Busan Station BOOKING THE BAY

Close to Busan Central Station and subway. Clean and specious place. Staff was helpful. Easy check out early in the morning.

Complicated entry to the apartment but after the first try was ok.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Przypłynęliśmy promem z Fukuoka. Do obiektu dotarliśmy pieszo w ciągu 10 min z terminalu promowego. Wyjeżdżaliśmy pociągiem KTX do Seul. Na Busan Station również dotarliśmy pieszo bez większego wysiłku z dużym bagażem. Dostaliśmy apartament na 35 piętrze szkoda, że bez widoku na morze. Czystość i wyposażenie bez zarzutu. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie jest przystanek autobusowy skąd można dojechać praktycznie wszędzie po mieście. Polecam zainstalować aplikację KAKAO (lub inną), która pozwoliła nam na bezproblemowe korzystanie z komunikacji zbiorowej w całej Korei. Sklep spożywczy zlokalizowany na parterze budynku umożliwił nam zakup jedzenia - hotel nie oferuje śniadań. Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia kuchenne.

Niestety oznaczenia dojścia do recepcji - jest położona w sąsiednim budynku - należałoby poprawić. Gdybym nie przeczytał wcześniej opinii o obiekcie miałbym problem ze znalezieniem właściwej drogi. Mieliśmy też kłopot z uruchomieniem klimatyzacji - na ścianie wisi duży sterownik z napisami tylko po koreańsku. Niestety jest to tylko atrapa. Przypadkowo znaleźliśmy w sypialni pilota, który wydawał się być przeznaczony do sterowania klimatyzatorami. Tak też było.

La stanza era al 24esimo piano, era completa di ogni comfort, grande, luminosa e spaziosa. C'era un divano molto comodo, una cucina funzionante, un frigo gigante. Nella zona notte c'era un letto grande e comodo e una cabina armadio. Il bagno era comodo, la doccia perfettamente funzionante così come il bidet. Ci è piaciuto tutto della stanza. Un plus va anche alla posizione, collegata direttamente alla stazione centrale. Fantastica la vista sull'ocano, con visuale sul ponte. Nel complesso perfetta la posizione, la struttura in sé che per il prezzo offre davvero una stanza di lusso e la possibilità di avere più collegamenti a portata di mano. Un ringraziamento speciale ai due CU sotto l'hotel che hanno salvato le nostre colazioni e la scorta di acqua 💞

Trovare l'ingresso dell'hotel non è stato proprio semplicissimo, una volta trovata la Hall (anche quella un po' complicata da identificare), siamo dovute uscire e cambiare palazzo. Non c'erano insegne che segnavano che quello fosse effettivamente il posto giusto e ci siamo dovute far guidare un po' dall'istinto. Nella cabina armadio c'era un asciugatrice ma c'era scritto che non poteva essere utilizzata, non abbiamo capito il perché visto che la stanza era dotata anche di lavatrice. Fantastica la vista sull'ocano, peccato il cantiere accanto ma quella non è colpa della struttura quindi va bene così.

少し早く着いてしまい、カウンターへ行くと早くチェックインさせてもらえました。 立地、環境、景観全て最高でした。 設備も揃っていて、ほとんど不自由なことなく過ごすことができました。 ただ、ティッシュペーパーがなく… 仕方なくトイレットペーパーを使わせてもらいました。 意外とティッシュペーパー使うのでちょっと不便でした。 1階にコンビニもあり、駅も近くまた釜山にきたらとまりたいです。

Proche de la gare de Busan station, mais l’accès à pied se fait par une passerelle piétons par laquelle il faut compter 7 minutes à pied. S’il pleut, il faut un parapluie car ce n’est pas abrité. Vue sur le port de Busan et les bateaux de croisière plus ou moins énormes!

L’accès n’est pas évident à trouver. Il faut trouver l’accueil qui n’est pas dans le même bâtiment que les appartements, mais une fois qu’on a repéré tous les raccourcis on perd moins de temps.

The size of the apartment and two bathrooms were excellent. Great cafe on the ground floor, next to the car rental. And fabulous all-you-can-eat Korean way in the same building.

The location is near from Busan station. The space is big and comfortable for 5 persons.

The Suite was excellent with a great view but there was construction. Bedrooms were spacious with extra space to place luggages. Washing machine and dryer are available so you don't have to bring that many clothes there and can pack more stuff back from S. Korea. Busan station was 10-15 mins walk and so travel to various locations is not a problem. Uber and Kakao T for ride sharing is also quite reasonably priced.

Busan was raining constantly during our stay with strong winds. The sheltered walkway/ bridge from Busan Station to the Hotel, had 30m WITHOUT shelter at the end. The reception was behind CU and also with no shelter for 10m to entrance. After collecting the door cards, we had to walk back again to the entrance of hotel located about 60m away.

Appartamento ampio ed elegante, molto pulito e fornito di ogni confort: lavatrice, Styler, attrezzatura per cucinare, condizionatore in ogni stanza e dotazioni in bagno. Raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione dei treni tramite un percorso pedonale coperto in 5 minuti, senza neppur dover attraversare alcuna strada. Bella la vista sul porto, c'è anche la possibilità di raggiungere tramite passerella un percorso pedonale che di notte è illuminato e molto bello per il riflettersi delle luci dei ponti e dei grattacieli sull'acqua. Silenziosa la struttura che permette di riposare confortevolmente. La presenza di un negozietto CU nello stabile risulta strategica se c'è bisogno di acquistare qualcosa anche tardi di sera.

Superbe hôtel avec appartement parfaitement conforme aux photos. C'était très spacieux et les lits étaient très confortables. La vue est magique. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les différents lieux d'intérêts de la ville. Le parking est vraiment bien.

Fantastische ligging dicht bij het station. Fenomenaal uitzicht en een ruim luxe appartement. Mijn kinderen wilden er wel blijven wonen!

De ingang was aan even zoeken van het gebouw en voelde wat onlogisch aan, ondanks dat het wel goed aangegeven stond.

건물이 좀 외떨어진 곳에 있어 주변에 식당이나 카페가 제한적으로 있어서 택시로 이동해야 해서 불편했음

부산항에 일정이 있었는데, 위치가 무척 좋았다. 아침산책으로 좋은 친수공원이 가깝고, 1층에 있는 북두칠성 도서관도 무척 만족스러웠다. 그리고 2가족 여행인 경우 같은 현관안에서 별도의 공간으로 나누어진 점도 색다르지만 훨씬 편안한 스테이를 제공했다.

침구는 뽀송한데, 침대가 살짝 불편하다는 의견이 있었다.스피커 테이블도 좋지만 화장대 겸용 작은 테이블과 내부용 슬리퍼가 있으면 좋겠다

Incredibly modern, clean apartment that gave a luxury high life feel. Excellent amenities, including air con, walk in wardrobe with a clothes steamer, heated Japanese toilet. It was incredibly luxurious and in a great location opposite Busan station I loved staying here. .

It is quite confusing and inconvenient to actually get into the accommodation. You need to walk across the sky bridge from Busan station from exit 10 or 9 and the signage to find Booking the Bay is not clear. You need to enter other buildings in order to find reception. Bear in mind while it's opposite Busan station and geographically close, it still takes around 13 minutes door to door to get from the accommodation to the station, as you need to factor in going up and down the lifts inside the other buildings in order to access one tower to the other and get to the sky walk.

ホテルと違って広い。 洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器類、利用し、快適に過ごせました。

建物のセキュリティがしっかりしている為、たくさんあるエレベーターでの移動に最初は戸惑いましたが、慣れたらOK。3日以上の滞在に最適。

食洗機、洗濯乾燥機、さらに予約時には気づかなかったが服のリフレッシュができるマシーン？があるのがよかった。ちょっと羽織っただけの上着代わりのカーディガンなどはここでリフレッシュ機能をつかって洗わずに除菌できたので、便利だった。そして部屋がすごく広かった。玄関は一つでその先が二つの内玄関に分かれていて、右手はマスタールームとリビング、左手はゲストルームが２部屋あり、どちらにもキッチン、シャワー、トイレがついていた。 地下鉄釜山駅からKTXの駅を越えて歩いて10分くらい。構内の歩き方はなかなか分かりづらいけれども、釜山駅にマッコリの販売所、おでんの販売所などあり、迷いながらの道すがら楽しめた！ 特にボクスンドガのシャンパンマッコリは美味しかった！

ディッシュソープとスポンジはあったけれども、食洗機用の洗剤、ランドリー洗剤などはない。 トイレットペーパーはあったけど、キッチンペーパーはないです。 キッチンはあっても調味料など一切ないので実際にはレトルトのおかゆを湯煎で温めるくらいしか使えませんでした。 そして食洗機よりもコーヒーマシーンが欲しかった。 ネトフリに繋げなくてテレビがちょっと不便だったのと、あと、なぜか床暖房が入ってしまって切るのに一苦労💦 エアコンなども設定がハングルで難しく、翻訳アプリのパパゴ必須です。

New, clean, and spacious apartment in Busan. Felt very well-maintained, and the place came with a full set of utility/kitchen facilities — we didn’t end up using them, but it’s great to know they’re there if needed. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

超大超乾淨的公寓式管理的飯店，我們三個人分住三個房間，還有一間非常非常大的客廳跟廚房，住起來超級舒適！若有機會下次還會來住！

This spacious hotel-apartment featured three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. The location was fantastic, situated between Busan Station and Busan North Port Park, with beautiful views of the city. The area is surrounded by numerous dining options, including several Michelin-starred restaurants, and having a CU convenience store on the first floor made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, and other essentials.

Directly connected to Busan Station, 2 convenience stores in the building, very clean and spacious apartment, there was even a walk-in closet. Air conditioning, kitchen, and washer work well. Clean dry bathroom with shower booth.

Good value for money. Accessible to the KTX and subway station. Chinatown is just a stone throw away. The views of the harbour are magnificent and unobstructed with a very lovely park just steps out of the building.

This is our second stay at Marina G7 and we found our suite very comfortable and well maintained! Location was good; we were minutes from Haeundae Beach and restaurants! Once I found the Booking the Bay office, they were very professional and helpful! Kudos to them!

I tried to call the property management, he didn't take the call and when he did he denied being part of the Officetel and neglected to inform me that there was an Booking the Bay office for check-in, strange! The other complaint unrelated to the Marina G7 was the crass women working at Nice 2CU convenience store in the building who were rude and condescending when I asked where the Booking the Bay office was they were dismissive and refused to help - the office was next door! Not Nice 2 C them!!!

Problem z otrzymaniem faktury za pobyt – obsługa zbywa klienta i przekierowuje do Booking.com. Booking także umywa ręce. Ciągle walczę o wystawienie faktruy na firmę.

Location of the hotel right next to Busan Station was really helpful considering how spread out Busan is. The room was enormous, looked brand new, modern and spotlessly clean. We were happy to have a full-sized kitchen and washer/dryer.

Finding the check-in location was tricky--fortunately, the hotel provided detailed instructions including an online video showing how to get there from the station or I'm not sure we would have ever found it.

The location was perfect!!

Quiet, peaceful and close to the Busan Station. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very close to Busan Station. Friendly staff at the reception, who explained everything in details. Apartment was very spacious. We loved the facilities, especially the closet that steams clothes :D I recommend it to everyone.

​Ons verblijf bij Hotel The Bay was uitstekend. De kamer is erg ruim en we waren verrast door hoe compleet de faciliteiten waren. Je bent hier echt van alle gemakken voorzien: er waren 2 keukens, een vaatwasser en zelfs 2 wasmachines tot onze beschikking. De absolute favoriet was echter de stoomcabine voor kleding; een geweldige luxe waar we veelvuldig gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Ideaal om je kleding weer fris te krijgen. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

De receptie is lastig te vinden buiten op de begane grond. Daarnaast waren we met 4 personen, maar kregen we bij aankomst slechts 4 Nespresso-cupjes. Omdat de kamer pas eens in de 3 dagen wordt schoongemaakt, zaten we snel zonder. Tot onze frustratie kregen we zélfs na de schoonmaak geen nieuwe cupjes bijgevuld. Gelukkig zit er beneden een koffiezaak. Ook ontbraken basisvoorzieningen zoals tandenborstels en tandpasta. Kortom: geweldige kamer, maar de hospitality is ver te zoeken.

Got a great last minute booking here and we are so glad we booked because wow, the place was fantastic! Very spacious, clean and high quality. Extremely comfy beds and pretty toddler proof, which is rare! Great location right next to Busan Station too

Like having your own apartment right next to Busan Station. Made it very easy to go to different areas of Busan by train or bus. Excellent rooms with tonnes of space, amazing kitchen, appliances were in great condition.

Not one complaint. We had a lovely stay.

Нас было 4 человека, а бельё постельное дали на 3х! Дайте 4й прошу, нельзя сказали, хотя видели, что 4 девушки заселяются. Потом попросили 35000 вон за дополнительное постельное белье.
