebäude ist sogar Erdbebensicher (selbst erprobt am 30.09.2025 mit einer Stärke von 6,9)

Leider besitzt das Haus keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt, sodass man sich auf die umliegenden Hotels mit eigenem Strand gegen Bezahlung abstützen muss. Der Pool stand erst am dritten Tag zur Verfügung.

I booked the room mainly for the view, and it did not disappoint—the sight in the morning was truly beautiful! Thomas was also wonderful; he personally brought us to the room and showed us around the facilities.

The introduction by Thomas was awesome. He was waiting for us to show the room and all the facilities. Which are great btw. Great value for money in my humble opinion. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and has a fantastic view of the seaside. We enjoyed our stay especially my boys. The beach is just a walking distance and so as the mactan newtown. Its close-by the airport too. Thomas was very accommodating and responsive. The complimentary pick up from the airport was a big help too. We would definitely recommend la mirada.

The room was clean and the view was amazing. Thomas was very responsive and kind, so both my kids and I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Mactan Island. Thank you so much for everything.

Thomas was an ace host … will go a mile for his clients … one thing that has impress us was the quality of the beddings it smells nice unlike the hotels and places I’ve stayed before it has a smell of a foul body odour and unable to use pillows ( I am very particular when it comes to beddings I would like to sleep comfortably I’m on holiday after all ) the towels are good quality too I would highly recommend Thomas place to everybody who wants to visit cebu/mactan area thank you Thomas xxx

All was very good

The room was clean, spacious, and has a very nice sea and pool view. Almost all of the stuff there was working and new. The bathroom is fully functioning, too. Sir Thomas was accommodating and replies immediately to inquiries.

The view was amazing

A little bit far from stores, but if you buy all for preparing you have all for do the best cooking.

Thomas was an excellent host and apartment had everything you would wish for included. The view was stunning watching ferries shuttling back and forth to Panglo Island and paragliders.

Unfortunately La Mirada fell well below expectations from lack of any security patrols to pool in darkness from 6pm and dogs roaming around. Also there is a problem with cockroaches outside the unit in the halls. La Mirada looks tired and needing some attention but others in same area look the same.

The place was great and I like the fact that the Residence was in a gated community and there’s a checkpoint going into the building so can feel safe and secure

It takes a bit of time to get to other places but since it’s situated in a gated community it’s better if you have a car or any form of transportation available, other than that the place is great.

This residence was exceptional in every way. It was clean and beautiful with many thoughtful extras to make things even more pleasant. But what I was really impressed with was the host. We arrived about 2 hours ahead of check in time, expecting to just leave our bags behind the desk and pass some time by the pool, but he accommodated us anyway. We really appreciated that. Ideal for a romantic getaway which it was for us. Especially loved the pool.

The surrounding area, while beautiful doesn't have much to do or choices to eat. The host was thoughtful enough to include some useful information of activities and points of interest and restaurant option. I recommend looking through those. Also, transportation options are limited. I would recommend using Grab to get around and for food delivery.
