The facilities were a little bit aged in the apartment I had, and there was some outside noise from an air conditioner. Water pressure in the shower was low. Everything worked so while not a luxury place it was good for a couple of days stay

The hotel’s payment information was misleading: Booking.com stated that payment would be in USD and that Visa, Mastercard and Maestro were accepted, but at check-in my international debit cards were refused for USD payment because they were not credit cards. I therefore had to pay in Chilean pesos and was charged an additional 19% VAT, and the hotel subsequently failed to respond to my complaints, including through SERNAC.
