Reviewed Apr 6, 2026The attention to detail was exceptional. The thoughtful Easter touch of eggs and crafts for the kids was especially appreciated. Everything was spotless, fully functional, and the property was beautifully maintained throughout.
The only area for improvement relates to privacy between neighbouring units. Our unit was adjacent to others, and the current partition—made up of wooden slats—still allows visibility and noise to carry through. As a result, privacy is limited and sound travels quite easily, which can impact the overall experience. I would recommend fully enclosing this dividing wall to enhance both privacy and noise reduction.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2025They went out of their way to provide for the children. Activities, easter eggs, everything needed for the beach. Everything was provided for which made traveling and the stay very easy and comfortable. The apartment has beautiful furniture and lovely bedding.

Location is bad No pricacy Refrigerator not very cold Swimming pool is not heated Very very small. Definitely not for more than 2 people Toilet is next to kitchen! 1 white towel for the duration of the stay? 4 units 1 a row back to back. We had to whisper! Very unhappy with the price we paid and would like some money paid back to me!

Her welcoming booklet was amazing it has everything we could need and some, including distances in km from the unit, and that sparkling pool, we will definitely be coming back with the babies 😉. Reviewed Oct 8, 2023The place is modern and very comfortable . The establishment is nicely situated and the view over the ocean is so amazing. The facility is very clean and well kept. The welcome complimentary gifts are also very nice and our kids enjoyed the puzzles, colour in books and bats to play with. U also get a complimentary pile of wood for your braai. Nice establishment and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
It promises wifi during loadshedding, however that was not the case.

The beds were warm and very comfortable, everything we could possibly need was within harms reach. Such a little slice of heaven.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2022The cheese platter was a very nice gesture, we enjoyed it very much. The caretaker was very helpful but we never saw the owner. The interior was stunning!! Was a bit small , was lucky we had good weather and could sit outside.
No cleaning or new towels in the period we were there. Only the stoep was swept. The pool was not heated as the advertisement said. Lights kept on tripping. We spend 2 days with our daughter's in laws in Paternoster and when we came back the deepfreeze defrosted, we had no ice and all our meat was defrosted and had a bad smell. The 4th person did not stay with us so we were only 3 people in the house which was a blessing as we did not know it was that small.
