Una lampadina fulminata in cucina, dietro al divano era leggermente sporco, le luci dei due sgabuzzini non si spegnevano.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Söder e' un' isola deliziosa. Vicino alla città vecchia ma abitata da svedesi con scuole, negozi, ristoranti e tutto per la vita locale autentica. È a due passi da Sofi, un quartiere cult e must assolutamente delizioso per i locali serali. L' appartamento è funzionale, con un comodo ripostiglio per valigie, etc. Caldo (in estate si rischia di sopravvalutare la temperatura esterna) e luminoso. Al momento è dotato di tutto il necessario in cucina.
COMPLETA ASSENZA del gestore. Inutile contattarli per mail, telefono, Wa, non risponde nessuno. Che si tratti di semplici informazioni (sulla presenza di caffettiera o asciugacapelli) o di segnalazioni sull appartamento ( presa con fili scoperti, maniglie delle finestre rotte o poco funzionanti etc). Aspettatevi solo Due mail -check-in e check out- con procedure d'entrata e di uscita, e sperate di non aver bisogno di altro. Mi sono state addebitate spese di pulizia non richiesta (600krn) effettuata durante il soggiorno (6 notti) SENZA PREAVVISO, per cui uscendo dalla doccia ti puoi ritrovare un estraneo in casa o comunque qualcuno che ci entra a tua insaputa.

At få fat på nøglen var en ubehagelig oplevelse… intet virkede og hende der skulle hjælpe sad i London (?) og var næsten uforståelig. Der var facaderenovering skråt overfor og det skal afspejles i prisen, for der var meget larm.

Asunnossa oli hyvin pölyistä. Asunnossa piti olla lemmikit kielletty mutta siellä oli ollut joku eläin (valkoinen karvojen perusteella) koska kärsin erittäin paljon allergia -ja astmaoireista. Keittiön lamppu ei toiminut.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Très bien situé, proche du métro et de lignes de bus, restaurants et commerces. Centre historique accessible à pied. Logement confortable et pratique. Très calme, très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire, balcon agréable.
Le grille pain ne fonctionne pas. Le studio est au 6ème étage et l'ascenseur s'arrête au 5ème étage, un peu difficile pour monter une valise lourde. Plafond mansardé assez bas d'un côté. Mais ce sont des détails peu importants !

I did not appreciate the black mold in the bathroom. It was VERY smelly and there was mold everywhere on the tile on the ground. It reeked of mildew, and there was no fan in the bathroom. There was a bar for a shower curtain, but there was no shower curtain in the apartment to put up to avoid having everything get soaked in the bathroom. The freezer was a tad dirty as well and stained. There was also no sheet that was large enough to cover the pullout bed so we had to lay out multiple duvet covers to cover the mattress. Additionally, the blow dryer barely functioned (unusable). Since there was no shower curtain, they really should have provided extra towels to sop up the water, or install a fan in the bathroom to combat the humidity. The mold was really unacceptable.

Stora problem med koden till nyckelboxen båd vid in-och utcheckning. Vår incheckning försenades med nästan en timme på grund av detta. Det hade varit bra att i förväg få veta att lägenheten låg på 6 trappor och att hissen bara gick till femte våningen. Min man har ganska nyligen gått igenom en höftledsoperationen. En del saker sakades, såsom diskborste och diskmaskinstvättmedel. Vattenkokaren läckte - livsfarligt. Saknade hylla/nattduksbord vid sängarna. Portuppgången var märk och illa skött, liksom soprummet.

Nous avons rencontré un problème lors du check in qui nous a fait perdre la 1ere demi journée. L'hôte etait injoignable, suite a notre demande de geste commercial (par exemple un late check out) nous avons reçu une "jolie" reponse automatique puis plus rien malgré nos relances. Autre problème lors du depart par contre il a su nous répondre rapidement quand nous avons encore eu un problème mais que là le risque était que nous laissions le logement ouvert. Aucune excuse de sa part. Inacceptable

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped and very good location. Lots of bedding and towels so that was helpful. We had no need to contact the hosts, the key pick up was very straightforward. Three well stocked grocery shops, Systembolaget and pharmacy nearby so no need to bring anything from home. The Lebanese restaurant opposite is fantastic, and a great coffee shop next door.
A chair or two in the living area would be useful, and a kettle and microwave but still a decent little apartment.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Location was perfect! While not in the main center, it is a short walk and beautiful in its own right.
Shower was with the toilet, which may be surprising to some. Also, the second bed is a pullout couch, and while we knew this, it makes the use of the table/couch not really possible for longer stays. Also to use the filter coffee maker you have to unplug the microwave and vice versa. Totally doable, just minor issues.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Die Lage war sehr nah an der Stadt und es war sauber.
Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch, nur zwei Wäschetops für vier Tage Aufenthalt. Betten waren nicht bezogen. Kein Duschvorhang sowie kein Lüftung für das Bad jeglicher Art. Probleme bei der Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe sowie den ankommen in dem Apartment. Später Checkin von 15:00 Uhr und keine Möglichkeit überhaupt seine Koffer unterzubringen, beziehungsweise noch etwas länger dort zu lassen.

- la présentation trompeuse de l'appartement: la façon dont c'est présenté, on croit qu'il y a une chambre avec un lit et un salon avec un canapé alors que ce n'est qu'une chambre avec les deux couchages - la salle de bain: une douche sans receveur donc innondation à chaque douche - l'appartement était annoncé avec "vue sur ville" et il est vue sur cour"

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Mycket bra läge, fin och lagom stor lägenhet. Väl utrustat kök. Ett mycket prisvärt alternativ till hotellen i området.
Vi hade ett täcke för lite när vi bodde 4 pers i lägenheten. Och duschen skulle vinna på ett duschdraperi.

The dishwashing machine was dirty and the dishes was left dirty inside. So we just left it that way. The toaster didn’t work and the kettle was leaking. The cleaning service should check these things and have soap for the dishwasher. Otherwise the flat was nice the shower great so we still enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to bus stops and a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. There are also a lot of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby.
- The apartment is a bit squeezed for 4 adults - Customer support working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. We arrived on Friday afternoon and had to wait until Monday at noon to get a reply to our inquiries. Thankfully, we didn't have any emergencies.

salle de bain tres petite avec le wc intégré un peu juste pour 4 personnes du coup, manque lampe de chevets dans la chambre, un peu de café et thé aurait été bienvenu pour simplfier le 1°matin quand vous arrivez la veille tard

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Die Lage in Söderhalm ist perfekt. Für diejenigen die gut zu Fuß sind ist alles gut erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV perfekt.
- Der Anbieter reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten - Die Balkontür war defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen - Die Heizung im Badezimmer war defekt und konnte nur mit viel Trick in Gang gebracht werden - Backofen war defekt (Backofentür nicht vorhanden) - keine Geschirrtücher - Gebrauchter Abwaschschwamm - Geschirr und Besteck unvollständig. Nur ein Weinglas vorhanden - Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. Essensreste im Eisfach - verdreckter Balkon (durchgeweichte, verschmutzte Matte und ekeliger Besen) - Lampe auf dem Balkon defekt

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Het appartement was super ruim en proper. Groot en fantastische locatie!!! Als je goed te been bent is alles op wandelafstand (wel met even een wandelingetje) en anders is het appartement ook goed bereikbaar met de bus. Alles was ook heel duidelijk bij het ophalen van de sleutel. Met een goed stappenplan om zelfstandig aan te komen en weg te gaan. Handdoeken zijn meer dan genoeg aanwezig en zeker genoeg plek voor een 3 de persoon (in ons geval waren we dus met 3). De slaapbank was ook perfect en zelfs nog splinternieuw. We konden onze ogen echt niet geloven van hoe groot en hoe perfect het appartement was (zonder te overdrijven hoor!)
De lift werkte helaas de laatste dag niet. Maar daar kon niemand iets aan doen. Daarvoor deed hij het prima! Ik hoop het via hier ook even te kunnen melden aan de huisbaas zo dat ze dit kunnen oplossen.

Il tappeto peloso davanti al divano era inevitabilmente sporco, consiglio di eliminarlo. Entrava un po di luce dalla finestra che mi svegliava.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025This is a lovely studio flat in an excellent location, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy for public transport. The flat is tiny but clean and comfortable and well laid-out. It has a sweet balcony overlooking an interior court yard. The pick-up location for keys is easy and convenient and the instructions are clear.
No reply to messages before the stay and nobody answered my phone calls.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025La posizione è perfetta ed molto pulito. Nonostante le dimensioni molto ridotte la stanza è accogliente.
In tre avevamo 2 sedie e quindi abbiamo mangiato a turno. Bastava uno sgabello per risolvere. Pochi gli spazi di appoggio, nessun comodino (anche in questo caso basta un piccolo ripiano e molti più ganci alle pareti). Migliorabile la comodità.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Très bien situé. A proximité de Gamla Stan, le centre historique. Dans un quartier agréable. Avec en bas de l'immeuble une boulangerie - café très sympa. Les bus sont à 100 mètres.
Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de lave linge. Car je suis restée une semaine. Sinon, tout était super.
