Reviewed Mar 10, 2026A++++ location, really in the heart of everything. JP was friendly and super helpful with recommendations and assistance with recovering some lost luggage. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Just a tip - our room got some light throughout the night from a street lamp, so if you're trying to recover from jetlag I'd recommend requesting a room away from the street.

The windows in the room don't close properly. Therefore, it's very, very noisy at night and cold air comes in. The windows can't be darkened, so streetlights shine into the room. Anyone who wants to sleep needs earplugs and a sleep mask/T-shirt over their eyes (We had the room directly above the entrance)

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025The location was superb and very safe, however should you decide to leave the Lastarria neighborhood, always take a taxi day or night. Do not wear any jewelry or rings when on the street. Carry 1 credit card and do not carry cash. This is the same advice that I would give for any city in Latin America
People do not tend to venture out late at night in Santiago.
