Schöne Atmosphäre und Charme aus alten Zeiten, sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem zum Frühstück die beiden Damen waren sehr zuvorkommend und bedacht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen

Der etwas modrige Geruch im Zimmer beim ankommen, was aber durch langes Lüften auch verflogen war ;)

Me encantó todo en general. Tiene estilo rustico italiano, el personal es muy amable e intentan ayudarte en todo lo posible. Cené un día en su restaurante y los productos son de calidad. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a los pueblos de la zona de Chianti. Y las vistas, son inmejorables.

No tengo ninguna queja, a lo mejor el desayuno, sería un poco básico para un hotel así pero nada más.

Todo, desde sus instalaciones, su ubicación y el personal tanto de recepción como del desayuno. El que tengan un restaurante en sus dependencias, le da todo el plus. Me encanta, volvería si o si. Un lugar para descansar y disfrutar del silencio y descanso

Het was vrij basic. Heel erg gehorig. Badkamer krap, douche klein en weinig waterdruk. Ontbijt was erg beperkt en daarnaast werd er weinig aangevuld.

Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Par contre buffet un peu petit pour la taille de l'hôtel, choix restreint, 1 seule machine à café. Pas de table à l'extérieur.

Accueil à la réception pas très chaleureux. Pour 1 quatre étoiles, mobilier chambre très modeste, pas un fauteuil confortable pour s'asseoir. Salle d'eau très ordinaire avec 1 petite cabine de douche momoche. Il manque dehors une terrasse avec des tables pour prendre 1 pot en fin de journée ou dans l'après midi.

Villa Casafrassi is located on a nice and green hill at around 15 minutes by car from Siena. It's a good solution to enjoy the Tuscany landscape and have a good relax surronded from the nature. Room was located on the first floor on the building and was clean and conforteable. Breakfast was also practical and well done. There are possibilities to walk around the property and admires the landscape. A swimming pool was available probably in the summer season.

- Not much water coming out of the shower. On the last morning there was no water at all - reception was closed at 20:00 - restaurant closed most of that would be ok, but not for the price and when described as a 4*-Hotel.

I've spent 5 days with my daughter at the beginning of August. The place is amazing, on top of a hill in the Chianti region. The landscapes and the views around are breathtaking, the hotel the people and the facilities are great. We had very good breakfast every day and we had just one dinner at their restaurant where I could try their own produced wine. The place is situated at roughly 30 minutes from Siena by car and in 1 hour range from other places like San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino. After visiting these place we were going back to relax in the swimming pool. Within 5 minutes by car you can reach Castellina in Chianti where there are several places to have dinner in the evening. I recommend this place to everybody who wants to enjoy the real Toscana.

!!BEDBUGS!! We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights. After the 1st night, we were eaten by bedbugs (see photos!). We asked to change room. In the new room: BEDBUGS AGAIN! We even took a photo of the mattress... Look at how bad the conditions are. Then, we changed for a 3rd room: MOISTURE ON THE WALLS. This is nothing like a 4* hostel. We changed hostel! Also, we saw the cleaners doing: they're only changing the white bed sheets = THEY DON'T CHANGE THE BEDSPREAD BETWEEN 2 CUSTOMERS. The hostel is refusing to give us a compensation for the problem we had. They're even charging 39€ for the cleaning service. They refuse to follow the laws of the Codice del Turismo!! Concerning the breakfast: only 2 people for the poor "buffet". We had to go 4 times to find what we wanted because everything was empty. Lack of staff!!

View and landscape

First day we were accommodated apart from main building - fungus on the walls, stink and dust everywhere. Air conditioning wasn't cleaned within a long of time - fungus and stink as well. Due to allergy for fungus fist night I have slept with my daughter in my car. (The same story was in my daughter's room). Please see the photos.... From the next day, everything was more or less OK. One remark - breakfast is not rich, is not a typical Tuscany style as well - only coffee was good. Highly not recommend - building has a big potential to be a pearl in Tuscany, but managers not using it.

The only bad thing was dirty pool.

Very spacious room with a great view! Lovely property and management. Extremely relaxing situation in the Tuscan countryside. The restaurant had a delicious food too. The management team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Stunning views, pool & garden

Cold reception , staff unengaged, Room & bathroom in urgent need of updating. While lots of properties are ‘charming’ when older, the interior here is not. The bathroom needs to be refurbished as well.

The location was superb and the staff was very nice. The beautiful surrounding nature brought silence and peace to our stay and a sense of deep relaxation. also the local products (wine, oil and grappa) are exquisite and good value for money.

The bedrooms were nice and cozy but the bathroom was a little austere and the window was high above and we were unable to open it.

In the heart of the Tuscani country side, a beautiful and peaceful eco tourism farm. You can rest by the swimming pool and enjoy the sun and the breath taking scenery.

The shower head in our bathroom was not working properly, spreading the water unevenly and the air-conditioned unit was leaking.
