La ubicacion, inmejorable

Posizione e vista

Sanitari malamente fissati a parete, doccia senza soffione (tubo presente, ma chiuso), miscelatore senza leva. Lenzuola appoggiate al materasso (nuovo), ma senza coprimaterasso. Lasciano il kit cucina per lavare i piatti e persino il panno, ma non ha senso, visto che c'è solo il lavandino del bagno. Mancano anche i cucchiaini per mescolare il caffè, che ho chiesto alla signora delle pulizie, ma non li ha trovati neppure negli altri alloggi. Manca in condizionatore, ma a metà settembre non ci è servito. Divani e poltrone in tessuto decisamente sporchi. Posizione strategica, ma per quella cifra penso sia doveroso sistemare i bagni, pulire tappezzeria divani e mettere un coprimaterasso.

- hałas z ulicy (przez większość doby, nawet w nocy - auta ze zmodyfikowanym wydechem, motocykle, trąbienie na autobusy itp.) - brak klimatyzacji - ulica nad rzeką jest wyjątkowo ruchliwa

Perfecto

-Handy location to riverside; the historic tram located metres away -A bus to the airport/bus terminal also located close by -Sparsely furnished so lots of space -a laundry located about 50m away -dining and bars located within easy walking distance -there was a small minibar fridge (located in a large portable cabinet)

-Poor lighting - no ceiling lights except bathroom -some maintenance issues (reported but not dealt with); leaking shower & protruding nails in timber floor) -The apartment overlooks a narrow pedestrian street (doesn’t face the river) with outdoor dining literally below you, however it’s located above a restaurant which has a noisy extractor fan below bathroom (and noisy customers at times); the fan stops when the restaurant closes (around 11pm) -Walk back to centre is a bit steep so not great for mobility challenged (though buses opposite run into the centre) -The apartment is located on 1st floor up 2 flights of stairs; it’s an old building with no lift -There is no air conditioning - a small fan is provided; windows can be opened but then noise from restaurant outdoor seating and traffic is more noticeable. -No curtains so shutters need to be closed for privacy.

Le bruit terrible de la rue toute la nuit, même avec les fenêtres fermées, la douche à moitié fonctionnelle, qui donne l'impression de se laver avec un tuyau d'arrosage, l'absence de couverts, la chaleur dans l'appartement (pas de clim, juste un ventilateur)

Big room. Clean. Self-check in

I was a walking camino, luggage transfer Pilbeo cannot get to take my luggage. I have to wait to open a front door but it was a small thing. Overall i still like Innvict.

An absolutely perfect place to stay for a Porto trip. Apartment was superb and especially as it was so close to parking and all the sights of Porto

Very good location close to restaurants, tram and short walk to the river and bridge. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Easy to check-in and check-out.

Pas de clé à notre arrivée. Une heure après, clé présente mais pas la bonne! Pas de réaction de l'établissement avant le lendemain fin d'après-midi! Douche pourrie! pas conforme aux photos. Je déconseille vraiment.

La ubicación es buena, el lugar es amplio

Un desastre la atención de quienes gestionan este apartamento, le dije que había traído cosas para poner en el refrigerador y no había… la primer respuesta fue… donde dice que tenía refrigerador? Le dije en la publicación de booking… luego de eso me hicieron intercambiar muchos emails diciéndome que yo no encontraba el refrigerador 😂😂 pero que había…. Estuve a punto de romper todo el departamento con la excusa de “estaba buscando el refrigerador”. Nunca nadie se acercó, todos empleados de call Center que cero idea tienen de atención al público, en conclusión… si no tenes inconvenientes.. el lugar está bien… ahora … si te pasa algo… considérate a la deriva

Nos fuimos a las 8.30 de la mañana, pusimos el cartel en la puerta para que limpiaran e hicieran la habitación , pero al llegar a las 16.30 nos encontramos con la habitación sin hacer.

The accomodation was large and in a great location overlooking the Douro river, in an older period style building featuring high ceilings,polished wooden floors.

Lack of amenities such as basic plates,bowls and utensils.Also for the size of the apartment extra casual seating would have made the stay more comfortable.

Great location and lovely river view room for a good price. Quick and efficient communication meant we always had the information we needed fast and didn’t need to worry.

Svært sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen, med gangavstand til mange turistattraksjoner, til offentlig transport, til sightseeingbusser/-båter og til svært mange varierte spisesteder. Vi satte stor pris på dette. Stort, luftig, rent rom med de viktigste fasiliteter, store vinduer og med utsikt til elva Douro. Veldig rolig inne på hotellet. Satte stor pris på det lille kjøleskapet, særlig etter at vi fikk skrudd det opp til maks kjøling. Dessuten flott, romslig skap med mange hengere og innvendig lys. God dobbeltseng. Helt ok bad, men litt dårlig vanntrykk. Bra møblert, og savnet bare en ekstra lenestol slik at begge kunne spise frokost sammen og nyte utsikten til elva og til Gaia på den andre siden.

Mye lyd fra trafikkert gate rett utenfor, også seint på kvelden og tidlig på natta. Litt plagsomt i starten, men løste seg ved å ha på gulvvifta. Den laget en jevn lyd som "overdøvet" den varierende lyden fra gata. Hadde det vært svært høye temperaturer mens vi var i byen, ville vi nok ha savnet AC på rommet, selv om det var stort og luftig. For oss holdt det fint å bruke vifta siden maks. temp var rundt 25 C. Dessverre smekklås i døra. Vi klarte å låse oss ute av rommet en gang vi var stresset fordi taxien til feiring av et bryllup ventet. Tok veldig lang tid (30 min.) å få svar på telefonen fra GuestReady (i Frankrike?). De fant etter et par timer noen som skaffet en ekstranøkkel (for 20 Euro). Savnet da mulighet til å kontakte direkte noen som arbeider på hotellet, dvs.. en av renholderne Det gamle, fine gulvet med brede planker hadde enkelte sprekker rett foran en av balkongdørene/-vinduene og foran døra inn til badet. Disse burde fikses for å unngå skader.

No aislaba bien el ruido exterior. El aire acondicionado no estaba en el cuarto donde se duerme.

It should be mentioned that there is no elevator / lift. People that walk with difficulty might have issues. It should be more clear about the entrance and address, It is not on the street side of the building, where the door and reception is, but at the back of the building at another door,

La habitación era grande, limpia y con muy buena iluminación para el día. La cama era grande y las sábanas súper suaves. Estaba como nuevo todo y me gustó la decoración sencilla, pero con estilo.

La ducha no tenía mucha presión, pero no sé si sea característico de la zona.

Very spacious and clean room. Very well situated. Useful and clear information for the check in. We definitely recommended to anyone who wants to visit Porto.

Caldo e ventilatore davvero poco funzionante, luci poco luminose e mancanza di tende alle finestre.

O apartamento era excelente, muito confortável, uma ótima relação preço-qualidade.

Entregaram apenas 4 toalhas para 4 noites, para 2 hóspedes, é o único ponto a melhorar

was all in all a nice place and good value for money. It was clean and pretty much as described online. Also location was pretty central.

The staff were always giving us plain standard answers via WhatsApp that weren‘t really helpful - as it was coming from a Chatbot. We had an issue with the toilet on the first day which got 'fixed' pretty soon, even on a Saturday. I‘m writing 'fixed' because the issue remained, also after the mechanic came and had a look at it. The toilet kept running during our entire stay. Also we have asked to give us a heads up before the mechanic guy came into our room - which hasn‘t happened. Also it‘s not possible to leave luggage anywhere in the place before/after your stay.

The location was absolutely amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for better. The room is large and the views are amazing (when you can open the doors). It was nice to feel a bit like you were in your own apartment and it was very secure getting in and out. The shower towels were nice and large and great quality.

The listing clearly states that the property has AC, and it DOES NOT. We were in the middle of the heat wave in Europe, and we only had 1 small fan to try and help cool us down. Our options were to get no sunlight in the room during the day, and not get to enjoy the views while we were in the space - or have the temperature in the room increase to unbearable levels. Then at night we had to have the doors open to let in a breeze and try to cool down the room - but then we didn't feel secure because the balcony connected to other areas and it was very loud because we're in a populated / busy part of town. There was no winning in that situation. We didn't let it ruin our time, but it was definitely disappointing and made it hard to get a good nights rest - especially because the bedding had plastic/ polyester on it so it was VERY HOT. There was no 'room upkeep' service, we only had 1 towel each for the entire stay, there was no soap to wash the dishes (coffee cups etc).

Para la temporada de verano creo que hace falta instalar aires acondicionados. El ventilador no es suficiente.

Chambre très bruyante pas de douche vitrage sans clim ! Une chaleur étouffante…. Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres bruit de la route + Balcon non sécurisé !

Il b&b è situato nel quartiere di Ribeira,la zona storica di Porto,a pochi passi dal fiume Douro. La stanza era grande e confortevole, l'host era molto disponibile,ha sempre risposto su WhatsApp alle nostre richieste.

Non c'era l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore. Il frigo era dentro un vecchio mobile,non facile da aprire.

La ubicación fue lo único que me gusto mas y lo grande del espacio de la habitación.

Que en verano no tuvieran ventilador al menos ni aire acondicionado me pareció inaceptable, estuvimos durmiendo con picaduras de mosquitos, mucho calor e incomodidad, no podíamos abrir las ventanas porque el ruido de la construcción cerca nos despertaba en la mañana de igual manera lo hacía porque las ventanas no tienen insonorización y se escuchaba igual el ruido. Además de que pedimos un ventilador y nunca nadie se acerco a traer uno, aun haciendo la reclamación. Y por si no fuera mucho, el lavamanos del baño no bajaba el agua y se quedaba todo tapado, bastante asqueroso usarlo asi.

Very good communication with the staff. All the instructions were given well in advance and we had no problems getting into the appointment. The location was also great , close to everything in the city center an dalsoalso next to the river.

Very loud from the outside, but it's not the property's fault. We were ok with the outside noise (party boats. Car, buses) but if you're into something more quiet , it's probably not for you.

Je n’ai rien aimé , emplacement dans une ruelle à ne rien voir du paysage , en haut de la ville ( j’ai des problèmes pulmonaires c’était très compliqué cette emplacement) le matelas déformé en cuvette , pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres et les rideaux trop de vis à vis proche , à l’opposé de ce que l’on avait réservé initialement , pourquoi noter le personnel vu qu’on a vu personne et j’ai rendu l’appartement plus propre qu’à notre arrivée

Quarto excelente, vista para o Rio. Perto de tudo e ao mesmo tempo silencioso.

Localización y tamaño de la habitación

El baño necesita pintura. Los azulejos fueron pintados y en muchas zonas esta desconchado. Mal aspecto. La ducha de mano no funcionaba, solo la de techo y, aunque avisamos no lo solucionaron.

Perfect location, with river view. Studio had a lot of natural light.

Cold, impersonal apartment

UN lugar muy limpio y comodo, la ubicación perfecta para salir a caminar todo muy lindo tranquilo impecable ❤️

Fabulous location, right on the river with great views. It was lovely to have a sitting area to relax in after long days of walking.

Appartement détérioré pour des infiltrations d’eau, rendant les murs et plafond fragiles. Ménage a désiré, on avait encore des poils par terre dans la salle de bain. Le service journalier ne lavait pas nos tasses à café et nos verres. Pas de porte serviette dans la salle de bain, à la place on avait des trous rebouchés à l’enduit pas repeint.

Easy to find and near to most sites. It's an old building with large rooms that have unique and distinctive traits. With a bit more attention to detail, this would be a marvelous spot. We were worried about noise given its proximity to restaurants, next to and beneath the rooms when first arriving, but as it turned out, the jazz, saxophones and blues music that drifted from them added immense charm. We ended up looking forward to who would come next.

There is no air-conditioning, the shower tap mechanisms don't work, and despite advertising kitchen facilities, they didn't even leave us teaspoons.

Une catastrophe, réservation pour 8 personnes en décembre 2025, le jour de notre arrivée en mai 2016, juste avant de prendre notre avion, je tombe sur un mail qui m'annonce l'annulation de ma réservation pour "dégâts des eaux", avec aucune proposition de relogement, rappel nous sommes 8 personnes, ni par Guest Ready, ni par booking avec qui nous avons réservé, c'est honteux. Il a fallu redebourser un logement pour 8 avec une promesse de remboursement, mais dans combien de temps ? Et pour se faire "pardonner", Guest Ready nous propose un code promo pour une future réservation, seulement sur ses logement, alors que nous avons réservé par booking ! Du gros foutage de gueule, à fuir, expérience de merde

Die Lage ist gut, mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt. Unten gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und das Interieur ist schön.

Ein Kritikpunkt, der unseren Urlaub zwar nicht beeinträchtigt hat, für manche Gäste aber störend sein könnte, ist die Feuchtigkeit, die offenbar aus der Wohnung darüber kommt. Ich denke, die Eigentümer sollten sich damit befassen und das Problem lösen, denn das Apartment hat wirklich viel Potenzial und Charme!

Jó helyen van a szállás, szép kilátással a folyóra, minden könnyen megközelíthető gyalogosan. A ház előtt áll meg a villamos, ami az óceán partra megy.

A nappaliban 2 helyen, a hálóban pedig egy helyen hatalmas beázások voltak, az egyik helyen már a penész is megjelent a mennyezeten, és a tapéta is kezdett leválni. Előre jeleztük a szállásnak, hogy 2 külön takarót szeretnénk kérni, és nem egy nagy 2 személyes takarót. Amikor odaértünk láttuk, hogy nem kaptunk külön takarókat, írtunk nekik, de nem sikerült a kérésünket teljesíteni. Forgalmas helyen van a szállás nyitott ablaknál elég hangos, főleg szombat este, amikor szinte minden autó dudálva haladt el a ház előtt. A folyosón éjjel nappal ég a villany, és mivel a bejárati ajtó fölött üveg van ez a fény bevilágít a hálószobába. Aki kimondottan sötétben szeret aludni annak nem ajánlom. Mi a legdrágább szobát választottuk, ár-érték arányban egyáltalán nem ért annyit.

Por estar acima de restaurante e numa rua super movimentada, o barulho éra grande. Quarto muito pouco iluminado, sem iluminação no teto.

The room was very spacious. And the location was fantastic. Even though you had to walk up the hill a lot of the things to see it was a great location.

It would’ve been really nice if the guest can drop their luggage off. Or leave it in till they either move on to a different place or their flight leaves. Porto was very hilly and it is a lot to drag your luggage with you.

i never arrived. i am extremely upset at the change you made when i was walking in the camino. i spent a lot of my valuable time to determine on your hotel and i tbink that to change it was abominable. i find it difficult to believe that you didn't know about renovations when i made the booking a few days earlier. i am entitled to a complete refund . and intend to take the neccessary steps to receive it

Das Zimmer ist riesig und die Lage grandios. Alles war sauber , an ein paar Stellen im Bad schon etwas bröckelig . Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit Ein bisschen Besteck wäre hilfreich oder eine Tasse und ein Teller .
