Slow Wifi Barely get any speed when connected to the wifi

I love how there's a bridge that connects with the mall. The room and the facilities are much better than I imagined. Theres also a 7e which is much more convenient for me and my friends to go there every time we are hungry.

I don't like it when the staff doesn't clean up our room even when we put the tag to make the room. We have been out for almost a half a day when we get back our room is not tidy up. We have to put the trash out on our own which i know that I shouldn't have a problem with but the hotel provides service for what if they didn't do their job?

The Room is big & clean. The service is very good. The Staff at Service counter is very helpful & understanding. The location near to The Mines Shopping Mall & Night Market. I will probably stay here next time we came here.

I like that it’s next to MIECC and the mall. The room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. It exceeded my expectations for the value of money. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Redline Games.

Slow checking in process because the receptionist was dealing with another customer on the phone and at the same time trying to check me in. It took him more than 30 minutes to check me in. I know he was occupied that he might have forgotten to scan my key card that I had to go up and down the floors because my key card was not working. I highly suggest having another person at the reception desk. The receptionist is very accommodating but because of short staffed, it’s understandable.

Service, I stay 70 minutes in queue for checking, only one person handles the checking and too many guest. There are another staff in reception but she didn't work

Nice hotel just beside Mines shopping mall..

1. Parking is super far away if u bringing luggage then prepare to expeditions without signaage and imagine if u check in late n walking inside an empty building transfer from parking walking to main building is no joke. 2. My checkin take me 45min Q... Not sure if the inefficient checkin system. See my picture of Q not many but it took me 45min.

Spacious for a family of 6. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioner's temperature and mode can be self adjusted. Plenty of hangers provided.

No windows, you will not realise what time is it when you wake up in the morning. Cups, jug kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar in sachets provided but no spoon or anything to stir your drink at all. No mini fridge but it's okay. Hairs in the toilet bowl when cheking in. Driving up to the hotel's indoor parking lot is daunting. Luckily only 2 turns. Need to make sure tyre didn't hit the divider while car's body didn't scratch the wall.

The room are same as the picture show. The room was clean, and the blankets and pillows were also fresh and clean. The washroom provided shampoo, body wash, toothbrush sets, and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. The room also had a TV and a water kettle, making it easy to prepare coffee or tea in the room. The location is good, with a mall and food court nearby, so getting food was very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven and a convenience stall on the ground floor. Sound insulation between rooms was acceptable, as I did not hear noise from other rooms throughout the night. The air conditioning worked well too.

I chose a room with a window so I could see the road outside. However, the sound insulation from the window was not very good, and I could hear some noise from passing cars and motorcycles. Another issue was that the window had a water leakage problem during rainy weather.

The lights are too bright and can't be adjusted, so at night it's either fully lit or completely dark when I sleep, which I'm not used to.

After collection of room key need to park car to level 1 but No proper direction signage to indicate where to go to take lift to room.

Room size is reasonably big .

We have a single bed and one large bed. The single bed is seen as old and makes quirky sound when sleep on it. The management should be informed of it and perhaps may have to get a new one for replacement.

Conveniently located on top of the banquet hall, therefore a good choice for attending banquet till late hours.

1. default is 1 room access card per room, I asked for 1 extra room access card when check-in but was informed that no extra key available that day cause the hotel was fully booked. Quite puzzling, a hotel only keep room access card equal to their number of rooms? 2. The digital door lock malfunctions, unable to lock. Gave a call to housekeeping, no one shows up even after 15 minutes. End up we stopped a hotel personnel passing by our room, who in turn asked a supervisor to come check and end up tell us: the electrician forget to unblock the door after unlock and blocked it for a maintenance check.... Well, very unsafe for customers, especially the lock still beep like normal when you tap the card, found out by doing a push check after shutting the door.

Bathroom and Toilet are separated. But they are too small that we didn't have a place to hang our clothes inside of the bath room.
