Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The staff was amazing, we booked on the day, and arrived at 08:00 after a long bus ride and got to check in earlier at the stay. We got met with a happy hoste and a complementary ha long speciality drink. They also allowed us to store our bags some days after we had checked out.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Das super freundliche Personal. Sie hat sich um uns gekümmert und uns sogar bei der weiteren Planung des Urlaubs geholfen (ohne Geld zu verlangen). Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist super, wenn es um die Ruhe geht.
Auf hohem Niveau: Die Klimaanlage bläst genau auf das Bett. Dusche ist etwas klein für große Menschen.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Phòng k giống như trên ảnh, đến nơi chăn gối bẩn, ga gối phơi khắp hành lang nhìn rất lôi thôi. Chủ căn còn tự ý sắp xếp người của từng phòng mà k xác nhận lại với khách, mình đặt 2 phòng 2 giường đôi và 1 phòng 1 giường đôi, tới nơi nhận phòng thì nhận đc 1 phòng 2 giường đôi, 1 phòng 1 giường đôi và thêm 1 phòng 1 giường đôi kèm thêm 1 cái giường sắt giống kiểu giường bệnh viện kê sát ngay cạnh nhà vệ sinh, đầu giường bước vào nhà vệ sinh chỉ có 2 bước chân. Chủ căn yêu cầu mình cọc trước 200k, đến nơi nhận phòng thực sự rất khó chịu khi phòng k đc sạch sẽ và nơi ở cực kỳ lộn xộn, khó chịu hơn khi gọi điện cho chủ căn yêu cầu giải quyết chủ căn còn nói nếu ở đc thì ở k ở đc thì chịu, k trả lại tiền cọc.

Phòng dọn k sạch, bật điều hòa lên toàn mùi thuốc lá, chỗ để vòi tắm bị hỏng phải đặt giữa chai dầu gội và sữa tắm để giữ, sàn gạch trong phòng tắm vệ sinh khó khô, đi lại dễ bẩn. Tôi ở tầng 1 mọi người nói chuyện bên ngoài rất ồn, khó ngủ

She helped me to plan my trip around Halong Bay: choosing an excursion around Halong bay, the local bus and a local boat (google didn’t give me any information about local buses and boats which are mostly for locals, not for tourists), transfer to Cat Ba island. Also she agreed to store my suitcase for free for a few days when I’m on the island. The hotel is right in the city centre, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Especially I liked the yellow bakery right near the hotel and a family restaurant 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Teribble bed. Mattress really needs to be replaced! Floors were not clean at all. A lot of dead mosquitoes sticking on the walls. The place by far does not look like the pictures.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Central location, clean, fantastic host. Hana could not do enough for you. Booked trips, limo transfers, was happy to chat & give advice on local attractions. Her husband even took time from work to taxi us around. Met her 3 beautiful children. Struck gold with this stay
No complaints really. A few building materials on the balcony but did not affect the stay at all as we only went out there at the end of the day for a cigarette

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Было очень шумно. Звукоизоляция отсутствует. Хорошо слышно разговоры соседей. Грохот когда спускаются по лестнице. Вечером была музыка на весь район. Нет холодильника, стола, чайника, мыла, бесплатной воды. Щели в двери и окнах, которые пришлось заделывать туалетной бумагой. Очень не удобный заезд в гору.

Nos ayudó mucho, la atención fue increible. Encima tienen servicio de lavadora, el mismo día que le dimos la ropa nos la devolvió limpia.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Really great hosts, very friendly and helpful with sharing information and assisting with fair prices and ease for booking tours and buses! The location is okay with motorbike rental on site making exploring across the bridge very accessible. Cafes, atm, mini market, and a good restaurant on the street very close and convenient We stayed many days since we enjoyed the room. It is clean, has nice window, functional bathroom, common spaces, and shared yet private terrace common space. Enough space in our room and the terrace common space to do yoga :)
The bed in the room we had was about finished with springs and bad form, not so good for our bodies, but we stayed despite this since we liked the place and did not bother to switch rooms. Although I would guess the hosts would have been very accommodating to give us a different bed for the few days of our stay if I had shared the complaint.

Reviewed May 24, 2025Lovely space, room a good size and good air on. We only stayed one night on our way through Ha Long and it was perfect for us. The owners were very lovely and helpful. They speak very good English as well. Well signposted to find the Homestay which is up a road off the main road.

Other guests were loud and drunk and came into my room in the middle of the night (I forgot to lock it because I assumed it was safe). As a female alone in the room, I felt very scared.
