But still there is alot of simple improvement that can be done , especially to toilet and living room , and they should remove the breakfast, as there what you called a lounge attached to reception operated by another owner and single waiter is providing shisha in the morning and the same for barista and very bad food quality , beside that the reception didn’t informed him that there is a guest with B&B ,,beside the very poor menu as well, which I asked to refund my breakfast value as well for the rest of my staying , as well there is only one elevator for the whole building used by everyone ,, an

The rooms are fine, clean and capacious. Cleanliness was good Room facilities were fine This is a good place to stay if your are going to Makkah by car The kitchen was clean and tidy Your have to have your own break fast arrangements

The breakfast arrangements are zero No item seemed fresh, accept the eggs which he fried at that time If one want to stay here for a night or two, it is better to arrange for his own breakfast The staff at breakfast (only one staff by the way) seemed to be untrained, although he tried to be helpful

1- Parking is very small and not enough and in bad location 2- The room size is very small even I booked suit 3- They take insurance 200 sar during check-in that is very strange !! 4- Breakfast is not good and no open buffet 5- There’s no security lock on the room that’s dangerous for the kids 6- Delay in check-out after checking the room, then return 200 sar that’s is funny and doubting you may took something 7- Bad service, nobody is helping for luggage, and room is very far from entrance, you have to walk much with your stuff to reach your room 8- No place to handle the towels …etc 9- During booking, it’s mentioned that the hotel (By Warwick) but in actual it’s completely separate hotel not branch

It was clean, and the apartment was spacious. There are plenty of private car parking spaces. It had a breakfast which is good for furnished apartments.

There was an unusual smell. They asked for a deposit. Some fixtures needed maintenance.

Breakfast was not much variety and location of the hotel was far from central.

Hotel was very quiet and comfort.

Nice apartments outside Riyadh. Close to the highways. Car recommended.

The location is 15-20mins away from Olaya and all other entertainment locations

Stayed in 2rooms apartment,, but one of the rooms was too warm ,, AC defect and they never respond to us in fix8ng it !

Location to Makkah highway was very good, all required shops for one night were nearby except money exchange. Parking is free.

Breakfast was not that good, crossing road to get STC sim card was a challenge.

I like the hotel for providing stuff such as tooth brush, tooth paste, slippers, washing machine, and pray mat. Not all hotels provide those small but necessary things. The hotel provide big screen TV with basic chanels. Location is best for people who are planning to go for umrah, because it is located on outskirt of the Riyadh City near highway going to Taif. You will save your time and it is worthed. I like the breakfast, the food are delicious. But try to come early at around 5 to 6 am.

A bit tricky to find the hotel entrance. Only God will guide you. Even Google map gave up to help me and left me alone. When I called the hotel's receptionist, they are nice and willing to help me, but in arabic language. I wish I can speak arabic to make my journey run smoothly.

Location is ideal for people travelling to Makkah. Staff was courteous & helpful. Accommodation rooms were convenient for family. The food was good. Overall happy stay.

No breakfast. This is disappointing. It is clearly written that the breakfast is available. But, when we asked for a breakfast, we shocked. Neverthles, the staff tried to arrange something for the kids.

Receptionist lady at check-out made me waiting 25 mins waiting for the returning of the SR 200 guarantee amount they unnecessarily charged extra at the Check-in! The lady over there didn't know how to use computer, she was just learning remotely over the phone with Miss. Kholoud how to make Check-out. Why do you charge the SR 200 extra as long as it is done on Booking.com and you have my Visa card details??!! Why to keep ignorant people at the reception?

Nice and Clean apartment, Friendly staff Location, if you want to go Makkah, stay here as it is outside Riyadh and you will be on road next morning in 1 minute.

Breakfast options, first the restaurant wasnt aware that I have already paid for the breakfast, but then they accepted. However breakfast has arabic options but not continental.
