Ostend Center Luxury Top Floor Apartment with Free Parking

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją. Idealne jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicznych miejscowości. Plaża i restauracje są w okolicy spaceru. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

Schöne helle Wohnung in guter Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf die Dächer Ostendes. Start wird mit Kaffeepads und Teebeuteln erleichtert. Checkinn unkompliziert per Schlüsseltresor.

Kleine Details fehlten: keine Schüsseln / Salatschüssel vorhanden, Bad und WC nicht abxchließbar. W

Très bien situé, central, proche de la plage, du centre ville, du casino, du Mercator et de la gare, tout à +/- 10 minutes de marche maximum. Appartement cosy et propre. Propriétaires très réactifs en cas de questions. Je recommande vivement

Kortom alles! Heel mooi ruim en proper appartement . Alles wat je kan indenken was er aanwezig.

Als we dan toch iets moeten melden, is het enkel de wat kleinere lift.

Echt een top locatie! Waar vind je nou een plek midden in het centrum, bij de haven, naast een prachtig park en aan zee… Vanaf de 6e verdieping kijk je over de daken van Oostende. Binnen is het comfortabel ingericht en van vele gemakken voorzien. Precies zoals omschreven en op de foto’s te zien is. Netjes, schoon en ruim. En zelfs nog wat Paasversiering. Wij waren aangenaam verrast en hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Zeer vlotte communicatie mbt check-in en noodzakelijke info. Zeer ruim, rustig en modern appt, centraal gelegen in Oostende. Gratis Parking vlakbij is extra bonus.

Niets..behalve idd vrij harde matras, evt extra topper voorzien, lijkt mij eenvoudige oplossing..

De locatie was top, super dicht bij de winkelstraat en maar 10 minuutjes wandelen naar het strand. De parkingplek was zeker een groot voordeel!

De lift werkt niet/ heel slecht. Het is op het 6de verdiep dus wij moesten al ons gerief de trappen opdragen.

Bed in grote slaapkamer kon grooter,ligt aan de gewoonte van de mensen zelf.

De verlichting is nogal fel, maar dat is persoonlijk uiteraard :-)

Accueil de mon chien. Situation géographique par rapport au centre-ville et parc juste à côté. Et pas loin de la plage pour chiens. Appart spacieux, très lumineux, vue sur la ville. Avec ascenseur. Plus de couchages que ceux vus sur Booking.com : les lits jumeaux sont doubles !! et le divan aurait pu accueillir 2 dormeurs (adultes ou grands enfants). Le frigo était déjà froid quand nous sommes arrivés! Parking gratuit. Gentillesse des hôtes : non présents sur place mais tout à fait joignables au téléphone et prompts à nous répondre.

J'aurais aimé 1 ou 2 plats en plus dans la cuisine : un tupperware et 1 cul de poule (ex : mélanger la salade)

Extra setje sleutels zou niet overbodig zijn nu ben je steeds afhankelijk van elkaar en moet je steeds met elkaar afspreken anders komt de ander niet in het appartement En nergens een slot op niet op de wc niet op de badkamer als je met meerdere mensen er bent is dit niet echt handig

Zeer goede ligging. Je bent zo in de winkelstraat en op de dijk.

Minpuntje is misschien het stapelbed. Als je met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in het stapelbed ligt wiebelt en kraakt het bed wel serieus

Die Ferienwohnung war renoviert und überzeugte uns mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Obwohl wir zu viert reisten, bot die Wohnung ausreichend Platz. Sowohl am großzügigen Esstisch als auch auf der gemütlichen Couch vor dem Fernseher gab es genügend Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für alle. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber typisch für eine Ferienwohnung eher zu wenig vorhanden, um z.B. vernünftig kochen zu können, was wir dann auch nie gemacht haben. Die absolut zentrale Lage war ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir alle wichtigen Orte wie Strand, Stadtzentrum und Hafen bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der eigene Pkw-Stellplatz, der sich durch die zentrale Lage als äußerst praktisch erwies, da öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung ausschließlich kostenpflichtig sind. Zuletzt möchten wir positiv die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hervorheben.

Ein Problem wärend unseres Aufenthalts war die hohe Innentemperatur der Wohnung. Obwohl die Außentemperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts moderat bei etwa 22 Grad Celsius lagen, zeigte das Thermometer in der Wohnung konstant fast 28 Grad an. Wir vermuten, dass dies an der Lage direkt unter dem Dach liegt, was die Wärmeabfuhr erschwerte. Das Gebäude selbst scheint aus den 1950er Jahren zu stammen, was sich leider in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen widerspiegelt. Optisch und bezüglich der Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Eingangs- und Treppenhausbereich, sollte man hier keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Während die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung größtenteils zufriedenstellend war, gab es dennoch einige Bereiche, die verbesserungswürdig gewesen wären. Der Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich in einem größeren Parkhaus auf der dritten Etage auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Parkhaus scheint ebenfalls älteren Datums zu sein und ist, insbesondere die Auffahrten, für heutige Fahrzeuggrößen sehr eng bemessen. Die Regelung zur Müllentsorgung empfanden wir als etwas umständlich und unzureichend. Es wurde lediglich eine kleine Mülltüte bereitgestellt, die am Ende des Aufenthalts gegen ein hinterlegtes 50-Cent-Stück 350 Meter entfernt zu einer öffentlichen Entsorgungsstelle gebracht werden sollte. Für vier Personen und einen Hund war dies bei Weitem nicht ausreichend, sodass wir zusätzliche Mülltüten kaufen und eine volle Tüte auf eigene Kosten entsorgen mussten.

Tiny lift and scary stairs

Were able to check in and out without contact with the owner. Communicated with the owner over text message when needed. Owner kindly let us stay in the car park for a couple of additional hours. Apartment was immaculate, and in a fantastic location

Central location, standard of apartment & parking. Very comfortable bed and bed linen and towels provided.

No washing machine. I accept that will be unnecessary for those on very short stays, but we were there for a week and would have liked washing machine. This is minor issue though and wouldn't stop us booking this place again.

Easy to access from the E40/A10 . Close to town centre and park at the top of the street. Free parking for vehicles less than 1.8 m high and public car park close if you have a van . The most comfortable bed we had since leaving home. Worth every euro. Would recommend and will rebook next time in Ostend.

Very nice, well utilized and modern apartment with nice view, spacious. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice beds. Soundproof (not even any noise from the nearby "kermis" that took place during our stay). Walking distance from the railway station. Perfect and clear communication with hosts prior to and during our stay. Clear instructions on obtaining the key, which indeed went without any problem.

The apartment is at the top floor (97 steps and somewhat narrow stairs). There is an elevator but it was (partly) out of order during our stay and is also rather small. Nevertheless, walking the stairs was useful in losing some of the extra weight gained from the good food in Oostende.

Clear communication with the manager/owner via Booking.com. All information required to check in/out was available. The apartment was perfect for the family for one night. Close to the centre. Wi-fi was good. All clean and tidy. Nice to have the car parking included (the space might be tricky if you have a large car).

The building is not exactly modern as the apartment. The elevator is quite small and old fashion. The manager requested us to remove the trash when checking out and deposit it in a bin that is two/three blocks away. I think the cleaning personnel should be in charge of that.

Great location, fully equipped, spotless, with lots of space. Highly recommended.
