De locatie is uitstekend: op 7 minuten van het stadcentrum, op 10 minuten van het strand, met het trein/tram/busstation en Delhaize op loopafstand. Beveiligd and rustig terrein. Groot terras. Geen problem met de afval. Het personeel reageert snel and duidelijk. Het beddengoed was schoon. Al met al was de indruk van het verblijf goed. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad en ik raad het appartament aan. Geen ernstige problemen.

Als ik dan toch ergens over moet vallen... Het servies was niet goed schoon, dus ik moest het opnieuw afwassen. De eettafel neemt te veel ruimte in beslag in de woonkamer: als er iemand aan zit, kun je niet bij de keuken komen. De douche had geen plankje voor shampoo of zeep en er waren slechts twee haken voor handdoeken. De kasten in de slaapkamer hadden geen legplanken, alleen kledinghangers. Al met al was de indruk van het verblijf goed. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad en ik raad het appartament aan. Geen ernstige problemen.

Malheureusement la propreté n'était pas correct, on a retrouver du sang dans les draps qui n'ont probablement pas été changer. Après une réclamation, on m'a dit qu'on allait venir nettoyer, et personne n'est venu changer.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, großzügig gestaltet, bequeme Betten, in der Küche alles was man braucht. Großer Balkon zum Innenhof.

Zeer luxueus appartement met een toplocatie. Dichtbij het station en vlakbij een ondergrondse parking en op wandelafstand van de zee. Gezellig en rustig, zeker aan te raden!

Wat aan de prijzige kant, maar het is dan wel een nieuwbouw.

No towels for the price of 360 for one night is absurd. It was also not clean, the shower was filmed with hair.

Het luchtcirculatiesysteem is ontoereikend bij hittegolf. Een extra koeling / airco aanvullend is een handigheid.

Clean and excellent location

I understand that it is mentioned that there are no towels and no soap, but for the amount of money paid, this should have been a given- it’s also a small effort that could go a long way . Also, we were provided with a TV remote that had no batteries which was also a bit uncomfortable.

Firstly we couldn’t find the apartment block. We had to call twice. After receiving directions we found the first door. We waited for over 15 mins for someone to buzz us in and gain access. Then we were given the wrong floor. Level 3 instead of level 2. This definitely could be better. We didn’t know that the apartment comes with no towels. We had to request towels which were brought very promptly. But the next day my credit card was charged $45. This was disappointing. So we had to call them and explain to them that we didn’t know. Thankfully we got the money back. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern, locatie, netheid en steeds bereikbaarheid van receptiedienst is een + waarbij de medewerkers zeer behulpzaam zijn. Communicatie via je portaal is handig en er wordt ook meteen een replay op verstuurd indien je vragen hebt.

Geen negatieve punten tijdens ons verblijf

Het appartement was ruim en licht. De keuken was praktisch en goed uitgerust. Zalige bedden.

De parking was duur.

Location was fantastic, being so close to the train station.

No towels (they tell you this, but it’s absolutely ridiculous for the money you pay to not provide towels) What they don’t tell you is they also don’t provide hand soap or shower gel . So late at night after I arrived I had to find a shop that was open to buy some. Just really poor. The instructions to find the place were not overly easy either and the intercom you need to ring didn’t work, so after 5mins of waiting I had to ring someone.

De ruimte en de netheid

Het babybedje tegen betaling was ergens anders voorzien. Nadat we hierover communiceerden, brachten ze wel het bedje en heeft ons kindje toch nog goed kunnen slapen. Dus eigenlijk was zelfs het minpunt goed opgelost.

Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr gut und sollte weiterempfohlen werden. Sie ist sauber, schön und funktionell eingerichtet, gut gelegen,...eigentlich perfekt. Warum dann nur 1 Stern? 1. nachdem ich die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig für den Folgetag online über ein Buchungsportal fest und ohne Stornomöglichkeit gebucht habe, sollte ich noch online einchecken. Dabei wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden sind und diese separat gebucht werden müssen. Da wir uns auf der Durchreise befanden, konnten wir keine von Zuhause mitbringen und für 2 Nächte sind 60 Euro definitiv zu viel - vor allem, wenn man nicht mehr stornieren kann. 2. Schon bei Buchung habe ich einen Parkplatz angefordert, auch in den ersten Kommunikationen habe ich mehrmals angefragt. Irgendwann kam dann eine eMail, dass ich - wie im Buchungsportal richtigerweise angegeben - einen Parkplatz für 30 Euro/Tag mieten kann. Leider konnte ich auf diese eMail erst 3 Stunden später antworten und dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keine Parkplätze mehr gibt und ich auch ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe ausweichen soll - welches aber ebenfalls voll war. Auf diese eMail wurde mir nicht mehr geantwortet - da es im Eurotunnel eine längere Verspätung gabt, konnte ich mich bei Ankunft in der Nacht alleine um das Problem kümmern. Die Wohnung hatten wir gebucht, da wir in Brügge kein Hotel mit Parkplatz bekommen haben! Schade, der Aufenthalt hat nicht wirklich zur Entspannung beigetragen

Ideale ligging vlak aan station. Rustige omgeving. Zeer mooi appartement.

Het appartement had slechts één hoofdingang sleutel, wij waren met 4 dus was wel wat plannen als we apart weg waren om binnen te geraken. Het appartement zelf heeft wel toegang code aan de deur, maar om in het hoofdgebouw binnen te geraken is er maar één sleutel.

Gute Anbindung, Zugverkehr, Busse und Tram .Parken 30 Euro pro Tag ,Supermarkt Bäckerei alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Abgeschlossene gute Anlage.Strand ca 1km entfernt.

Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist richtig gut gelegen, da Bahnhof und damit die Küstertram gleich in der Nähe sind ca. 3 Minuten. Die Marina ist auch sehr schön. Von der Ausstattung ist alles sehr gut eingerichtet. Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren im Sommer da, und empfangen die Wohnung zu warm. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit eine Klimaanlage individuell einzustellen. Es sind keine Handtücher vorhanden. Bei dem Preis sollten die Handtücher selbstverständlich dabei sein. Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf die Dunstabzugshaube. Hier sollte das Reinigungspersonal gründlicher Arbeiten. In der Hauptsasion ist es schwierig in Ostende Parkplätze zu bekommen. Hier sollte man sich gut vorbereiten. Man kann für 30 Euro je Tag einen Parkplatz dazubuchen. Eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Daneben gibt es eine Tiefgarage von Indigo betrieben, diese haben wir genutzt da unserer Fahrzeug zu groß für die Garagen der Apartments war. Das Indigo Parkhaus würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Kennzeichenidendiffizierung funktionierte nicht und die Kommunikation klappte nicht gut.

Perfecte locatie vlakbij het station. Prachtig appartement in een nieuw bouwblok. Zeer proper en mooi ingericht. Rustig gelegen. Fijn dat er enkele basisproducten in de keuken aanwezig waren (koffiecapsules, suiker, peper, zout). Handig pakketje met keukenhanddoek, vaatdoek, afwasproduct en sponsje om de afwas te doen.

Geen badhanddoeken inbegrepen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem modernen Gebäudekomplex direkt neben dem Bahnhof – dieser ist jedoch kaum wahrnehmbar. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, modern und sehr sauber, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Oostende benötigt. Ein großer Supermarkt liegt nur 2–3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Haus oder in der Tiefgarage vor dem Gebäude (ca. 30 € pro Tag) – inklusive zahlreicher Ladestationen für Elektroautos. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in etwa 5–10 Minuten und die Fußgängerzone bereits in ca. 5 Minuten. Kleine Hinweise: Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und Badezimmer ohne Fenster. Insgesamt ein sehr komfortables Apartment mit idealer Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Oostende.

Really nice cozy apartment. Very stylish, very comfy. The location is great, everything is within a few minutes walk. They were prompt in every request we had. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location. Clean apartment decorated in a modern minimalistic manner. I've no complaints. However, I've stayed in Ostend before and have got equally an good apartment in a central position, with the parking and towels included, at a much cheaper price. That one and others were already booked when I booked this one, showing it is wise to book as early as possible. It is a good apartment but you pay for it.

It was a short break for a family of four. At 1945 on the second night the lady down stairs came up, dressed in night clothes and a dressing gown, to complain we were making noise scraping chairs on the floor which was keeping her awake. (We were just having a meal after watching a little TV). She also said we had kept here awake the night before (we had returned to the apartment at 2130 and bathed the kids, while catching up on Strictly Come Dancing on BBC iplayer, before bed at 2230). I don't think we are are a particularly noisy family and the tablet we were watching bbc on cannot play loudly. The lady spoke as if having noise from upstairs had happened a number of times before with guests staying at the flat.

I was totally satisfied, it was a wonderful stay.

The location is fantastic, near to everything but still quiet. Very close to the Station, but not too noisy. The appartments are really new.

There were some construction works, but apparently we got a discount on the price. That was not clear to me before we stayed there. So they should have mentioned it more clear.

The apartment is brand new and is well decorated and clean.

The check in was horrible. Like playing an escape game. Had to call the reception so many time but they couldn't open the door at distance and all the password and keys were in the apartment. The parking entrance was not at number 3 on the street but at the same side as number 2.

Great facility, great staff. The only downside is terrible interaction with neighbors and construction staff that was working at the facility. Borderline racist behavior. When i couldn’t find property and was lost among the buildings, I was repeatedly approached by local tenants and construction staff to leave. They wouldnt even help or guide me in the right direction.
