Nothing. Poor customer service. Could not stay due to illness. Offered a 5% discount as an alternative. No support even when we asked to reschedule our booking. Will not be rebooking for our rescheduled trip. Dont waste your time and effort paying up front. It gives you nothing.

Daleko od centrum ale jeździ autobus lini 17. Bilet 3euro za 90 min.

La struttura è molto centrale, abbiamo trovato parcheggio proprio davanti all'ingresso e per muoverci abbiamo utilizzato il pullman proprio a due passi dalla struttura. Staff molto gentile, soprattutto le due donne, ci hanno dato molte informazioni utili. Camera come da descrizione.

We booked Hotel Ungherese in Florence for 31 July–3 August 2026, expecting the accommodation shown and described on Booking.com. Unfortunately, what happened was completely different. After booking, we were initially told that the apartment we had booked was unavailable and that we would be placed in two hotel rooms. After querying this, we were subsequently led to believe that the issue had been resolved and that we would receive the accommodation we had originally booked. However, on arrival, we discovered that this was not the case. We were eventually directed to a completely separate private apartment several minutes’ walk from the hotel, which was nothing like the accommodation we believed we had booked. We had not been properly informed of this before arrival and had certainly not agreed to the change. We have since taken the matter up with Booking.com and have been advised that the property was overbooked and that we should have been informed of the change before arrival. Booking.com also confirmed that the way this was handled was a breach of the property’s terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the alternative accommodation was also well below the standard we had expected. The apartment had: * Dirty and marked floors * Stained curtain linings * A greasy cooker hood * An unpleasant smell from the bathroom * A sink that appeared to be coming away from the wall * Damaged furnishings around the sink * Poor-quality and uncomfortable beds * Very small, rough towels * Poor-quality bedding * No housekeeping or towel changes during our three-night stay The air conditioning in the second bedroom did not work properly, despite us reporting it several times via WhatsApp. The issue was never resolved. With temperatures around 38–39°C, our children were unable to sleep in the bedroom and ended up sleeping on the lounge sofa instead. The check-in experience was also extremely poor.

Csendes környék. A hotelnek egy széo kis kertje van. A parkolás csak készpénzzel lehetséges, és a hotel előtt nem megengedett. A szobák tágasak, rendkívül tiszták, jól felszereltek. A reggeli kicsit szükös , de legalább friss minden. A reggeliztető úr nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész.

Le petit déjeuner moyen .. les équipements dans la douche mériteraient un changement d’époque ( pas de gel douche ni de shampoing / conditionner ) .. les oreillers pas terribles ..

El hotel estaba muy limpio, pero el desayuno que ofrecen es muy escaso y está bastante lejos, al centro son 40 minutos caminando, aunque tienes cerca varias paradas de bus.

Struttura molto buona e piuttosto ben servita dei mezzi per raggiungere il centro. Carino lo spazio del Dehors con il giardino ma andrebbe valorizzato meglio. La camera era pulita e il servizio colazione piuttosto ricco. Comoda zona parcheggio nella via di fronte e laterale a pagamento. (no ZTL).

Locația este bine amplasata, la 40 min mers jos de centru.Este o clădire veche care a fost renovata.Personalul amabil.Baiatul de la recepție ne-a ajutat cu instalarea unei aplicații easy park.Doamnele care se ocupa de curățenie sunt foarte atente si fac o curățenie ireproșabilă. Camerele sunt curate, condițiile foarte bune de cazare., lenjeriile albe si curate .

Nu exista parcare lucru care determina cost suplimentar pentru cei cazați. Micul dejun este insuficient , cu puține opțiuni. De reținut iar ca la final se va plăti o taxa de oraș de 6 h / zi de adult.

Petit déjeuner disposant de peu de choix. Établissement agréable mais sans plus. Espace extérieur un peu décevant en comparaison des photos.

Le cadre et le personnel est merveilleux ! Totalement dépaysant et le calme absolu après des journées dans le tumulte de la ville !

Plutôt loin centre ou de la gare si on fait tout à pied. Mais les bus sont pas très loin et le calme se mérite !

Das Hotel war sehr hübsch. Das Zimmer war klein aber komfortabel. Mit dem kleinen „privaten“ Aussenbereich war es sehr gemütlich. Es hat einige Sitz-Liegemöglichkeiten im Innenhof. Ansonsten ist das Hotel allgemein sehr klein auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Es war allerdings ausreichend und lecker. Der Stil des Gesamten Hotels und die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Mooie en kleine hotel met prachtige tuintje. Lekkere ontbijt met vriendelijke personeel. Airco deed goed, kamer en badkamer was schoon.

Pover ontbijt. Airconditioning uitgeschakeld bij afwezigheid dus kwamen na daguitstap terug in een oververhitte kamer. Tuin met bar gesloten en verwaarloosd.

L’hôtel est magnifique et les chambres aussi, il y a la clim et des rideaux occultants donc c’est très agréable. L’emplacement est très calme et la terrasse est un gros plus.

Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de diversité mais c’était assez bon. L’emplacement est agréable mais pas accessible si facilement du centre : le mieux est le vélo !

Hotel je vo veľmi kľudnej, čistej lokalite, je veľmi pekne a výnimočne vybavený. Raňajky boli postačujúce, pridala by som viac druhov zeleniny, nie len rajčiny a olivy. Dostupnosť do centra mesta bola fajn, vždy nám šiel niektorý z busov. Prešli sme sa aj na pešo, od Dómu dákych 50 minút. 👍🏻

V hoteli mi chýbal hotelový bar, je škoda, že ten v krásnej záhrade nefungoval.

Friendly staff, clean, modern, comfy bed and good air con, breakfast was good. Bus stop near by but due to terrible traffic in Florence about 45+ mins on bus and taxi €25-30 at night. Lovely garden with seating areas - not really used due to no bar operating. Bathroom nice, big shower cubicle. Overall an okay stay - but due to lack of facilities

Overall an okay stay - but due to lack of facilities and distance to city centre I would not return. Hotel had no bar in the garden as advertised. No free drinks in the room only coffee/tea maker - at least some daily free water l'd expect from a boutique hotel. Mini bar is narrow so can only place a few cans in there ourselves whilst the drinks offered in the minibar were quite expensive - €5 small can of beer, €3 can of Fanta/ coke. I'd pay that in the bar but not in the hotel minibar. No lift and no one who can carry luggage up the stairs.

Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was tired; hairdryer was poor, shower hose was split.

Quirky little hotel, very pretty and very clean. Only stayed one night but the location was quiet and it is a short taxi ride into the main areas of Florence. Also had the best aircon in the room that we’ve had so far in Italy, which was needed given how high the temperature was in Florence.

We booked a room with an external private bathroom, the bathroom itself was really nice but just a bit weird having to walk into the main landing to get to it.

Estabamos en un edificio alejado del hotel principal. Habia que desplazarse para el desyuno, aunque estaba bastante cerca. El precio es excesivo por la relacion calidad-precio. De luxury no tiene nada, hotel simple y normal

So no drinks Air conditioning not working properly Towel rail hanging off Both reported when we Checked in and told it would be looked it ,it wasn’t ! Tea and coffee complimentary in room but NO MILK!!! I asked for some twice and was told it would be put in my room but wasn’t We were there two days and I could make a hot drink !!! Staff not really present and when they were not attentive at all . I chose this hotel with two teenaged so they could make use of the gardens and the bar/coffee area. Extremely disappointed. Breakfast was the only plus side ,well organised and a pleasure

We liked the calmness of the location and the garden was peaceful.

The breakfast was mundane boring with no prepared fresh fruit. We would have liked fresh Greek yoghurt and a better selection of fresh bread. There was no area for sitting indoors. The garden was beautiful but riddled with biting insects.

Vi fick bo i ett fräscht rum i separat byggnad med egen uteplats. Det kändes som att ha en egen lägenhet i staden!! Frukosten hade lite av varje av det man förväntar sig och låg på lagom gångavstånd från rummet. Härlig uteplats att äta den på fanns också tillgänglig i huvudbyggnaden. Personalen hade ett trevligt bemötande och var behjälpliga under hela vistelsen. Hotellet låg på gångavstånd från en glassbar och en av de bästa italienska restauranger jag ätit på (Bottega Bordo').

Det tog ett tag (ca 25 min) att åka in till stadskärnan med alla sevärdheter och bussarna höll inte alltid tiden. Dock var detta på gott och ont; det var skönt att bo i ett lugnare område jämfört med stadskärnan och busstationen låg precis runt hörnet.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Located a 45-minute walk from the centre of Florence or a 15 minute bus ride (bus stops 2 minutes from hotel). Recommend using hotel parking as opposed to street parking. Don't take the car into the centre........

Breakfast included was okay but could be better. Limited hot food and fresh produce. Cost to park car offsite..............

As soon as you walk through the door the hotel exceeds expectations. The room was so comfortable with everything you could need, including coffee machine which was a bonus!

As the weather was so hot we ended up spending a lot of money on taxis as the hotel is not so central. It is possible to get the bus, so our fault really as we went for comfort over saving money!

Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Unglaublich dreist mit Fotos zu werben die mit der Realität wenig zu tun haben. Es wird eine Bar angeboten (das war ein Kriterium warum ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe), es gibt keine Bar!!! Eine „Bar“ gibt es im Garten. Sie ist verwildert und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass sie in Betrieb ist. Unter einer Bar verstehe ich ein gemütliches zusammenkommen am Abend und ein Getränk zu genießen. Wir haben nicht einmal in diesem Haus gewohnt. Unsere Zimmer waren im „Nebengebäude“, das zwei Straßen weiter entfernt war. Das muss doch kommuniziert werden!!! Das Zimmer war so klein dass nicht einmal Platz war den Koffer geöffnet irgendwo abzustellen. Das Bett war 140 cm breit?!? Unglaublich bei einem Preis von € 200,00 pro Nacht. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung abgereist. Eine zweite (bezahlte) haben wir uns erspart! Eigentlich erwarte ich mir eine Erklärung oder entsprechende Entschädigung. Mal sehen. Nie wieder!!!

Moeilijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer gezien de grote wegenwerken. Zonder Moovit geraak je er niet. Tenzij met een dure taxi.

La chambre avec sa terrasse privative, la vue sur le jardin.

Lors de ma recherche d'hôtels sur Florence, j'avais choisi cet hôtel qui disait disposer d'un parking privatif mais à notre arrivée, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de place pour garer notre voiture. Cet hôtel ne dispose que de très peu de places de parkings par rapport au nombre de chambres. Finalement, au vu de ma déception, l'hôtelier nous a permis de nous garer de 17h à midi le jour de notre arrivée. Le lendemain, nous avons dû nous garer dans la rue et ce n'était pas facile de trouver des places proches de l'hôtel.

The lady who checked us in was really lovely and gave us loads of information. The breakfast lady was very efficient.

We knew we had booked a room separate from the hotel but expected it it be within its grounds, not in a separate building on a different street a few minutes walk from the hotel. This did not affect our stay. The room was very nice if a little small. Bathroom excellent. It was shame we were facing a building under construction which made the days a little noisy.

We stayed here in May and had a really lovely time. The staff at the hotel are incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile—they truly make you feel at home. The hotel itself has a charming vibe, though it’s worth noting that during the mini-season in May, the terrace was still closed, which was a bit of a pity since it looks great.

The only real downside is that the property is quite far from the city center, so you definitely need to plan your logistics and transport ahead of time. Other than that, it's a wonderful, cozy place!

Location was a little further out than expected - in the heat (34°c+), it was a good walk to and from the centre! Sometimes struggled to get a taxi so had to walk. There are a few bars nearby to stop off for a drink. Unclear information regarding the outbuilding. We were expecting it to be on the same complex as the hotel, however, it is a good 7 minute walk on another block. And for breakfast, you have to walk back to the main hotel. This was fine, but not clear in the hotel information at the point of booking.

Super Hotel. Wird seinem Namen gerecht. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Garten - entspannt launchen nach der Stadtbesichtigung. In Ruhe konnte man dort Frühstücken.

A beautiful establishment and in a historical building. The gardens were a plus and having a fresh coffee for breakfast was amazing too!

La posizione non è centrale ma è coperta dai mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo noi abbiamo avuto problemi con lo sciopero.

Very good location and able to walk to the main tourist area in about 40 minutes or about 30 using public transport. Fantastic room with great aircon and the terrace was a real bonus. Loads of character making the stay feel very special. Able to leave cases on day checked out whilst sight seeing.

El hotel es pequeño y muy limpio. Tiene un espacio muy bonito al aire libre que no pudimos aprovechar pues llovíó durante nuestra estadía. El personal es muy amble. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto. Se encuentra alejado del centro pero hay dos lineas de omnibus que llegan al centro en 20 minutos.
