Place was neat and clean.

To share a barthroom with some who was sick and was in barthroom the whole night almost. I would have moved him to a room with an en suite barthroom. The room was nice and clean but not share a barthroom. Maybe please work on check in time especially if guest need to be at a function early. To me it was said a month ago yes it fine you can check in early but on the day of check in we where only allowed to check in on 2pm.

Perfect for our short overnight stay. Central location, secure parking, internet access and Netflix movie channels.

Had everything one required for an overnight stay.

A few of the fittings in the toilet were loose, including the toilet pan. However, all a quick fix, but necessary to ensure it is properly installed.

This guesthouse has a very nice entertainment area.

We loved the place everything was so comfortable and we really had a relaxing weekend.

During Winter I would like an electric blanket and the TV/Dstv channels was not really what we expected.

Property was easy to find, and the host was very friendly.

The warm welcome from Suzette who manages the guest house and just the friendly check in's and help from her. She also provided us with great tips on spots to visit in the area. I am also impressed with the extra facilities of the lounge/living area. Really did not expect that. It adds that little bit extra - giving you the feeling of home away from home. I loved that fresh water was put out for us in the room and also fresh milk and goodies for coffee. And the little extra touches like the presentation when walking in.

There is nothing I did not like. I even got easter eggs. How cool and sweet is that. The only extra out of personal preference is an aircon, but they do accommodate the rooms with a very nice remote control fan which is very cool.

It's perfectly fine for one nights stay, we stayed in the unit with two rooms and shared bathroom, the one rooms bed was good but the other rooms mattress is horrible, all you hear is springs popping when sitting or sleeping and turning during the night, not happy paying to sleep on a mattress like that, it clearly needs replacing. I would suggest adding a small kitchen counter with basin somewhere. We stayed over on a Saturday and had to be checked in by 2pm or be charged for every hour late after that which was inconvenient as we still worked the Saturday morning, but that was my fault as I didn't read that part for check in times as I am so used to it normally being from 2pm. Everything else was clean and neat. Gated parking and can come and go as you please.

The room and ensuite were very clean and nicely presented. There was a lovely hot shower.

Although the room was very small and lacked surface space, ie nowhere to put toiletries, etc, it was very comfortable.

Out of all the places I've been to in Caledon, they were the best. I even stay an extra night.

There was nothing we did not like. It was perfect for us 😊😊

The room had everything you needed and there were additional facilities available such as a microwave, etc. that were very useful for travellers.

It was all perfect.

The hostess is the sweetest lady ever and made us feel so welcome. We basically had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed the pool table and braai facilities in the entertainment area. We will be back. This property is ideally located less than a km from the caledon spa and right in town.

It was very secure , close to shops, casino and some restaurants.

Needed a chair or maybe collapsable counter where we could put our clothes at night after we took them off.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and had the basic facilities for an over night stay.

The place was a bit run down, the pictures on the internet were obviously taken some time back and the bed was not comfortable at all.

I loved the service and overall hospitality. The host has a good knowledge of the area and made some good recommendations. The rooms had DSTV. The beds were super comfy. Overall a good guest house, i will definitely return thr.

The wifi was fluctuating in signals The heater kept tripping the plugs

We received a warm welcome, place was quite and very neat everything very simple but effectful.

Nothing really, just a suggestion: for the little lounge area situated at the shared bathroom rooms should be a little kitchenet since that would make a self catering stay more convenient especially if there are other guests as well. A prep bowl, table and chairs to be able to eat in and clean up. Also a rate for the full house should be an option with suitable rates, if we wanting to bring out kids along.

Lovely guesthouse for a short trip, the two nights were pleasant, facilities good, and close to shops.

The location of the guesthouse is great if you only want to explore the town. It is close enough to the Spa. The rooms have everything you need for the few days you stay. The bed however needs attention.
