Molto pulito e accogliente

Lage ist ein wenig ausserhalb des Zentrums, aber gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Private Parking kostet extra, obwohl inklusive beworben wird.

A little calm oasis in residental area Florence, just a 30-minute walk or public transport ride from the centre. The hotel is small and clean, it is also quiet and has a rustic charm to it. Everything went smoothly regarding the communication with the personnel.

Quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato è una camera nel building secondario dell'hotel ed è situata letteralmente a 2 passi dallo stadio e quindi dal Viale dei Mille. Per noi è stata una location ideale (il centro cmq è facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti con gli autobus e le fermate sono vicine). La camera è moderna e confortevole. Il self check-in molto semplice e comodo. E ovviamente nel caso si volesse fare una colazione in autonomia ci sono molti ottimi bar/caffetterie/pasticcerie in zona. Quindi è andato tutto molto bene

It’s a bit of a hike to the main sights: It is located in the Campo di Marte neighborhood. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk to the Duomo or the main museums. If your feet are tired, you’ll want to jump on the local bus or take a quick taxi. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and functional, but they are definitely on the smaller side. If you are traveling with a ton of heavy luggage, space might feel a little tight.

It’s a nice, budget-friendly and perfect if you prefer a quiet, local neighborhood vibe at night and don't mind a short bus ride or walk to get into the tourist crowds each morning.

Design of the room

We originally planned to stay for two nights, but unfortunately had to leave after the first night, despite having paid for both nights. The reason came as an unpleasant surprise. We chose this hotel specifically because we were travelling with our small, elderly dog and wanted to be able to leave her safely in the room while we visited Florence's museums and galleries. On the morning after our arrival, we were informed that leaving a dog unattended in the room is strictly against hotel policy. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the attitude of the staff. When we explained that our dog is quiet, well-behaved, and that we had no practical alternative while sightseeing, the response was: "It is not allowed by the hotel owner. You did not bother to ask us about the dog! How can we help you?" This accusation was unfair, as we had clearly informed the hotel at the time of booking that we would be arriving with a small dog. Had we been told about this policy in advance, we would never have booked the property. As a result, we had to find another hotel at short notice. Fortunately, the host at the new hotel welcomed both us and our dog and had no issue with our arrangements. If you are travelling with a dog, especially an older one, be aware of this policy before booking. It may save you unnecessary expense, inconvenience, and disappointment. Unfortunately, our experience was far from welcoming, and we would not stay here again.

La disponibilidad del personal siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Al estar en un segundo piso sin ascensor nos ofrecieron ayuda el día de salida para bajar las maletas. A la hora convenida vino un señor para ello y nos gestionaron el taxi al aeropuerto con total amabilidad. El desayuno tipo buffet variado y la bollería recién horneada. Las paradas de autobus al centro de Florencia se encuentran prácticamente en la puerta del hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Front desk manager extremely personable. We learned a lot about Albania( her birth country) Hotel extremely clean.

Stairs up are a bit of a chore.

Wir waren 6 Nächte im Hotel. Alles war sehr familiär und unkompliziert. Sehr nettes Personal, ein wunderbares Frühstück und eine Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und bei heißen Temperaturen wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Exactly as described very clean and staff was wonderful and accommodating.

It was away from the main city center we walked there and back several times and took metro other times. If you don’t mind walking a bit or riding a scooter that was easy and fun at night it’s no problem. It was peaceful out of city center.

La chambre était très confortable, nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement 😊nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner et le calme du lieu. Tout est très bien indiqué ( clés comme parking). Nous avons pu faire la visite de la ville à pied.

Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, stabiele wifi, heerlijke douche, heerlijk ontbijt met verse cappuccino, goed werkende airco, stevige bedden, heel fijn en gezellig dakterras. Alles!

Accueil et lieu très chaleureux. Endroit familial où l’on se sent comme à la maison. Établissement charmant et atypique. Le confort des chambres est au top. La chambre était super propre. La salle de bain impeccable. On a très bien dormi car les matelas sont confortables et exceptionnels Saida qui fait partie du personnel de l’hôtel a été au top avec nous. Très belle rencontre chaleureuse, accueillante, professionnelle et de très bons conseils… en plus elle parle le français à la perfection donc c’est un atout en plus dans la communication et la compréhension. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. Hôtel bien situé.

Le point négatif mais qui n’a pas été gênant pour nous c’est peut être l’absence d’ascenseur, l’emplacement du parking qui se trouve à environ 850m de l’hôtel, qui est payant (15€) sur Booking.com mais sur le site de l’hôtel apparemment c’est gratuit.

Afastado do centro da cidade. Zona do pequeno almoço imediatamente ao lado de dois quartos. Poderia ter fruta fresca laminada e padaria mais artesanal no pequeno almoço.

La terraza. Tienen una terraza cubierta en donde hay varias mesitas que mira sobre la ciudad de Florencia. Maravilloso, puedes llevar tu cena o tu desayuno allí o simplemente esperar el atardecer con una copita de vino. Realmente un lujo.

La locación está un poco lejos del casco histórico. Debes ir en bus y toma unos 15-20 minutos. Para llegar al cuarto no hay ascensor. Además justo a la par del hotel hay una pizzeria que es lo peor y lo mas caro que hemos probado en italia. Creo que se llama Pizzeria de Oro. No vayan! Comida fea y cara, más adelante hay una trattoria que solo sirven o vino o agua (Osteria le tre panche). Precios carísimos y platos demasiados sofisticados. Eviten esos dos restaurantes.

Vi gillade att personalen var väldigt tillmötelsegående och hjälpsamma. Det var väldigt städat och mycket fräscht. Parkeringen var bakom låst port vilket var väldigt bra för oss med hyrbil som man är rädd om. Personalen gjorde kaffe åt oss i baristamaskin vilket var ett stort plus i kanten och frukosten ute på balkongen var väldigt fin. Vi gillade boendet för det mesta!

Det var lite väl långt att promenera in till alla attraktioner och sevärdheter. Det finns ju buss och taxi men bussen var väldigt ofta sen och väldigt full. Taxi vart runt 40-80 euro vilket är ganska dyrt om man ska fram och tillbaka. Så priset på boendet vart ganska dyrt om man räknar in resekostnaderna.

Disappointing experience from check-in to customer service, including unpleasant odors in the room after cleaning. The hotel is located in an old building with no elevator. We had large suitcases, and carrying them to the top floor was very difficult because there are many stairs and the distance between floors is quite high. This is something guests should know before booking. Housekeeping was also disappointing. After cleaning the room, the staff left the window completely open, the curtains open, and the lights on while nobody was in the room. As a result, many flies entered the room. There were no fly screens on the windows, and the mosquito repellent provided in the room was completely empty. Since I have an allergy to insects, this significantly affected my comfort. In addition, after housekeeping, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. To their credit, the hotel acknowledged these issues and apologized by offering a refund for one night’s stay as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, although they confirmed the refund would be processed within 2–3 business days, I never received it. Despite several follow-up messages over the following weeks, I received no response at all. I appreciate that they initially tried to resolve the issue, but making a promise and then ignoring the customer afterwards is not acceptable. Based on my overall experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good location, if you do not want to be in the centre but close to Fiesole. Nice rooms and breakfast room, there is also a terrace which looks very pleasant (with 35 degrees we were not very interested but in different periods I am sure we would have enjoyed it). Good quality price relationship considering this is Florence.

It is at the second floor of a building, without lift and the entrance and stairs could do with some repainting. Breakfast is not one of the pluses. Further, it starts at 8 and the timing is very strict (I arrived eight minutes before 8 and despite most being ready I was sent back to my room)

Die Zimmer sind hübsch und wir hatten ein großes, neues komfortables Bad. Es hat eine nette, familiäre Atmosphäre - ähnlich einer Pension oder B&B. Alle Zimmer sind auf einem Stockwerk entlang eines Flurs. Außerdem gibt es einen Frühstücksraum und eine Terrasse. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und es ist sicher geeignet für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz. Es gehört aber nicht zur Kette der Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Der Name "Small Luxury Hotel" ist irreführend, denn man denkt an die Kette "SLH". Dazu gehört dieses Hotel aber nicht. Das muss man einfach wissen. Es ist eher wie eine gut geführte Pension, aber man muss auf viele Annehmlichkeiten verzichten (Parkplatz ist recht weit weg, das Hotel ist im 2. Stock - ohne Aufzug!, Rezeption ist nur morgens besetzt, Zimmer sind recht klein, kein Ausblick, Lage ist ein bisschen im Nirgendwo.)

Cafe da manha muito bom. Camas confortaveis. Cafe da manha excelente. Tanto a gerente (não me lembro o nome dela)e a arrumadeira (Linda) sao extremamente gentis e atenciosas.

O hotel nao tem elevador e nao me lembro de ter lido ao fazer a reserva.

Ein Problem sind die nichtvorhandenen Parkplätze. Nicht einmal zum Ein und Ausladen der Koffer. Das ist sehr sehr schlecht.

La struttura è nuova, pulita, ben arredata e non grande, ci sono credo una decina di stanze e per me è un plus. Situata al secondo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore in una zona molto piacevole. Procedura di ingresso con codice inviato qualche giorno prima con le istruzioni., solo la mattina dopo abbiamo fatto il check in. Ben collegata con mezzi pubblici, dista dalla stazione 2 km circa, qualcosa in più forse. Colazione soddisfacente dolce e salata, con possibilità di farla su un terrazzino molto piacevole. Lo staff è stato molto cortese. La stanza era piccola, ma molto luminosa e gradevole, con letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Preferisco i materassi un po' rigidi e il mio lo era. C'erano due cuscini per ogni ospite,, uno più morbido e uno meno per soddisfare varie esigenze. Possibilità di farsi un tè o un caffè in stanza grazie al bollitore e prodotti offerti dalla struttura.

Non so se sia stata una mia distrazione e invece segnalato, ma non sapevo che fosse a un secondo piano senza ascensore, è importante saperlo prima dovendo salire le valige in autonomia. Un'altra cosa che non ho visto segnalato è la mancanza del bidet, capisco che per gli stranieri non sia fondamentale, ma per me si. La stanza a noi data era piccina, non ho trovato né frigo bar né cassaforte, ma pare fossero presenti forse dietro una tenda. Il bagno, nuovo e pulito, non ha nessun posto per poggiare qualcosa, questo è stato un po' scomodo. L'unico appoggio è il piano del lavandino quindi giusto spazzolino e dentifricio. L'armadio era una nicchia nel muro ben fatta e curata, ma solo con asta e grucce per appendere, nessun cassetto o ripiano per maglie e altro. Personalmente ho preferito non disfare il bagaglio avendo poche cose con me. Non c'è uno specchio in stanza, se non quello del bagno sopra il lavandino. I comodini hanno solo un cassettino per piccole cose non per riporre indumenti. Lo spazio esterno è bellissimo, ma coprirei la parte dei macchinari che attualmente è a vista ed è un peccato..

Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb und man läuft ca. 20 Minuten zur Altstadt. Dafür ist man einfach in einen echten italienischen Wohngebiet in dem kaum Touristen sind. Das Hotel liegt im zweiten Stock eines Wohnhauses. Mit etwas Glück hört man die Nachbarn auf Italienisch streiten und das ist genauso wie man es sich vorstellt. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Dachterasse. Das Frühstück ist typisch für ein italienisches Hotel. Kein frisches Obst und nur aufgebackene Semmeln. Dafür gibt es um die Ecke ein wunderschönes Café in dem man unter lauter Einheimischen seinen ersten Espresso trinken kann. Parken ist unmöglich. Wir haben unser Auto in einer Tiefgarage abgestellt was 15€ pro Nacht gekostet hat. Genau so viel hätte ein, wohl vorhandener, Hotelparkplatz gekostet. Das Hotel hat jedoch auf unsere vorherigen Mails nicht reagiert und am Sonntag mussten wir einen Self-Check-in machen, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Es gibt also nicht viel zu meckern, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kritik dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind ist nur zum Teil gerechtfertigt. Sie sind zwar nicht besonders groß, ich habe in anderen Städten aber schon in viel kleineren Zimmern übernachtet ( Paris, Dublin)
