Todo, las zapatillas de piscina que supuestamente son nuevas nos la dieron con manchas de sangre, la ducha se atascaba y se encharcaba el baño, no salía agua fría de la ducha solo súper súper caliente, el check out era a las 12:00 Am y supuestamente teníamos el check out tardío incluido pero a las 12:01 estaban literalmente tocándonos la puerta, es un hotel 5 estrellas pero parece que estás en un hostal de 2 estrellas

O pequeno almoço era bastante bom com uma grande variedade Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis

I like that the staffs tried their best to appease me

I booked a Premier unit specifically advertised with a view, but upon arrival, I did not get the view that was advertised. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that the unit with the view was occupied and that there was actually no view from my assigned unit. This is quite disappointing, as it raises the question of why the unit was advertised as having a view in the first place. I was also disappointed that although I stayed for only 3 nights, I was charged for 4 nights. I was told that because I checked out early, I would still be charged for 4 nights, but this explanation does not make sense to me, particularly since I did not occupy the room for the additional night. I would appreciate a clear explanation of this charge and a refund for the unused night.

This is a classic example of never judging a book by its cover hotel looks amazing but it's far from that location is excellent is about the only thing that i can really give this hotel and out with a parents is good

The hotel rooms dark the walls to the hotel rooms are very thin the room i was in 604 had a drainage problem in the bathtub wasn't very clean the flaming floor and was peeling and it just wasn't very appealing the air condition seem to bring smoke from other rooms eye drug smoke into my room it just wasn't a very pleasant experience the breakfast coffee cups won claim they would dirty and it would be better to cook food from scratch while the way that he have it

Ten hotel nie jest hotelem 5* mimo takiej informacji na booking.com. Na plus, mimo wszystko: - lokalizacja (blisko wielu atrakcji i ruchliwej ulicy, a mimo tego w hotelu jest cicho), - miła obsługa (choć bardzo słabo mówiąca po angielsku), - widok z tarasu z basenem (sam basen wymaga remontu).

To co nie powinno się zdarzyć w hotelu 5*: - siłownia jest porażką, to pokój do którego jest osobne wejście z ulicy (trzeba wyjść z hotelu, aby dostac sie do siłowni), sprzęt jest popsuty i jest go mało (siłownia raczej dla 1 osoby), brak płynów do dezynfekcji sprzętu, najgorsza siłownia jaką można sobie wyobrazić, - klimatyzacja w pokoju nie była wystarczająco sprawna, - wi-fi bardzo słabe i działające jedynie w wybranych miejscach w hotelu, - śniadania średniej jakości, monotonne, bez smaku, - pokoje są słabo urządzone, raczej w standardzie hotelu 2*/3*, - wprowadzanie gości w błąd poprzez reklamowanie hotelu jak 5* ("pułapka turystyczna).

The lobby is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

As a slightly older couple we found it quite difficult climbing in and out of the bath to have a shower.

Eigentlich alles .top Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden geschmack etwas dabei. Da ich in Thailand lebe war es für mich sehr,sehr gut .

Eigentlich nur das licht im Zimmer das für meinen geschmack etwas dunkel war und man es nicht heller regeln konnte oder vieleicht doch und ich habe es nicht gesehen.

Beds rock hard, hard to get in and out the shower which was in the bath .. was not clean, was not the advertised 5 star, was not like the photos , ripped bedding , , rippled floor coverings , in the ten night we were at this hotel our bathroom was not cleaned/ refreshed , nor our floor mopped or swept ..

The twin room was large, clean & comfortable. It was in a central location close to everything you need, though it was in a quiet lane away from the street noise. Staff were suburb and very accommodating.

You could not avoid having the shower water go all over the floor & you could not go out onto the advertised balcony.

Wszystko nam się podobało. Pokoje były wystarczające, wszystko jak trzeba i co potrzeba. Śniadanie bardzo na plus, duży wybór, jajka na ciepło robione na zamówienie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Wszyscy pracownicy byli naprawdę wspaniali. Bardzo duży plus za basen na dachu - świetna sprawa, że czynny do 21, po całodziennym zwiedzaniu można się zrelaksować przy świetnych widokach, oświetlonych wieżowców Co do lokalizacji, to w okolicy, kilka fajnych knajpek z naprawdę dobrym jedzeniem, małe targi i 7eleven chyba ze 4 obok siebie. Polecamy. :)

Personale gentile, atmosfera molto professionale.

C'erano scarafaggi nella stanza, ne abbiamo trovati 3 la prima sera, quando il giorno dopo ne abbiamo trovato un quarto siamo andati in reception e ci hanno cambiato stanza.

El personal de 10 hasta me hice un esguince en un parque de Bangkok y me prestaron una silla de ruedas de cortesía para poder ir al médico. Muy amables, el desayuno increíble, estaba muy limpio, la cama era comodísima.

La piscina era muy bonita y con unas vistas impresionantes pero demasiado cloro.

Property was clean and great facilities. I had changed to this hotel as my other one was noisy, other than the odd door slammer the rooms are very well soundproof it was a nice stay. Pool area was tidy and enjoyable to use. Great variety on breakfast and really liked the egg station.

Mine would have to be the bed, more preference for me the bed is very firm. My preference would have been to ask for a mattress topper but was not at all terrible.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le D’Tel Bangkok. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious enough and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Bangkok, and the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. Overall, a good hotel offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom most of the time. The room also showed some signs of wear and tear and would benefit from refurbishment. Overall, it was a decent stay, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the experience.

Pobyt w Le D'Tel Bangkok był po prostu niesamowity! Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się mnóstwo świetnych restauracji, sklepów oraz lokalnych atrakcji. Ogromnym plusem jest pobliski park, w którym można podziwiać naprawdę niezwykłe zwierzęta. Wisienką na torcie jest basen na najwyższym piętrze, z którego rozpościerają się absolutnie rewelacyjne widoki na panoramę miasta. Sam obiekt jest bardzo czysty, zadbany i urządzony z klasą. Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne (dla każdego coś dobrego)! Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również personel. Są to przesympatyczni, serdeczni i pomocni ludzie, którzy dbają o każdy szczegół, by goście czuli się komfortowo. Jedyny minus to fakt, że nasz pobyt był tak krótki, ale każda chwila spędzona w tym miejscu była tego warta. Zdecydowanie polecamy Le D'Tel Bangkok każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w stolicy Tajlandii. Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniałą gościnność!

El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy limpias, las camas son muy cómodas también, el desayuno es variado y vale la pena.

Posizione strategica in una strada con molto negozi e opzioni per cenare. Colazione molto buona e varia, prevale il cibo locale ma anche un po' di dolce. Uova cotte al momento su ordinazione. Le stanze pulita e i letti comodi. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina (piccola) all'ultimo piano ma da lì la vista era piacevole.

La vista dalle finestre tristissima, intorno solo edifici fatiscenti e sporchi. Forse meno peggio ai piani alti. In generale la struttura è datata seppure rimodernata.

La situation géographique au calme dans une presque impasse. La réactivité du personnel lorsque je leur ai fait part de mes remarques concernant le mobilier et le ménage.

La propreté, le mobilier. Deux tables de chevet sur les photos alors que dans la chambre il n'y en avait qu'une, donc un des occupants pose ses affaires sur le sol la nuit.... La salle de bain était sale, traces de dentifrice sur le mur derrière le lavabo. Le plan de travail sur lequel le lavabo était posé était sale, les accessoires jamais déplacés, le chiffon était passé autour.... Des traces de saleté sur la porte qui était blanche un jour....

Alles sehr stimmig, der Pool hat einen tollen Skyline Ausblick und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Das Frühstück hätte ein paar frische Säfte haben können. Möbel auf dem Balkon wären angemessen.

La ubicación no es mala, aunque tienes que usar Grab para todo, está en un sitio tranquilo, con 7eleven al lado. El desayuno es variado y está bueno.

En la habitación hay bastante poca luz. La piscina es pequeña.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y muy cómodo, las instalaciones estaban muy bien.

Le petit-déjeuner était bon, même si le choix de produits sucrés était assez restreint.

La chambre était sale, tout comme la piscine. Les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité, aussi bien pour les chambres que pour la piscine. L’hôtel est également assez éloigné du métro, environ 20 minutes à pied, et les rues aux alentours ne sont pas très rassurantes.

Air-con took a while to get to comfortable level. Omelette station at breakfast had no system for knowing when yours was ready to collect which could be a 10 to 15 mins.

Esperienza inaccettabile per un 5 stelle Esperienza profondamente deludente e assolutamente non all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. Fin dall’arrivo ho riscontrato una scarsa attenzione al cliente e poca gentilezza da parte del personale. Ma ciò che mi ha maggiormente colpito è stata la scarsa pulizia della struttura. Durante la colazione ho visto delle blatte nella sala, una situazione che considero semplicemente inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura alberghiera, figuriamoci per un hotel che si presenta come un 5 stelle. Anche la piscina era sporca e, oltre a questo, estremamente piccola, ben lontana da ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria. Come se non bastasse, mi è stato chiesto di pagare un bicchiere che il personale sosteneva non essere presente in camera. Il bicchiere era stato semplicemente utilizzato da me per lavarmi i denti. Trovo davvero assurdo arrivare a contestare al cliente un episodio del genere, soprattutto dopo aver pagato per soggiornare in una struttura che dovrebbe garantire ben altri standard. Un 5 stelle dovrebbe distinguersi per pulizia impeccabile, professionalità, cortesia e attenzione ai dettagli. In questo caso, purtroppo, ho riscontrato esattamente il contrario. Blatte nella sala colazione, piscina sporca e molto piccola, personale poco cordiale e una contestazione assurda per un semplice bicchiere: un insieme di situazioni che ha reso il soggiorno decisamente negativo. Per quanto mi riguarda, un’esperienza del tutto al di sotto degli standard che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle e una struttura che non mi sento assolutamente di consigliare.

Hôtel récent, moderne et très confortable, avec la piscine sur le toit qui dispose d'une vue magnifique, de nuit surtout. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables. Beaucoup de restaurants et salons de massage à proximité.

Sur un côté, la vue de la piscine donne sur des vieux logements insalubres en contrebas. Cela gâche un peu la beauté du paysage. Mais c'est un détail car dans l'ensemble la vue est top. pour le côté pratique cet établissement est un peu éloigné des transports en commun, il faut marcher plusieurs longues minutes pour rejoindre la station MRT ou BTS la plus proche. Nous avons donc privilégié les Tuk Tuk et l'appli BOLT.

Quasi tutto: posizione scomodissima, colazione di bassa qualità in locale iper climatizzato, camere solo con la vasca totalmente inaccessibili per chiunque abbia anche un solo piccolo problema di deambulazione (con tendina anni 60), vista dalle camere terribile e personale alla reception inadeguato a gestire clienti internazionali.

First out, the sense of safety I felt as a solo woman traveler. Super good. The room facilities were excellent. The cleaning staff who came to do my room were super professional and kind.

The ladies at the reception came off as kind of cold and unresponsive. For a four-star hotel and what I paid for, they can be a bit nice. I did not feel comfortable asking them questions about my stay or asking for assistance.

Spacious and clean room with a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool is great with a wonderful city view, and the location is good for getting around Bangkok easily.

I prefer showers over bathtubs. The bathtub drain had an issue with water draining very slowly; I reported it to the staff and it improved slightly, but it still drained with difficulty. Also, the air conditioning unit is positioned right above the bed, which is uncomfortable at night because the airflow blows directly on you. It would be much better installed near the room entrance.
