El desayuno lo preparamos nosotros. Pero faltaban elementos de cocina. No habia tostadora. Ni un recipiente donde calentar agua para el te. El apartamento en si es cómodo. Los baños y duchas muy buenos. La ubicación perfecta. No habia ruidos de la calle. Muy buena insonorizacion.

La cocina esta pobremente equipada. Ya lo dije antes.

In the heart of the shopping district. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious. And having two bathrooms was a luxury.

La limpieza cada tres dias, pero si te daban toallas limpias si las pedías.

El apartamento estuvo increible y tanto mi familia como yo pensamos repetir. Muy limpio, confortable y espacioso. Ni mencionar la super fantastica ubicacion en plena Gran Via. Un alojamiento que estamos muy conformes de recomendar.

Poca cosa, ya que para lo que fuimos nos sirvio de mucha comodidad.

Al momento de llegar la muchacha que estaba atendiendo fue super amable. Luego en la estadia tuve que bajar a pedir jabon y habia un muchacho que solo se hecho a reir en forma de burla. Al momento de hacer check out se le notifico que la limpieza no estaba del 100% y que el piso estaba muy sucio a lo cual nos contesto esa es la que hay.

Nos dieron una upgrade de habitación y genial. Ubicación inmejorable. Apartamento moderno y muy cómoda la cama.

Great apartment sized room and great value. Very comfortable with stylish decoration. Large bathroom. Location is very central on Gran Via but with double glazing we were not disturbed by street noise.

Excellent location, perfect for exploring the city. Quiet inside apartment despite being on main street. Friendly and helpful staff, quick to sort out problems. Lots of space and comfortable, especially for the centre of the city. Very clean and in excellent condition. There was a well stocked Carrefour supermarket very close up the street and we were able to buy fresh milk and other essentials. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Good proximity to metro stops. Reliable lift thank goodness! A lovely grand building once you are through the unassuming front door. Easy access.

Not a lot of natural light, but plenty of artificial lighting. Not enough blankets, I was cold. I asked housekeeping for more blankets and got more sheets instead. Language barrier I guess. Had to ask reception for more items. We had 5 people staying in apartment and only 3 mugs and 2 glasses and 1 teaspoon! Housekeeping brought more the next day. There was no kettle or pan to heat up water, a crisis for British tea drinkers! However the lovely lady at reception brought up a huge casserole pan and we made do with that! Gave us something to laugh about. No tea towel, but fortunately I had bought one. We arrived by public transport, but noticed other guests struggling with taxis in the main road outside the front door. Being right by the bus stops has positive and negative impact.

Excelente ubicación, todo el tiempo parece que tu vives en el lugar, es íntimo, con la tarjeta de tu habitación abres el portón principal, es bastante amplio el piso...

Por lo mismo que son apartamentos y no un hotel no hay un baño qué se pueda usar antes o después de entregar la habitación. Piden una tarjeta en garantía de daños, di una de débito y paso ya una semana sin poder recibir el reembolso, me comunique a ellos y me dijeron que era tema de mi banco.. Hable con el banco llegando a México y resulta que tengo que esperar 30 días hasta que supuestamente no reclame el establecimiento o me den un boucher de cancelación de depósito (300 euros pff )

Etablissement situé en plein centre ville de Madrid et plus précisément sur la Gran Via. Il y a absolument tout: Boutiques, restaurants, hôtels, théâtres, cinéma,... Le personnel aussi est très bien, poli, respectueux, très à l'écoute et au service de son client.

J'ai trouvé que le tout petit frigo de la chambre ne glaçait pas les boissons et il n'y avait ni sèche cheveux, ni fer à repasser.

The location was fantastic, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable, hassle-free stay with smooth check-in and no issues.

The only minor drawback was the fabric/carpet-like wall covering in the bathroom, which looked a bit dirty and worn. It wasn't a major issue, but a deep clean or replacing the material entirely would be a great improvement.

خدمة التنظيف عندهم مش ولا بد ف حيث يأتون للتنظيف في كل ثلاث ايام مره ،، اتمنى ان يتم تزويد الشقه بلافتة واضحه من الخارج حيث التعرف عليها والدخول اليها لم يكن سهلاً

La ubicación. El apartamento en sí, muy lindo,con buen gusto, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina y living!! Realmente bueno y cómodo.

Lo único que podrían agregar es una caldera eléctrica para calentar agua, una tostadora y un microondas.

Faltan elementos básicos como mantas de abrigo para las camas, elementos de cocina como pava eléctrica, microondas, tostadora… muy básico e incompleto el equipamiento del departamento!!!

La ubicación es excelente!! en pleno centro de Madrid, cerca a todo. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, tal como en la foto. Además tienen ascensor perfecto para quienes viajamos con mucho equipaje. Habitación muy muy espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda, el baño también y la vista hermosa.

Me gustaría que hubiese servicio de limpieza diario.

J'ai eu une maladie de la peau contagieuse après un séjour dans cet hôtel !!!! Venant certainement de l'affreux canapé sale comme un paillasson. La table avait aussi des tâches incrustées ce qui ne donnaient pas envie de s'y asseoir. Il faut réclamer des serviettes propres à la réception. Check in à 16h sans aucune marge de manoeuvre et même si ils disent le contraire, absolument personne n'a eu une chambre plus tôt. Prix exorbitant pour la qualité du service.

La ubicación y el departamento bastante espacioso. Tenia todo lo necesario en el departamento y nos hicieron el aseo un día de los 4 que estuvimos. Excelente opción para hospedarse en Madrid.

La recepción no esta bonita. Al llegar pensé que había hecho una mala elección.

La cama muy comoda y la ubicacion.

En las fotos se veia una suite deluxe diferente a la que nos proporcionaron, al llegar vimos que el apartamento no tenia cocina solo un mini bar, luego vimos que en las fotos las ventanas daban a plena calle principal y nos toco a un patio en el que no se veia nada y la puerta nos abria bastante mal al poner en contacto la tarjeta con el lector.

The location was perfect, close to several metro lines so it was only 35 minutes from the airport. There was a good variety of food options and a few small supermarkets close by and all the main attractions were within a reasonable walking distance. We stayed in room 2.2 which was beautiful and spacious.

The 4pm check in, but the hotel allowed us to drop our bags early so that wasn't really a big issue.

Friendly staff, great location, well kept room.

The elevator is a little small — one travel stroller and two people barely fit.

Extremely perfect location! You’re in the heart of pretty much everything! The metro stop is just outside, as well as the bus station but we almost never used it as the major squares (playas) were within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. It was clear and the staff were all friendly.

All was brilliant, the propriety it is completely new all with a lot of taste and stylish and everything was working very well! Very good location, near bars, restaurant , theatres and underground “ Callao”

The reception does not have a toilet and the luggage can be hold only for a few hours, they need a deposit of 300 euros against damage to property.

A internet é maravilhosa, o atendimento da recepção foi muito bom e a localização é simplesmente perfeita, bem na Gran Vía e perto de tudo. Não tenho muito mais o que dizer: ficaria aqui novamente com toda certeza! Recomendo muito. ❤️

1- الموقع. 2- الديكور والأثاث. 3- ترحيب الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم بدءاً من الرسبشن وانتهاءً بخدمة تنظيف الغرف.

1- لا يتم تنظيف الغرف يومياً. وانما مرة واحدة كل ثلاثة أيام. 2- اللوكيشن المسجل في بوكينق غير دقيق. ويتسبب بضياعك في شارع آخر. بينما الموقع في شارع قران فيا قريب من مطعم KFC باب مكتوب عليه رقم 54 والرسبشن في الدور الأول. 3- لا يوجد عوازل صوت. و أكثر من مرة اصحى على صوت المنبه الصادر من الغرفة المجاورة. كما أن اصوات الشارع والسيارات كلها واضحة عندنا بالرغم من أننا في الدور السادس. 4- طلب وديعة 300 يورو عن الغرفة الواحده يتم استردادها بعد الانتهاء من تنظيف الغرفة بعد المغادرة. ولم يكن هذا موضحاً في بوكينق اثناء الحجز.

De locatie was top. Vanuit daar kun je overal terecht direct met de bus of lopend.

De badkamer was stoffig en had schimmel in de hoeken van de douchecabine. De deur van de kamer was stuk en kon niet goed dicht. Het duurde 2 dagen voordat ze het geregeld hadden en er met een afgezaagd latje het probleem gefixt hadden.

Localização excelente . Quarto silencioso apesar de estar na Gran Via. Cama confortável , roupas de cama e banho novas e de boa qualidade .

Limpeza do quarto acontece a cada 3 noites . Fiquei 5 noites e por confusão do atendente que fez meu checkin não tive limpeza do quarto no período de hospedagem .

Odlično iskustvo! Fantastična vrijednost za novac! Hotel je čist i uredan, sobe mirisne, a kreveti nevjerojatno udobni. Osoblje na recepciji je izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek na usluzi. Iskreno preporučujem i vjerujem da ću se vratiti u predivni Madrid.

Nos quedamos dos noches y no pasaron hacer la habitación, no sé si es normal.

This apartment was, in many ways, absolutely ideal. The apartment itself was perfect — very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location and overall quality were excellent, and in terms of the accommodation itself, everything was at a very high level. I can only say positive things about the apartment.

However, our experience was seriously affected by the staff and communication. The reception was handled by a person named Oscar, who was quite rude and unfriendly and unfortunately the attitude and service were far from acceptable. We also encountered unclear and unexpected conditions on Booking — in addition to the full payment, we were asked for a 300 EUR deposit, which was not clearly mentioned in the policy. Furthermore, important messages were sent in Spanish without proper explanation or translation, which made communication very difficult and confusing. Overall, while the apartment itself is ideal, the staff and the lack of transparency created a very negative experience.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y es cómodo, amplio y muy bien ubicado. Además esta decorado con muy buen gusto.

Le falta horno microondas, hervidor y un espejo de pie. Además solicite una plancha de ropa, ya que no la encontré en la habitación y nunca me la llevaron.

First room blood all over the settee was left without a room for most of the first day. The Second room the sofa bed was broken. The third room was like a prison sell cell with windows that looked onto brick walls. Staff kept turning the fridge to max and freezing all our drinks. No kettle or toaster, Plastic chairs no cushions. Staff did not empty rubbish when servicing the room funny idea of luxury. .

Die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Zu Fuss ist nahezu alles erreichbar und Métrostationen sowie Autobus sind in der Nähe. Ich reiste alleine und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern inkl Küche und Bad lag im 7. Stock Nr. 7 B.1) zur Gran Via hinaus. Perfekt. Es handelt sich beim Gebäude um ein sehr grosses Haus mit vielen Whg, die vermietet werden. Meine Whg war schön, gediegen und modern eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war supergut und funktionierte durchgehen wunderbar. Die Fenster sind perfekt, da Schalldicht isoliert. Bei offenem Fenster ist die Strasse hörbar, was an dieser Lage logisch ist. Im Bad gab es einen Fön, Badwäsche und angenehme Dusch- und Seifenmittel. Küche ist gut ausgestattet für 4 Personen. Aus Hygienischen Gründen gibt es kein Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl und dergleichen. Kaffeemaschine Nespresso und vier Kapseln inkl Zucker und Rahm stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt.

Auf hohem Niveau: wäre angenehm eine Mikrowelle zu haben. Würde zum Preisniveau der Whg passen.

דירות מאובזרות, מרווחות ומעוצבות בלוקיישן מעולה! מיטות נוחות, פינת אוכל מוגדרת ומטבח מאובזר, כולל ספא נפתחת עם טלוויזיה חכמה בסלון. חדר כושר קטן אבל מספיק לאימון בוקר טוב.

המיטה הנפתחת בסלון לא היתה הכי נוחה - היו לה חלקים שבורים בתחתית.

The location was really great for shopping. I booked a Suite Deluxe for my husband and child. In the lounge there was a very nice sofa bed that had been set up for our child. The double glazing was fantastic. Despite being on a very busy, noisy road, we could barely hear the noise outside with the windows closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the building is lovely inside.

There wasn't really anything we disliked about this place and would book it again on our next trip to Madrid. The only suggestion (and this is very minor) is to have a small kettle instead of just a nespresso machine, which is great for coffee but not for making tea (teabags were provided in the room).
