الفندق يحتاج تجديد من داخل ونتمنى ذلك والالوان تكون فاتحه لان الموقع ممتاز

Big spacious room and friendly staff

I stated there for 2 nights and would have thought they’d have cleaned the room on the 2nd night but they didn’t

The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable and peaceful. The location is close to many good spots. Staff was respectful and helpful. The gym is fully equipped. .

كل شي بالفندق جميل شكر خاص للاخت انهار تعامل راقي متعاونه وخدومه بالمره

التكيف مشكله لازم له حل لانه حراره مش طبيعيه و لين يبرد يبيله وقت و لا هو ذاك التبريد الي يعجب البني ادام

كل شي كان جميل جداً نظافه وغرفه كبيره مزدوجه شرحه الفيو كان وسيع وشرح وتعامل ممتاز من خدمات وتنظيف ولكن واجهتنا مشكلة مواقف السيارات جميعها مدفوعه و مواقف الفندق تتسع للمايقارب 6 مواقف فقط ولكن تعتبر خيار جيد ومناسب لمن يريد وسط الرياض

Extremely helpful staff and reception, they are willing to go the extra mile for you.

Parking, although the staff always helps to get you one but sometimes it’s hectic since it’s in a busy neighborhood. At night there are plenty, the issue is only at daytime.

They extended my stay for same price (despite was bit expensive than original stay) and same room which was super convenient for me. The staff are extremely friendly. The laundry service and minibar prices are reasonable.

Very good hotel all stuff help with small

I had a very pleasant summer stay at Le Diyar Hotel. The price was excellent, especially for the quality and comfort offered. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the location was generally good, around 1 km from Faisaliah Mall and the metro station. The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. I especially liked the large window, which allowed plenty of natural light into the room. Breakfast was also decent, and I particularly appreciated that the omelettes were made fresh as per request and exactly to my taste.

Nothing to dislike but just to mention that the metro station was about a 1 km walk away. While that is manageable, walking during the summer heat can be tough, so it was only comfortable early in the morning or later in the evening.

المواقف من الساعه 8 ونص الصباح إلى الساعه 7 المساء أنسى تلقى موقف إلا بعد معاناه

It’s rely value for money

It’s clean and good staff but the morning breakfast need to be improved

كان من الممكن أن تكون هناك مرونة وصلاحيات أفضل لطاقم الاستقبال في التعامل مع بعض الطلبات الضرورية للنزلاء ، خصوصا في مواعيد الدخول والخروج . أشكر الأخت الفاضلة موظفة الاستقبال "ريناد " لمبادرتها في المساعدة .

عدم وجود مكينة قهوه في كوفي اللوبي حيث اخبرنا العامل بوجود نص كافيه فقط معلب تنظيف الغرف حيث وضعنا كرت تنظيف الغرف ولم يتم التنظيف بلغنا الاستقبال وارسل عامل التنظيف وللأسف لم يكن معه فوط ووعدنا بها ثاني يوم واخلف وعده كذالك عند الخروج طالبنا بالفوط غير ان موظف الاستقبال صدقنا وكذب العامل وله كل الشكر والتقدير بعد ما شرحت له ما حصل ازعاج بعض النزلاء

الفندق عامة ممتاز من جميع النواحي. الافطار رائع الغرف نظيفه الاستقبال اكثر من 5 نجوم ترحيب تعاون خدمة واخص موظف الاستقبال عبدالعزيز الدوسري نشط ومتعاون الى ابعد درجة. وهذا اللي يخلي الضيف يكرر الزيارة

تم طلب خدمه الفطور في الغرفه نفس ما هو موضح في الخدمات و لكن تم الرفض

The room was very spacious

The sink wasn’t operating properly holding the water at basin but definitely a quick fix and nothing that hindered the stay.

موقع جيد، طاقم استقبال رائع ،مطعم ممتاز خاصة وجبة الافطار. بصراحة من اجود الفنادق.

Friendly staff, spacious, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was good.

There is no dedicated parking, at least we haven’t been offered one to use. The public parking slots in the surrounding areas to be used. They are full usually in the daytime. Although, we did not experience an issue with that as the same slot was free in the evening we arrived and the next morning when we left and returned to the hotel.

جميع الموظفين في هذا الفندق محترمين ومميزين ، من موظف الأمن إلى المسؤول عن الحقائب إلى موظفي الاستقبال وحتى أكبر مسؤول في الإدارة. ليست الزيارة الاولى لهذا الفندق الرائع ولن تكون آخر زيارة إن شاء الله. شكرًا جزيلا لكم

بوفيه الفطور ما فيه شوربه ولا تنوع في الطعام الكيك قديم وناشف ويابس أنا كل اسبوع احجز في الفندق ولاحظت ان الاسعار ترتفع كل اسبوع عن الاسبوع السابق وتركت الفندق وذهبت إلى فندق آخر لأحجز فيه

Great breakfast, great steam room.

Strange vibe from the front desk workers. I only booked this room because of the bathtub, and when I got to the room there was no tub. So I called, he said it wasn’t in that type of room, but looking at my booking it is the second item in the listed facilities. Then he said he would upgrade me. The upgraded room reeked of smoke, even though I asked for a nonsmoking room. Made my jacket smell from only 12 hours in the room. The tub water came out brown, and took an hour to fill and the jets spray the walls if you don’t block them, so if you are single, be aware. In the morning I asked to use the pool/hot tub. And when I got to the pool I called to ask about a sign to make sure no men entered. They said yes. While I was in the steam room I heard talking from the pool area and it was two teenage boys, so I uncomfortably asked them to leave from hiding around the corner. If I was a Saudi woman I don’t think this would be acceptable and it made me incredibly uncomfortable. The front desk worker clearly did not make sure to close the pool, and didn’t care when I said there were teenage boys there. Hot tub was cold. Pillows too thick, all of them have your head at 90 degrees.
