Reviewed Apr 10, 2025La limpieza, el buen gusto del acomodo de los espacios. Había cada cosa que uno pudiera necesitar. Muy cerca de la tienda de comestibles, parque, farmacia, estación de metro y bus. Y a una distancia de menos de 25 euros (taxímetro) del aeropuerto.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2025Appartamento grande, comodo, silenzioso, molto ben arredato e dotato con tutto quel che serve in una casa, e ben distribuito come spazi. Caffè e the' a disposizione, così come condimenti. frigorifero e lavatrice a disposizione. Il posto ideale per passarci anche un mese in smart working, per chi può farlo. Situato a circa 9 km dal centro in una zona residenziale molto dignitosa, con supermercato e con fermata di bus vicina e metro a 15 minuti a piedi.
probabilmente a causa di brutte esperienze, è richiesta una cauzione di 100 euro all' arrivo, e inoltre, di firmare una modulistica dove ci si impegna a corrispondere tutta una serie di somme in caso di diverse eventualità e 60 euro per eccessiva sporcizia. Mi è successo solo un' altra volta in 13 anni che viaggio, qui in Italia a sestri levante. La cauzione viene restituita dopo l' ispezione e la consegna del mazzo di chiavi. Oltre che insolito, mi è sembrato un pò esagerato, ma questo è un mio parere personale

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025Juan contacted with us a day before check in date via WhatsApp. We planed a time to meet and get keys and apartment. We travel with a rental car and we find free park front of apartment. Apartment has everything you need. Is is well cleaned, good decorated. It had new furniture's and its heater working very well. I give Juan 100 EUROS for deposit which is common in Spain. I get it back while check out. We felt us as we are in our home.
Although, it is no problem with us, nearest metro station is about 600 m far 10 minutes by walk.
