Staff helpful. Great bed and bedding. Everything clean. Thank you

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I was very happy with my stay. Although the hotel mentioned there was construction nearby, I didn’t hear any noise at all. Everything was amazing, and I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs in the apartment. I was traveling with kids, and they looked a bit scary and steep

Nice staff

Quiet place

Clean modern hotel slightly out of city centre.

Clean friendly hotel outside of the city in a new resort. V safe area

Not much around the hotel, only a few restaurants and no local convenience store, so plan your stay. Local bus routes available so you can get to places. No money exchange @ hotel or within walking distance local bank about 10m drive.

very good. They have Vietnamese - American and Italian Option for Breakfast so you can choose what you want.

quite far from center of Saigon but good for anyone staying around District 9

I love the customer service of this hotel. Especially from Anna and Hanna at reception and amazing cleaning job from Quyen. She’s always stocking up our snacks and make sure we had plenty of water. Customer service for whatever we needed is great.

I hate the pillows they were so thick and high and I had the worse sleep as I like my pillow more softer and low. No microwave to heat food of snack in room but you could ask reception to heat it in the lobby it’s just inconvenient. No phone in room so you have to call on a hotline not great of yours a tourist without a Vietnamese number. It’s very noisy in the hotel as there is alot of construction going on in surrounding areas. Lucky we aren’t fussy about the noises but others would if you like quietness. Also the hotel is very far away from central city Saigon from everything. It’s about 30 to 45 mins away. I didn’t know this until we got there so taking grab everyday is a long distance to central HCMC.

Khách sạn trong khu Global nên thuận tiện đi lại xem concert, sự kiện

Bữa sáng ít option

Phòng đẹp và sạch, Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất tốt. Dịch vụ đi kèm phòng rất chất lượng.

Efficient setup and friendly and very helpful staff

Túm lại là, nice room, nice staff, good service

I have had a very pleasant stay. The staff are warmhearted and patient people. Again and again they helped courteously resolving problems when I needed their help. Organising activities for example or giving advice. I am enormously grateful for that.

I had reported a partly clogged drain pipe in the shower. Although they tried unclogging it, it continued being partly clogged. To avoid flooding the bathroom, I had to take short showers. But I do not want to blame the house keeper, because I could have reported this problem again.
