Reviewed Aug 21, 20261. The staff was helpful, hence my check in and check out were seamless. 2. The room was super spacious for a person who stayed alone, clean and well ventilated. 3. TV was working too! (cuz some hotels' TV didn't work and it was frustrating) 4. There were restaurants/eateries that you can walk to, for example I ate at a Mee Tarik and Mangga's Vegetarian Shop just besides the hotel. If you are staying there, show your hotel card and you will get 10% discount. 5. It's walking distance to MRT Serdang Raya Utara.
Nothing, this was my second stay and I enjoyed it!

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026“What I liked was that the room was clean, the hotel was clean, and the price was low. It was cheaper when I booked through Booking.com, and overall everything was neat and tidy.” If you want a slightly more polished version:
What I don’t like about this hotel is that we are not able to rest properly at all. We are paying money and booking this place, and it is rated as a three-star hotel, but we cannot even sleep comfortably. The mattress is very uncomfortable — it feels like a spring mattress, and the spring noise makes it impossible to sleep. Also, we can hear all the noise from the next room, and it is very disturbing for us. This is a very important issue. Another thing is, there is no proper TV in the room. I feel that a hotel should at least have a TV — otherwise, what is the point? This also needs to be improved. Please arrange to change our room or move us to a better one as soon as possible.
