Amazing views from our balcony. The hotel and hotel staff were exceptional.

The breakfast staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Particularly a younger woman who was borderline nasty.

Die Lage, das Personal und der Service waren außerordentlich! Besonders hervorzuheben ist Renato (Chef des Services), der sich wunderbar während der Mahlzeiten um mich gekümmert hat. Aber auch das weitere Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Bei der HP hätte die Abendkarte öfter wechseln können.

The room was comfortable and the location was good.

The breakfast was ok but the staff were not very attentive. Food was not restocked and we constantly had to find people for coffee, eggs etc.

Excellent location. Nice balcony overlooking the lake. The restaurant was fantastic. Renato was the restaurant manager. He met all our needs and was very kind.

The furniture could use an upgrade.

It’s wonderful. Beautiful views of the lake, right in the center of town, close to the station and very comfortable.

Великолепнейший отель, с прекрасным видом и отличным завтраком.

スタッフが親切で、部屋も清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。また朝食のレストランが特に綺麗で、食事も美味しかったです。

The hotel was well situated - a few minutes walk from the train station ( worth a taxi on arrival as uphill!) Perfect for exploring the town, lake and surrounding mountain walks, local travel was included in the hotel booking lovely spacious rooms - clean and well equipped - nice touches of drinks in mini bar topped up daily, chocolates every evening well presented breakfast with plenty of choice helpful reception staff

On 2 days the breakfast service for provision of hot drinks was excellent on the third- we had to keep asking for coffee and it took 20minutes to arrive

Our suite was very spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was helpful with everything.

The property was charming, full of character and in a great location.

Beautiful hotel, well cared for and clean. We had a lake front, balcony room. The view ftom the room was stunning - just gorgeous to look out and wake up to! Room decor was good and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a very lovely dining room (had nice table linens) and overlooked the lake. Hotel staff were fabulous - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to central St Moritz, the escalator down to the lake and circular lakeside path, restaurants, and shops, It was perfect for us, we loved the hotel and St Moritz. We'll be back!

Room was very dated , no hairdryer. Paper cups for tea and coffee in room . We didn’t realise that most shops and restaurants only open in June, so too quiet for our stay in May

Not their fault but emergency road work drilling outside hotel until midnight stopped us sleeping.

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at. From our transfer from St Moritz Bahnhof to the hotel and all service professionally provided by staff, this was a top class experience. Ilenia, Melanie and all front of house staff were the ultimate in ambassadors for Hotel Schweizerhof and St Moritz as an amazing place to visit. Highly recommended for an excellent place to stay in the centre of St Moritz.

Super friendly young staff! Very much appreciated the generous upgrade to a room with a view of the stunning lake and mountain and the complimentary drinks, chocolates and nuts in the fridge. Really an added generous touches. Very fitting especially celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a view and it was also atmospheric with the snow outside. Appreciated the egg station which you can order omelettes.

A little pricey for off season. The town of St Moritz is pretty dead this time of year so cheaper rates would be good.

Location, ambience and presentation. Room was comfortable, appreciated the turn down service. Transfer between hotel and train was a bonus.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to the lifts, shops, and main areas of St. Moritz. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, though the level of service felt somewhat average for a hotel of this category.

The service in the restaurant left a less positive impression. Staff did not seem particularly attentive, and on the day of my arrival I checked in late only to find that no food service was available anymore. There was also no option for late dining, which meant I had to go to bed without dinner. Considering the price level of the hotel, this felt disappointing, as a similar level of service can easily be found in more moderately priced accommodations.

The hotel room was too warm for us. We never turned the heat on/up. We opened the balcony door at times to cool the room down but did not want to leave it open while we slept.
