Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec mes enfants. L’accueil et le service étaient plus que parfaits. L’endroit est propre et exactement conforme aux photos. Un grand merci à Anas pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Merci également à Naima qui nous a accompagnés durant tout notre séjour, une personne adorable, honnête et très serviable.

Large, modern and beautifully decorated property with a lovely size pool. Great pool and ping pong table as well as games for the family.

Garden space very small and only 2 sun-loungers. Maid service could do more cleaning.

Todo genial, limpio, en buen estado, incluso la piscina perfecta. Los desayunos geniales y el trato inmejorable. Apartado pero cerca del centro para así tener tranquilidad. Gracias también al anfitrión por dejarnos tener las maletas allí el último día hasta que nos fuimos. Por poner un pequeño pero es que para que saliera agua caliente tenías que tener el grifo un rato abierto. Lo recomiendo si o si, y su vuelvo ya se dónde iré si está libre.

Large rooms, absolutely clean, many facilities, very responsive and nice host. We didnt use the pool as it wasnt exactly hot in January, but we did use the fireplace which was a very nice touch.

The only reason I cannot give 10 is that the heating was turned off as we arrived. Heating worked, but it took almost a day to heat up the rooms.

We stayed at this villa in Marrakech for 4 nights and everything was above expectations. The house was immaculately clean, very comfortable, spacious, and even better than the photos. The pool was perfect for cooling down in the heat and relaxing during the day. A special thank you to Anas, who was extremely friendly and excellent in communication via WhatsApp. He was always responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free from arrival to departure. Another huge thank you to Naïma, the housekeeper, who was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. She kept the villa spotless and prepared a delicious fresh Moroccan breakfast each morning. Upon our request, she also cooked evening meals twice — once a traditional couscous and once a homemade tajine, both absolutely amazing. Honestly, the homemade tajine was better than many we tried in the markets and city. The location is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing, yet still easy to reach the centre of Marrakech. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and plenty of space made it perfect for families or groups. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding hospitality. We would 100% recommend this villa and would happily stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The weather was abit cold to use the pool, hopefully will return here in summer.

Très belle villa correspondant aux photos, très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuné parfait compris dans le prix.

Il y a 3 salles de bain et non 4 comme dans la description, la 4eme est en fait une toilette avec une pièce proposant deux éviers et miroir. Besoin d'une voiture ou de taxi pour s'y rendre. Piscine chauffée sur demande, 40€/jour.

Nos ha gustado mucho la villa, es muy bonita, tal como se puede apreciar en las fotos. Viaje inolvidable. Recomendamos el couscous de la cocinera 😊🙏

The house - It was very comfortable. The pool - Ideal to cool down in the heat. The lovely breakfast cooked by the housekeeper.

There was a lot of building work going on in the area. A bit isolated if you don't have your own transport.

This property was lovely - the location was nice , not far into the centre of Marrakesh . About a 20 minute cab ride (300 MAD) return journey . The pool was a god send in the temperatures (hit 52 one of the days) also the air con was great. Beds comfortable & spacious . Plenty of room for a big party of 12 (8 adults 4 children)

Nothing we didn’t like but a few things that could have helped was - we needed more cups & glasses , more towels & more bedding for the downstairs, could have done with another couple of sunbeds or seats in garden area

Nous avons passé des vacances absolument incroyables dans cette villa ! Tout était vraiment au top, à commencer par Anass ainsi que tout le personnel, toujours à l’écoute et réactifs à la moindre question ou demande. La cuisinière, quant à elle, nous a régalés chaque jour avec des plats typiquement marocains, savoureux et préparés avec soin : un vrai bonheur culinaire ! La villa est parfaitement située, proche de toutes les commodités, tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant. Les installations sont impeccables, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. En résumé, un séjour exceptionnel qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer et de profiter pleinement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter la prochaine fois dans la même villa.

It is difficult to put into words how much we were blown away with not just the standard and quality of the villa but also the generosity provided. We arrived a bit earlier and we're greeted by Anas, who made us feel very welcome. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, it looked even better than the photos suggested. During the stay, we were greeted every morning by Naima, who prepared fresh Moroccan breakfast for us. She was so kind, patient and hospitable, she honestly is such an amazing person. The area itself is a quiet neighborhood outside the city, but it is very easy to get into the city. It was nice to not stay in such a busy area. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.
