El hotel está bastante céntrico pero al no dar directamente a la calle está alejado del ruido de la ciudad. La habitación es grande, limpia y muy cómoda, el personal muy simpático y el desayuno delicioso

El desayuno tenía pocas cosas sin gluten.

É la seconda volta che alloggio in questo hotel. La posizione è strategica perché al confine con il distretto 1 ma è anche tranquilla siccome non è esposto sulla strada ma un pochino all’interno di una corte che lo proteggi dai rumori molesti del traffico. Pulizia e cordialità sono altri punti a favore.

Come anche scrissi l’anno scorso, purtroppo, la scarsa insonorizzazione della porta della camera espone ai rumori e alle voci del personale che prepara le colazioni e che esegue le pulizie.

Staff ,location and the room.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Very kind, welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but just perfect (eggs your way, bakery, fruits and delicious Pho). Upon request, I was offered early check in for a reasonable fee with free breakfast as a welcome. Not far from the airport and not far from District 1. I would definitely return back.

Manager at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating, super quiet location with clean rooms, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Great entertainment with flat screen TV with netflix. The breakfast was delicious, highly recommend the dumplings and pho. 10/10 recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel because I dont like high rises and reviews said it was quiet. Quiet from the outside maybe but very noisy from the inside. After arriving and paying I was put into a cheaper room than booked. After having to escalate this issue I was finally given the room I booked. Unfortunately had some visitors in the form of big dirty brown cockroaches aswell.

Здравствуйте, нас не ждали в отели. Заселили все таки по брони, но попросили уехать утром. Нас встречал не дружелюбный персонал. Пожилые люди, которые не могли ничего объяснить и нас понять. Мужчина вотще был в домашней одежде и с голым торсом. Такой сервис не соответствует цене отеля. Завтрак тоже не понравился, суп фо из пакетов

Very clean, quiet despite central location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast options. Location was great and walkable to park, coffee, shops, restaurant, and easy to get to other places via Grab. Highly recommend!

We wanted cold showers but there was no cold water to our room.

Absolute pleasure to stay there for 4 nights! I’ve got absolutely everything I needed for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Very quite, no noisy street frontage. Very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was basic, but very good. Close proximity and walking distance to War Remnants Museum and Water Puppet show. Staff, in particular Madam Huong were very friendly and accommodating.

I couldn't fault anything. One of the best value hotels we have ever stayed at in Asia. Will definately stay there again next time in Hi Chi Minh City

Extremely happy with this booking. High rating for this place reflected in my experience. I’ve booked several rooms for my friends who’ve come for my wedding. Ms Lan is very responsive on WhatsApp. Rooms are very clean. Good amenities. Staff is very helpful. The usual breakfast is at 7am, we had to leave HCMC for the wedding earlier so Ms Lan first agreed to prepare the breakfast by 6.30am, then she told the staff will prepare the breakfast by 6.15am. That was an immense support. One friend couldn’t come, his room I booked through the hotel as it was a last minute confirmation. Unfortunately, he couldn’t come, and I happened to mention this to Ms Lan in a different conversation. To the much of my surprise, she herself told she’ll return the money. Maybe it was easier for her as it was a direct booking. She’s a genuine person and I’d pick this place any given time. Location is very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. If you’re vegetarian, there’s a vegetarian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Many coffee shops. War museum is 600m away. A park and many other attractions, Nguyen Trai shopping street also very nearby.

Terrific location, set back from the noise of the road. Clean and comfortable. Airconditioning was great and in good working order (not noisy). Staff were all lovely.

Les chambres et les parties communes sont très biens, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les employés de l'hôtel sont très gentils et la localisation est plutôt bonne également (au calme et assez proche du centre)

Милый, семейный отель. Красивый ремонт, удобная мебель, просторные номера с балконами . Завтраки очень вкусные, приготовленные с душой, сок свежевыжатый, кофе из кофемашины, эклеры, это редко встречается! По любому вопросу помогут! Очень тихий двор , напротив красивый индокитайский ресторан, до центра 20 минут пешком через красивый парк.

Небольшое замечание по электророзеткам около кровати на стенах -плохо держат зарядки для телефона , но за телевизором есть удобный тройник.

Beds were great and room and bathroom well appointed and air con working well and TV also easy to use. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, pho, breads, eggs etc cooked for you and lovely selection of fruit. Staff were so friendly and location is great - so quiet and close to lovely coffee and the Tao Dan park which is lovely for a stroll.

Sendo mais higiénicos não gosto que os quartos dos hotéis não sejam alcatifados em virtude dos ruídos de arrastar móveis dos apartamentos superiores e que podem complicar muito uma noite e foi o que aconteceu, com vizinhos pouco atenciosos do apartamento superior.

Excellent communication prior to stay. Welcoming and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Quiet location with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. 15 min walk to District 1 attractions or an inexpensive Grab ride. Would stay here again.

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir waren 3 Monate in Vietnam unterwegs und haben hauptsächlich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber das kleine Hotel von Frau Lan, das sie selbst sehr professionell und umsichtig leitet, war wirklich in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Sei es das gesamte Team, Freundlichkeit, Kommunikation, viele gute Tips, top Serviceleistungen, Instandhaltung der qualitätvollen Ausstattung, Lage, Ruhe, Frühstück (viel Obst), Einach alles. Ausserdem war uns Frau Lan sehr behilflich beim Ausdrucken und Kopieren der Dokumente im Copyshop, die wir für unsere Visaverlängerung benötigten, nachdem unser Flug aufgrund des Kriegsausbruchs im Mittleren Ostern storniert und auf ein späteres Datum verschoben wurde - und hat nichts dafür verlangt. Wir waren echt beeindruckt.

Es gab nichts zum Bessermachen.

Уютный и просторный номер с деревянной мебелью, удобная кровать (матрас достаточно жесткий, подушка приятная), есть кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, тапочки, фен и косметические принадлежности в ванной. Отель в тихом дворе. Завтрак скромный, но все вкусное, есть свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, омлет, булочки. Есть лифт.

Location

This is our home base in Saigon. The location is great, nice and quiet in busy Saigon. Nice bars on walking distance for a beer. The rooms are tidy, efficient and big enough. Breakfast is also nice, fresh fruits, pastries, noodle soup, fresh eggs, everything you need for a very decent price!

La posizione, lontana dal caos del centro e collocata all'interno di un piccolo vicolo, consente di stare tranquilli e di dormire perfettamente. È molto vicina alle attrazioni, raggiungibili a piedi, e ad ottimi ristoranti. La stanza è pulita, è dotata di una cabina doccia abbastanza grande. Cuscini molto comodi. La colazione è varia, non abbondantissima ma comunque ti consente di saziarti. C'è varietà di dolce e salato - tutto buono. Aria condizionata funzionante. Madame Lam è stata molto gentile all'accoglienza, ci ha offerto anche la colazione per la mattinata in cui siamo arrivati in attesa che la camera fosse pronta al nostro check-in anticipato.

Le lenzuola erano leggermente macchiate, così come le federe. Niente di che, ma forse si potevano cambiare. Arredamento un po' datato, mobili vecchi.

Отель расположен во дворе, шум с улицы не доходит. Приятная особенность комнаты - деревянные паркет и мебель. Персонал максимально приветливый. Суп на завтрак супер, впрочем как и другие блюда.

Petit hôtel charmant, au calme, très bien tenu. Chambre spacieuse avec frigo et chaque jour 2 petites bouteilles d'eau. Petit déjeuner Vietnamien, soupe excellente et œufs cuits à la demande. Les dames qui gèrent l'hôtel sont souriantes et efficaces.

We travelled around Vietnam for three weeks and stayed in many hotels, but this was definitely our favourite of the trip. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were lovely. Considering we stayed in a very busy area, the hotel is located off a busy road, yet we had the best night’s sleep here. They also have many options for breakfast.

Sehr ruhiges Wochenende und sauberes Haus. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Organisation von Zusatzleistungen funktioniert zuverlässig.

Fremdsprachliche Kommunikation klappt fast ausschließlich nur über WhatsApp, da das Personal bis auf eine Ausnahme keinerlei Fremdsprachenkenntnisse hat.

Relativ zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage. Freundlichkeit.

첫날 숙소찾기어려워 그랩기사님 빙빙돌면서 고생하심. 아파트 뒷쪽에 호텔이 있었다. 조식이 3일동안 똑같고,채소가 하나도 없어서 당뇨인 남편이 먹을게 없었다. 나는 아침마다 쌀국수만 맛있게 먹었다.
